Working just 1 exit. If you live in the block E/F/G then you should go around all territory to exit or enter.

May 25, 2025, everything is very bad here, the pool is down, they won't start it, the elevators work every other time, you'll get stuck in them all the time. It's a decent walk to the sea, especially if you have children, there are a lot of roads to cross. No one takes care of the territory itself. Everything is very sad here.

The complex is good, but it is already physically worn out. The pool is large, but there is a lot of garbage at the bottom. Umbrellas and deck chairs are worn out. The toilets by the pool are not working, as well as some of the lanterns. The complex has a central cooling and air conditioning system, but it does not work. The owners put condos on each room. Electricity is very expensive.

Yes.. a very pleasant residential complex...really...clear..everywhere!!
Beautiful landscape on the territory+!Apartments are cleaned more often...what is written in the terms!! The rooms have everything you need!!! Cozy!! Kind service staff!! In my opinion...It's a long way to the sea...This is not a problem for us! You can spend time by the pool! We liked it!!

I didn't like the word at all. The only plus is the availability of underground Parking. I do not recommend staying here for more than two or three days.

Naivid is a very large and cool living complex, but constant problems with the smell from the sewer, periodic fires in some apartments, then the police, then an ambulance comes there for any problem, as well as a fire truck periodically comes there at the expense of fires.

It's terrible, dirty, neglected, not cleaned either inside or outside. The area is, of course, large, but everything is very dirty, including the pool. Look at the photos of our landscapes.

Konyaalti district in Antalya is one of the newest and most prestigious areas of the resort. There are clean beaches, picturesque parks, the Migros shopping center, the Aqualand water park, and a bunch of inexpensive cafes and restaurants.
This area has long been favored by our compatriots – both for summer holidays and for permanent residence. And it's understandable why — the air is simply amazing, the sea is nearby, there is all the necessary infrastructure, many attractions and an excellent climate.
