Who likes to drink and eat, of course, here, food, drinks, drinks 24 hours a day, and immediately upon arrival and departure, eat and drink all day. The food is normal, the beer is good, I liked the white wine, the gin and tonic are also acceptable, we have not tried other drinks. If you want a normal room, so that there is not a ground floor with a view of the technical courtyard, without greenery and the noise of a common air conditioner, pay for a room with a sea view at a travel agency. because otherwise, if you care, you will change the room with an additional fee. What was annoying about this hotel: - sun beds should be occupied very early, by the pool until 06-30, by the sea until 07-00, maximum. On the beach, even if you have taken an umbrella, there is no guarantee at all that a couple more people who have overslept will not fit under your umbrella, And if you have taken the last row, then sun loungers will be placed above your head. Everyone came to rest. Since Europe mostly rests in this hotel, there is no escape from smoking at all. They smoke everywhere on the beach and in rooms and restaurants, The only thing they do not smoke in the main restaurant, but if you want to sit and eat outdoors, you will not succeed, there is also a lot of smoking there.
There are very few places with a green area, there is practically nowhere to hide from the sun. There is no place to sit in the beach bar under umbrellas, but lie on a sun lounger when the whole beach is in the sun and until the sun changes position.There are lawns and you can bring a chaise longue to the lawn, but there is no shade and coolness, since the palm trees are not high. It didn't work out comfortably to lie down and read. For people who are not used to lying in the sun all day, especially in the hot months, it is difficult to relax here. The rooms are small compared to other hotels, except for shampoo and gel in the shower rooms there is nothing. So bring hats, air conditioners and everything else with you, even hand soap, somehow it wasn't even soaped in our room. In general, we did not like it here. The hotel is kind of uncomfortable. We did not go to eat and drink 24 hours a day, but to relax, enjoy the sea and the beach, the hotel, but it did not work out. The smell of tobacco, the inability to visit the beach normally, so that someone would not lie on your head, was annoying. That's why we're not coming here anymore. We shouldn't have come here after reading good reviews.

Excellent 4 * ka! We lived in a bungalow closer to the beach , we were satisfied with everything ! The food is decent , there has always been Dorado fish and shrimp , and a lot of delicious things ! The beach is a bomb ! The sand is white as flour , the water is bright turquoise , in general , such a sincere and very clean hotel , every corner is clean , the rooms are cleaned every day , they were cleaned perfectly ! Three bars - in the lobby , an express bar by the pool (24 hours a day ) , there at night if you are hungry ( which is unlikely ) 😁, you can take pizza, they cook very tasty! At the beach bar, different pasta , ice cream, drinks are prepared throughout the day!

We visited this hotel in September 2021. It was my first time in Tunisia. I liked the hotel, a good recreation area. There was a large dining room, but because of the pandemic, there was no buffet as such. All the food was distributed by the waiters. The choice of food is not very good, but you will not stay hungry. In the bars by the pool and on the beach, you can have a delicious snack from 8 to 23 o'clock.
A large swimming pool for adults, a small one for children and tube slides for everyone.
Animators entertain vacationers all day long. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Kindness is not feigned.In the evening, concerts and programs on the outdoor stage.
A beach with umbrellas and sun beds. They clean it every day, the beach is clean and big, the sand. There is no dust from the sand. Towels can be changed as much as you want, for free.
You can get to the city by taxi for 150 rubles in 15 minutes. There is a desert and mud outside the hotel. It was all the way from the airport to the hotel. Apparently there is no extra money for the maintenance of the country.
The people are friendly, you can bargain at the bazaar. No one looks at you like a savage.

We had a rest in April 2021, our own beach, security is chasing locals from it, clean, there are no jellyfish!The rooms are cleaned well! It is better to tip the cleaner at least 1 TND dinar, do not leave yellow coins - otherwise they will not clean the room at all!
Of the minuses - very slow waiters in restaurants and bars, the food is monotonous, the animation is TERRIBLE, I have never met worse, the elevators do not work
well (live their own lives)
IMPORTANT- you noticed that the buns (whole, of course) from breakfast that were already on someone's plate are not thrown away but left on the table, apparently to put back for the next breakfast.

