I recently returned from vacation. We were at the Onkel Hotel. I really liked the hotel. The good staff are always smiling though. They treat customers well. Beautiful grounds and a beach. Delicious food. Special thanks for the professional massage to Ahmed, an employee of the Spa salon. I am very grateful to him for the professional massage. I liked everything. About the advantages;
- The beach. A nice clean beach, there is access from the bridge, you can jump from the pier, you can just go in. It's true that there are not enough sunbeds for all vacationers, but this does not really spoil the rest.
- Food. In principle, everything is delicious, fresh, monotonous food every day, but delicious.
Well, the advantages are over!
Minuses:
- As soon as we arrived, the reception staff spoiled the mood immediately. In general, they have such a system, they give you a special number for worse, if you stay, then you stay, since we were with a child, we would like a better number, we went to say that we need another one, they bent such an amount to pay extra, I even fucked up. As a result, we traded, about 70% of the amount was thrown off. I had to pay, as I said above, we were with a child.
WiFi is paid and expensive.
There are no playgrounds, the house, which allegedly has not been opened for children more than once, has always been closed!
The rooms are tired, but you can live in principle.
Russian Russians have more information for vacationers, there is a maximum of 20% of Russians there. The rest are Kazakhs, Moldova, Germany, and Ukraine. For all the time there, they have not even included a Russian song, they are not particularly happy to see us there.

Onkel Hotel Review in Kemer, Turkey:
We recently returned from a vacation at the Onkel Hotel and, in general, the impressions remained positive.
Advantages of the hotel:
- **First line**: Entering the hotel, you immediately feel the proximity to the sea, which is very pleasing.
- **Good food**: The food turned out to be at a high level, a variety of dishes and delicious recipes.
- **Drinks at the bar**: The drinks were strong enough and not diluted, which added pleasure to the rest.
- **Room**: We were accommodated in a nice and comfortable room that met our expectations. I don't know what the situation is with the other rooms, but ours was quite decent.
- **Cleaning**: The room was cleaned every day, clean linen and towels were changed, which was a pleasant surprise.
- **Pier**: A cozy pier where you can spend a pleasant evening enjoying the sunset.
Disadvantages of the hotel:
- **Limited infrastructure**: The hotel is located in a small village, so there is not much entertainment outside it — mostly just shops.
- **Paid Wi-Fi**: Keep in mind that Wi-Fi is paid here — about $ 15 for three to five days, which is quite inconvenient.
- **Weak animation**: Compared to other hotels in the area, the animation was more

As for excursions, their prices have increased — about 80-90 dollars per tour. The guides from our tour operator were quite light and relaxed, the excursions were quite bearable.

We stayed at this hotel for 11 nights. The hotel is not bad, the rooms are also small, but they cleaned and changed towels every day. food, as they say, you won't starve to death. We were brought in at night and put in a room for the disabled. I had to fight a little and in the morning they gave me a normal room. The staff is responsive - everything is for you. There are not enough sun loungers, so I had to occupy them in the morning, since I get up early. The sea is gorgeous like everywhere else in Turkey. There is no territory as such, the road from the hotel to the beach and that's it. But that's enough. The guys at the reception always try to help. It was an early check-out, so we ordered breakfast with us in the evening without reminders, for which we thank you very much.

I want to share a story that happened on the territory of this hotel. We lived in a nearby hotel, and out of necessity had to use the pier belonging to this "hotel". The next day, taking a swimming mask, we returned to try to get the watch from the bottom. We left our shoes and panama hat on the pier while we tried to get a bracelet. When I went out to the pier, I found that our shoes were missing. An elderly woman standing next to us shouted loudly that since we were not from this hotel, our shoes had been thrown away. To the question of who threw (stole) our things and where, she could not answer adequately. It is likely that she did it herself. We went to the hotel to deal with the arbitrariness. The young man, a hotel employee, could not answer our questions and also could not find the person who stole our things. As a result, we found our shoes in the TRASH on the pier. That's the story. It was worth calling the police for a good reason, of course, and making a scandal. Beaches in Turkey, if my memory serves me correctly, are municipal, no "hotel" has the right to such arbitrariness. If our shoes were stolen by an employee, then why couldn't we have a human conversation with us before committing such a thing. If the tenant of this "hotel" did it, then it says a lot about those who settle there. So draw conclusions about whether it is worth living in a place where guests are treated in this way. Don't think that because you pay money to live there, you will be treated with more respect than other people.

