After that, at first the receptionist said that it was necessary to wait for 10-15 minutes, then after half an hour the master came up and also said that it was still necessary to wait for 10-15 minutes. Twenty minutes later, a car was wheeled out of the box. I already thought that I would go now, but they launched some kind of "buddy", and they told me to wait another 10 minutes. But unfortunately or fortunately, I've run out of time to wait. I left for another hundred. Maybe cars are doing well here, I can't say anything. But the organization of work is very weak.

When replacing a part, if they see any additional malfunction, they immediately call and offer a good solution. After repairs, they always do a test drive and only then give the car to me. The service station is nice and spacious, BMW Audi and Mercedes are serviced with deep knowledge and experience. Further, master Vitaly is an excellent professional in the repair, restoration and reinforcement of automatic transmissions, he approaches the matter with good knowledge and attitude. My opinion is that there is no such scrupulous approach and individual attitude at any event in Minsk. If a girl arrives, they will tell you everything in detail and teach you how it should be. While waiting for my car, I talked to a girl in a white Chevrolet Cruze, she was deceived when selling a car. One turned to the guys and they put her car in perfect order in a few visits, she said, "Thank God I found these guys.") Judge for yourself). To date, I continue to be serviced by them and about 10 acquaintances have also become regular customers. I recommend everyone to visit, I can vouch for the quality of the work done!!!!