I was in October 2019, I didn't like the hotel itself. We were lucky that we got a room with two rooms and a huge balcony, we paid extra upon check-in. Gorgeous sea view. The hotel staff is not friendly, good attitude only for tips. There was a lot of food, not tasty - this is clearly not the best feature of the hotel. If you want freshly squeezed juice, then you need to stand in line in the morning for 20-30 minutes and give 2 cups of 100ml in 1 hand. I put all three stars only for the beach! Here it was great, but the algae was quickly removed from us. All the neighboring hotels went swimming with us.

The hotel is not good. It's easy to get poisoned here. Glasses in public bars are not washed, but only rinsed. I once received a glass of sprite at the bar, which had lipstick on it from a previous "client".
When we were vacationing here, 70% of the hotel was poisoned. My wife and child of 1.5 years "vomited" all night.
We will not come here anymore, and in general, about Tunisia, I will say that the attitude towards Russians has not changed for the better: everyone is watching TV and the Internet and understands everything.
The alcohol in the bar is diluted, there is not even 20 degrees in it.
The sea, of course, is beautiful. The sand is white and fine as flour.
But the hotel service in the country as a whole is such that you don't want to come back here.

Someone was lying on ivs in the hospital, the return flight was postponed. Of course, everything was blamed on rotavirus.
Of the advantages:the coast with white sand, the Mediterranean sea, it is Mediterranean, but, let's say, in Turkey, it is not as blue and salty, almost like the ocean. Jellyfish were rarely seen, once employees pulled out huge dark brown jellyfish. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, even on the beach.

Received food poisoning, vomiting, diarrhea. There are a lot of tourists with poisoning.
The food is terrible, the stove on which some dishes are fried in the dining room (it's hard to call it a restaurant) is all black, fried in the same oil many times without changing.
Rarely does any of the food come across delicious, most of the food is just to fill your stomach, and often completely inedible. In an ordinary student canteen in Russia, the food is many times tastier.
Melon and plum have never been ripe. Of the fruits, there are also grapes and apples. Only the grapes were normal.
The staff at the distribution often pretend not to notice, first of all they try to serve the locals.
Animators are constantly on hand (sometimes without gloves).
Desserts are all margarine.
The room is dirty, the cleaning is not of high quality, a lot of hair remains on the floor (not ours, after the tip, the quality of cleaning has improved, but not as much as we would like).
There's also a bunch of other people's hair in the bed linen.
You need to pay 30 bucks extra for a room with a sea view, but at the same time there is a very noisy animation by the pool, it is uncomfortable if you are going to fall asleep before 23:00 local time.
Of the advantages, only the excellent sea and wi-fi, which catches almost everywhere.
In general, it is definitely not worth going to this hotel.
The average score on tophotels, tripadvisor and Google maps does not reflect reality and is misleading.

Trying to open the door for 15 minutes every day is such a pleasure. Incredible queues at the main restaurant.. They cook delicious, but so slowly that there is a high probability that you will wait for a banal fried egg for 20 minutes.
A rich table with sweets, but few fruits, watermelons were given literally a couple of times a week.
The waiters can't see you without a tip. But 5 dinars for tea and you have already reserved a place for dinner.

I was led by the positive feedback and was very disappointed.
The service at the hotel is available only if you leave a big tip. The waiters and the staff are rude (because it is simply unrealistic to tip everyone). That is, you give one waiter, he sets the table for you, and then bam and he's gone, because shift change is all, you're an empty place. Even water and appliances will not be brought, some people defiantly ignore requests.
It's the same with room cleaning. Once they did not put tea on us, instead of 4 towels they put one and did not put toilet paper, and the child's pajamas from the bed were thrown into a corner on a dusty bedside table.
The rooms themselves and the territory need renovation. It seems that nothing has been changed since the 90s, everything is dead, with cracks, dirty spots, a miserable sight.
There is a lot of food, delicious pastries. But not enough meat. Beef stew and chicken or turkey. Moreover, the beef ends 20 minutes after the start of dinner. There are kilometer-long queues for everything that is more or less edible.
There is not enough space for everyone on the beach. Because many people come and occupy sun beds, which eventually stand empty for half a day.
The beach is small for such a large hotel.
From the good: I liked the animation team, they are the only ones from the hotel staff who work conscientiously.
The beach is also cleaned well. The territory of the hotel is quite well maintained and clean.
But based on the above, the hotel certainly does not pull the declared 4 stars.
PS. Before that, the all-inclusive system was in Tunisia, Egypt and Turkey only 8 times, in different hotels of different categories, so there is something to compare. It was worse only in a cheap three-piece in Egypt, where the tour cost 500 dollars for a week for two.