We liked the hotel as a whole. Located on the first line, everything is quite decent. The food is varied from morning to evening, alcohol, I think, is also quite enough for every taste. There are enough sun loungers by the pool and by the sea for everyone, there is not enough space under the awnings, some vacationers take places on the beach before sunrise, and then come only after lunch. Animation is also there, the guys are trying. We had a room on the 4th floor, a large room, a bathroom too, water without interruptions. Cleaning failed. Towels were changed, garbage was removed from the trash can, dust and debris on the floor remained in place. Well, okay, it's not critical if you don't pig yourself. In short, we were satisfied.

The best of the worst
This is how you can describe this hotel. It is now the second day at the hotel. Unfortunately, there are not many options in the season to travel spontaneously to Turkey at reasonable prices. This hotel really seems to be in good value for money. However, this is a mistake. And that's why:
1. The food is not bad, but the choice is just very poor. For lunch and dinner, you can see exactly the same dishes. You don't have to worry that you will gain weight:)
2. There is no alcohol in cocktails at all, they probably pour some kind of syrup diluted from bottles. Yes, in Turkey, all inclusive does not have imported alcohol, but it is also good. But he's just not here) You can only drink beer and wine.
3. The Internet. Wi-fi is paid here, you will first be given 300 MB for free, and then you have to pay, and each device in the room is paid separately. A minimum of 150€ will need to be paid for one device. A shame for the 21st century.
4. Animation. At 10:00, the rooster turns on loudly :) Yes, yes, you will be woken up by loud music with the crowing of a rooster calling you to go to exercise. If you plan to sleep until 11-12 on vacation, you are strictly forbidden to come here.
5. The beach. Sun beds may simply not be enough for you if you arrive after 10 a.m. Why is it impossible to calculate the number of guests and link the sunbeds to the room? Some sun beds are simply not suitable for use - they are broken. Nearby are hotels that hold their own animations and everything is perfectly audible. Just enjoying the sound of the sea will not work.
6. Service. There are not enough bartenders, so you will have to stand for a drink a little bit. There will definitely not be such a thing that you lie down and a drink is brought to you) You will carry the suitcase to the room yourself. The receptionist can stand at the reception for 12 hours completely alone, mix up your number or give your number to someone else. For example: we originally had a room with a sea view. Gave a view of the wall. Okay, they moved, but apparently they forgot to enter the data into the database, so at 22 p.m. other people calmly came to our room, because they were also salted in this room. And all because there are not enough staff and one administrator cannot do all the work efficiently.
7. Rooms. The rooms have been slightly renovated. There will be only juice and water in the refrigerator. THERE WILL BE NO coke, sprite or beer. There WILL BE NO shampoo, conditioner, napkins, chopsticks, toothbrush and paste! There is also no hygienic shower.
4 stars? Definitely not, a solid 3 with a price of 4-5 stars. It's clear that the crisis and so on. But still, you need to work conscientiously and keep the bar of a 4-star hotel, if that's how you claim to be. By the way, I chose this hotel as a gift for others, but I regret these disadvantages terribly. Especially with regard to the Internet.

We rested from October 14 to October 21. The hotel is small but cozy. The food was good: every day a choice of chicken, fish (more often trout), beef. The animation is good. The Onkel Hotel can be recommended as a family hotel. There are many Germans, Poles, Ukrainians. Everyone is resting together, communicating. There are many age pairs.Friendly helpful staff.Cleaning and changing towels every day. The hotel and the territory are clean. If I were in the place of the administration, I would forbid smoking in the eating area. The culture of our people is a little tight. Here children eat and uncles smoke. Free hammam and sauna. A wonderful hotel with good service and excellent attitude. The staff is friendly and smiling. You can contact the hotel staff with any problem and be sure that they will help you.
The room was very comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the sea. Cleaning was done every day. A huge plus was the electronic cards that were issued to each guest, allowing everyone who lives in the room to enter the room without searching for family members with a key throughout the hotel (as happens when one magnetic key is issued per room).
The food in the restaurant is quite varied. We were also pleased with the large number of seats both outdoors and indoors.
The bar was pleasantly surprised by its variety of cocktails (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic).
The territory, although small, is well decorated: there is a lot of greenery, a fairly convenient beach with a pier, there are small shops inside the hotel that allow you to find the necessary goods in the shortest possible time.
The sea is clean, the entrance is convenient, there are many sun beds and canopies on the beach, creating shade. You can enter the sea from the shore, as well as by stairs from the pier. A bridge has been installed for people with limited mobility from the shore to the sea.
Separately, I would like to mention the wonderful animation team, which does not let you get bored from banal lying on the beach. The guys are very smiling and sociable, they know almost all the guests by name, they unobtrusively involve them in activities. And the activities are such that you don't need to involve them - everyone in the queue is standing for fun and entertainment!
Every evening, the team delighted children and adults with various shows: there was a mini disco for children at 21:00, after which an adult show began at 21:20 (miss and Mr. hotel, fakir and fire shows, professional acrobats and dancers came and much more), then an adult disco with a professional DJ began.
I advise everyone to visit this wonderful hotel!

