17.10.24 we were on an excursion to the Nong Nooch garden with the guide Vasily. There are no complaints about the organization of the process, the car came for us as it was indicated in advance, they took everyone along the way and came to the garden. Everything is clear there too. The garden is, of course, a delight. I liked the show too, especially the elephants (love). But the most important thing is the professionalism of our guide Vasily. In addition to a well-conducted tour, he helped us in a difficult situation: a bag was lost, with no hope of returning, but a miracle happened and all thanks to the efforts of Vasily. For which I THANK him very much.

On 10/24.24, I had to be at Bangkok airport at 6.50. Buses from Pattaya leave only at 6, so I decided to use a taxi service. I ordered it through the website in a day. He indicated the hotel and the time with the date. They asked for an advance payment, about 600 rubles, the rest had to be paid to the taxi driver. I paid with a Russian card on the website. Immediately, a message came to the WhatsApp. Initially, of course, I was afraid. But as a result, the driver arrived even 10 minutes earlier. The car was comfortable, Toyota. I got to the airport in 1.5 hours. I would like to thank you for the service. I recommend it!!!

Everything is great! We ordered a trip to the Nong Nooch Garden, left a request on the website late in the evening and confirmed the reservation after half an hour. The tour was gorgeous, a competent guide, we chose a walking tour and did not regret it, we visited everywhere, took many beautiful photos!

I ordered a transfer to the airport from Pattaya via the website, and 5 hours before departure, I left a request on the website, after 10 minutes I received a message that the request was accepted and a link to the prepayment, I immediately paid and after another 10 minutes I received a confirmation
At the appointed 16:30, the driver arrived, helped to carry things to the car and we calmly drove to the airport
It cost me 1000 baht to the driver and 500 rubles in advance, by the way, they don't want to take a taxi for less than 1500 baht, so I recommend it!!

I do not advise anyone, they lure you with low prices, as a result, the price soars many times, I applied twice, both times deception, they take an advance payment to confirm the availability of places, then they say that there are no places, kilometers of meaningless correspondence follow, as a result, they sell services many times more expensive, they drag out time in any way, they do not return the money willingly, if at all

My wife and I were on an excursion to Nong Nooch. I was satisfied with the price, and most importantly, the excursion to Nong Nooch itself was interesting. I especially remember the elephant show and the folklore show. My wife was very impressed by the floral oasis in the orchid garden. I would like to be in these beautiful places somehow. We definitely recommend you to visit, without a doubt!

So, I understand that it's my own fault that I decided to book a transfer too late, but:
1. I make an order at 12 o'clock Thai time for a transfer to Koh Chang - Pattaya.
2. They take an advance payment.
3. No message all day, nothing.
4. At 19.20 I write to ask if everything is in order, to which they reply that there are no seats, the transfer has been canceled. 19.20!!! They offer in return a transfer the next day, or a refund. I choose the latter, because why do I need a transfer on another day? The result: "refund within 5 days." Badumtsss...
I understand everything, I'm a fool myself that I decided to drop the transfer the day before departure. But why not write earlier? Why only after my question in the evening? As a result: I have no transfer, I have to leave in the morning, all the local ones will not help me anymore, at 8 pm you will not find anything in Thailand.
The cherry on the cake: "refund within 5 business days."
I rarely leave reviews, but I was blown away.
Before that, I ordered a bkk-Pattaya transfer from them with a surcharge of 600 baht for the "New Year holidays". The driver fell asleep all the way and only woke up when he pulled into the next lane, one of the most stressful trips of my life. I did not leave a review then, because I understand that the site is just a service that is looking for local offices.

Apd: I took a local taxi for 3000 baht from the hotel to the hotel. On their website, the price is 3600 from the pier, not from the hotel.
It would be twice as cheap by transfer.

I bought an excursion for a family: two adults + two children to the Columbia Pictures water park on 12/17.23, on the eve of 12/16.23 they had to notify about the time of collection from the hotel from 21:00 to 21:30. No messages were received, I started calling the dispatcher myself at 21:45 - he was able to give information only at 22:10 that a minivan would arrive for us and pick us up on 12/17/23 at 09:30. We sat until 09:45, no one arrived, started calling the dispatcher, picked up the phone, said he would clarify and give information. The time is 10:00, there is no information, no mini-van, he just doesn't answer my calls. My wife started calling, got through, wanted to clarify - why do they do this to us: they took the prepayment, they disrupt the time, they don't answer the calls, where is the service and customer orientation?? The dispatcher just opened the text, sent it in three letters and hung up... this is the number! The hotel manager has already approached, sees that we are nervous - I told him the whole story, he called from his phone - the dispatcher picked up the phone, after that an individual transport arrived for us. But, the time was already 10:40, i.e. we just sat in the lobby for more than an hour with a spoiled mood for our own money (I paid 6,400 baht). On the way back, we agreed that we would be picked up at 17:00, of course, no one picked us up - they waited until 17:30 - no one. As a result, I called a taxi and left on my own. It's just some kind of ppc. I do not recommend anyone to use the services of these assholes. If you want to go to the water park, order a taxi and buy tickets yourself (1 ticket per adult is 990 baht, simple math: 4*990= 3960 baht, children above 120 cm are charged as an adult; plus a one-way taxi is 600 baht, a total of 5200 baht and no problems and nerves with these "organizers vacation" from Pattaya online.

An amazing resort town! It's just wonderful to relax there. A rich experience, lots of memorable moments. Incredibly colorful flora and fauna, sights, a real paradise for the eyes. And, of course, incredibly delicious local food with an abundance of fresh fruits and vegetables. In addition to this, there are wonderful and hospitable people who make your vacation truly special. I highly recommend visiting this place!

I ordered a tour on the website. We went to the Khao Kheo Zoo. I really liked it. They were taken away in time, all the locations were visited (the tigers have nothing to do during the day, they hide or sleep, you don't have to walk). I paid for the tour partially on the website in rubles, part of it to the driver in baht. Thanks! Everything is fine.

We used their visa-run service to Laos for 3 days.
Firstly, our program indicated that we would receive a 90-day visa for 8,990 baht and no additional expenses were indicated. And as a result, we received a visa for 60 days with the possibility to extend it at the immigration office for 1900 baht. The money for two is not small. In other programs, such information was provided. When we wrote to support asking for a refund of 1900 baht, we were told that this "does not really apply to their service, but thank you, we will correct the information on the site." Thus, we were misinformed, for example, it was enough for us to make two border runs, it would even be a little cheaper.
Secondly, the program indicated "meals" for 3 days of the trip, we were fed only 4 times.
Thirdly, we were not told what, where, how and when to expect us at all stages: even what time we should leave Pattaya. We were constantly walking around like fools and asking what was waiting for us next. Imagine a situation: you drive for 12 hours, pass the border, and then immediately without food, you are brought to the embassy, where you stand in line in the sun for 4 hours. Very thoughtful, isn't it.

Transfer to the airport, dirty dead car, the driver sleeps behind the steering wheel. You sit for 1.5 hours and watch the driver falling asleep, hoping that you will arrive alive. A vacation with them can end tragically. There is no responsibility.
