It seems good, but it seems very deplorable. Terribly unstable Internet speed, ping and losses are clearly more than 10 times the limit. IPTV is terrible. You can't even be honored to make an adequate speed of the channels themselves, they switch channels all the time and deal with the inconveniences yourself, or, I'm sorry, pay money and call the wizard to fix this problem. A state-owned company that earns a fair amount of money, but has not bothered to upgrade its equipment since the Paleozoic.