If you do not find fault, but clearly understand that you are going there to relax, and not to evaluate the whiteness of bed linen and towels, then OK.
We were surprised, of course, initially, by many points related to saving literally everything. Dark corridors with light sensors , non-working air conditioners in the lobby , indifferent staff - we decided to forget about all this and enjoy our vacation . The proximity to the sea and the beauty of nature won, we went on excursions all day and came to eat and spend the night.
In general, the advantage is the proximity to the sea , a small and cozy area.
I think there is nothing to do with children in this hotel.
Nutrition - if you do not have privileges, then you will not stay hungry , alcohol - one hundred percent can not be consumed.

We had a family vacation from July 12 to 18, 2023 .
We arrived at the hotel at about 11 o'clock , almost immediately checked in .
We booked 2 rooms on the first night, we settled into one (the rooms are not ready ...) the next day at 11 we settled into separate rooms.
The hotel was chosen small, the hotel is not 5 as they say, but 4 stars. The area is clean . The animation is like this ... at 23:00 to sleep. Nearby in hotels, music is still here, all lights out!
The food is normal, we were not hungry. One huge minus in the dining room on the beach where breakfast and lunch are a HUGE number of flies.... It is not possible to eat!!! By the end of our vacation, we guessed to cover with cling film ... watermelon, melon (not very much), apples, grapes, tangerines, and that's it.
The alcohol
is terrible !!! I want to single out a woman from the spa Aisylu, in my opinion, is a DISGUSTING PERSON!!! Massage and spa are also not recommended.
At the reception , the guys speak Russian very well , they are friendly , especially if you give something and give money (they do not refuse vodka , they have $ 20 for 0.5 liters) .
WI-FI is charged 2 € per day. The beach is rocky .
Sun beds were enough for everyone ( but not for everyone under a canopy )
I had a great rest. My husband is a little bored .

The dining room is large and roomy, they cook well, a wide variety of dishes and desserts, the dishes are clean, the waiters try to quickly clean and set the tables, but....there were a lot of flies ...., which led to a stupor ...., I had to constantly cover the selected dishes with plates so that this flyhawk would not sit down and crawl over the food.
The pools are clean, convenient access to the sea. The interior of the hotel is in the old style, so it looks a little old, the rooms are small, I can't answer for the others, since we lived on the ground floor and it was convenient to go out to the pool, to the dining room, and to the beach.
Everything would be fine, but I think it's too expensive for such a hotel, and the whole picture is spoiled by flies....

We rested from 06/13/2023 to 06/20/2023. Without emotions, only facts. We arrived at about 23.00, gave the keys to room 3026, said not our standard, but a suite. Therefore, if it suits us, we need to pay 50 euros. The room is nice on the 3rd floor, you can see a little bit of the sea, opposite the mountain-it's beautiful. But not a suite, just a standard. At 23.30, the night soup was served. The next morning there was a meeting with a separate guide, They raised the issue of relocation, came to the reception and said if we want to stay, we need to pay an additional 100 euros. They did not pay extra, to which they said that there were no rooms ready for relocation. Come to 12. We had to insist very specifically on finding a room, since we had only 6 days of rest and there was no time to waste on eternal relocation. The number was found in the form of a number for MGN. Therefore, there was no shower cabin, for the convenience of taking a shower for people, say in Kalyaska. Therefore, when taking a shower, the entire bathroom was flooded. But it's solvable. Room (1022) is located above the service entrance of the kitchen. Smells, unloading and loading of beer kegs early in the morning, etc. The attitude of the staff at the reception is cool. By the way, in a week we have never seen a beach worker who would help carry sun beds or an umbrella to the place. I was very impressed with the animation, just well done. What surprised me was that the famous Turkish trade had disappeared somewhere, it was difficult to bargain. In general, the rest took place - thanks to the weather (it rained for 2 months before the day of arrival) and the wonderful company. I wouldn't go back to the hotel a second time.

