Terrible service. When you email, you either get no response or a very delayed one. When you call, the line is often busy. This is not a good business model for a company like this. Either there should be enough staff to provide proper customer service, or you risk losing customers to competitors who can deliver the service you’re failing to provide.

My order has not been delivered for nearly 2 months due to your workers’ improper way of service. I am very disapoointed with your service. Your workers have told me (for the whole two months) the product is not in Armenia but in fact it has been in Armenia for those two months.

The service is pretty fast although there usually a lot of people there. They give a free bottle of water which is nice of them.