The hotel is normal, on a solid 4*. The beach is pebbly and clean. There are not enough sun beds for everyone. Beach towels are free.

Then everything was great! From the weather and the sea, to the kitchen and the staff. I just had a great rest! Separately about the animators - Babi, Lisa and of course OOOZZII!!!))) The guys are just burning! I have little contact and was going to take a break from people, but after a week I started communicating with them and did not notice how I began to participate in games and contests) Of course, you can't lure me on stage, but give me a chance to play) I spent from two to four hours a day just at the tennis table. My legs cramped at night. But, there is Ibrahim for this) And when he says you need a massage, he really needs it) And the massage is excellent! In general, I didn't break off in anything, starting with the plane and ending with it. I made a conclusion for myself - the Antalya coast, the beginning of October (I can't stand the intense heat, but this time it was very comfortable. I do not advise you and we will not go ourselves!
We had a rest in June 2023.
The room overlooked the neighboring hotel, fish was fried there every day and there was a stench in the room, we had to close the balcony, which did not save.
Room cleaning, written every day, linen change 3 times a week, towels change every day.
We stayed at the hotel for 14 days, never changed the linen, never a single towel, and we talked about cleaning the room more than once at the reception. Daily cleaning was not carried out at all, the floor was not washed, was not swept, their daily cleaning is cleaning a garbage bag in the toilet, put a roll of paper if it ends, and put 1 bottle of 0.5 liters of water, and that was not done regularly, we had to bring water ourselves, 2 days without toilet paper at all, we had to come During the cleaning, make comments, brought. The cleaners do not understand Russian, we point to the sand, the hair in the room is on the floor, they do not react.
Wi-Fi is paid, I think it's a shame!
The food is monotonous, for 1 cup of tea, coffee or a bottle of water you stand in a queue of 5-10 people, pour into paper, for some reason smelly glasses, carry boiling water in a paper cup to the table, there are porcelain mugs nearby, everyone asks to pour into them, they do not react.

For breakfast, hot fried crumpets have to wait, they bake when they want, the finished dishes are not replenished, those who managed to come earlier are lucky, a lot of over-salted dishes, apparently they do not try what they feed us.
Sun beds need to be occupied from 6 o'clock in the morning, people occupy sun beds on the beach and by the pool with things, and do not appear all day, others have no place to settle in, no one monitors this, although if no one came for 1 hour, it is necessary to clean things, no one cares.
They smoke everywhere, in the hotel rooms, except in the cafe building, on the street at tables for breakfast, lunch, dinner.

A wonderful hotel. I came here in May 2023 for the second time after 10 years, and as it was good, it remained so. We weren't very lucky with the weather, but it didn't spoil the impression of the holiday. Wonderful guys: the girl behind the bar in the lobby Senanyr and animator Babi.
The only drawback is paid wifi, it's expensive.
Otherwise, I liked everything.

Good afternoon!We were at the hotel from July 06-14, 2022.Positive:clean hotel, rooms, territory.The food is varied without any special frills, but delicious-all the dishes are brought to taste and, not least, fresh (there is something to compare) in the assortment beef, tuna, turkey, fruits, vegetables, berries, melons.The staff is friendly, interested and hospitable!The pier is excellent, the sea is warm nearby, drinks and sun)))The rest was great.My husband and I liked it.I think whoever is looking for something in a vacation finds it!

June 10.. 18, 2023. This is not the first time in this hotel. The territory of this pocket hotel is small but cozy, the beach area has canopies and umbrellas. The hotel is full, the room was paid for with a sea view. For the first two days, all arrivals were accommodated at the nearby Sunbel Hotel. Compensation - free WiFi looked like a mockery. The food in the restaurant is very poor, there is no porridge for breakfast, there are no desserts at all, the fruits are immature, no one is in a hurry to update empty trays. Drinks are served in paper cups after standing in line. You can't take tea or drinks by yourself. Cocktails can't even be called such, a pseudo-bartender has no idea what's in the way, the taste is disgusting. The only good thing is the strong Turkish tea in the reception bar. The staff is not trained and does not even reach the level of this pompous 3-star hotel. In the evening at the restaurant, if you do not take a seat in half an hour, then you will wait forty minutes for a table against the wall. No one adds tables or opens a backup restaurant... We had a rest from September 22 to September 30, 2022. I liked the hotel very much, everything matched up, I didn't have to ask anyone for anything. We arrived at 10 a.m., we were given a room right away, on the third floor, in the courtyard of the hotel. The view of the sea and the stage, no extraneous smells and noise, only the evening shows could be heard. In terms of nutrition, the choice is small for the top five, but the food is of very decent quality. Drinks are as usual, standard, strong, wine, beer, liqueurs, cocktails, tequila... One of the few hotels where the staff treats everyone with respect. Thanks a lot to the food manager, the waiters in the lobby bar flew and served everyone, regardless of German, Turkish, Kazakh, Russian, Ukrainian: What do you want? I haven't seen this anywhere. All requests were answered instantly. The beach is good, with a pier, with bridges for entering from the shore. The animation is good, not intrusive, we played darts, bocce, water polo, a tennis table is at the bar on the beach, I don't want to play. The music is just relaxing during the day, calm, not intrusive. There were shows in the evening, and everyone was invited to dinner. The rooms were cleaned regularly, towels were changed every day, bed linen every two days. There were few families with children, the hotel was most likely for couples, very quiet and peaceful.

We had a vacation with my husband from August 08, 2021 to August 22, 2021.
We have been to many countries and hotels of different levels. I decided to write a review for those who are considering visiting this hotel in the near future.
Number.
We had a room with a sea view, but someone was not so lucky and the windows of the room overlooked the windows of another hotel. The building of another hotel stands right next to it.
The rooms are clean, cleaning is regular. The bed is double, but very small in length, if you are taller than 175 cm. It is very uncomfortable to sleep.
The air conditioner is installed so that it blows directly onto the bed. Many guests did not turn on the air conditioner, but it is unrealistic to sleep in stuffy conditions in hot August.
Food.
The menu is very monotonous. If you are planning a vacation with children, then get ready for the fact that the choice will be minimal. Chicken, turkey and sometimes beef. Fish is very rare and mostly mackerel, which is severely frozen. Mashed potatoes, which were often over-salted, rice was undercooked. Boiled broccoli cabbage, beans in tomato sauce. Dishes are not cooked on the grill.
There is no ice cream at all, there are no snacks. Fruits were plentiful and it was very saving. Soup at lunch was very often cooked from dried tomatoes, in the evening two types of soup.
Coffee is impossible to drink. Many guests have switched to tea, and if you want Turkish coffee, then only for a fee.
The Internet.
The Internet is paid 2 euros per day, but there is practically no Internet on the beach.
Beach.
Small gray pebbles, but there are also large pebbles. Many people buy slippers for entering the sea, although there is a special entrance.
There are no beach towels. All the guests had to buy towels at the shops across the street from the hotel. There is a pier, you can't relax on the pier for free, you can only go down from the pier into the water.
Territory.
The territory is small, but well maintained. There is a swimming pool, but it is small. There are no slides.
More hotels have been built close to the right and left of the hotel. Loud music from three hotels simultaneously entertains guests both on the beach and on the territory.
Guests.
Guests from Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Moldova and the Russian Federation are staying at the hotel. There are very few guests from Russia. All the guests mostly come for one week.
Staff.
The staff tries to do their job well.
The chef is of low qualification.

We stayed at the hotel in September 2021. The hotel does not correspond to 5*. Mainly because of the food and service. There were times when there was nothing to eat for breakfast. The omelette may not be enough. The scrambled eggs were sometimes served far from the first freshness, as if they had been fried the day before yesterday, all dried up. A better lunch, an even better dinner. But once there were obviously rotten chicken legs. We didn't notice any beef or mutton. Chickens, sometimes turkey. However, there were always fruits in abundance. But most of all I was surprised by the plastic wine glasses, which were filled with wine at lunch. It seems that they were rinsed under cold water and served to guests without wiping with lip prints around the edges. The rest of the dishes are clean. Another disadvantage of the hotel is the lack of beach towels. They were offered to buy them for 15 euros. The complete absence of free Internet. The beach and the sea are good. There were enough sun beds. Towels were bought at the bazaar across the street. The hotel is not 5*. As it is, everything is fine.
