Good afternoon, everyone. We stayed at the hotel from March 17 to March 31, 2025. I want to tell you my real-life experience. We have been going to the hotel every year for 10 years, and every year we see how things are getting worse in this hotel. You have to understand that a hotel room costs an average of 3,000/4,000 thousand dollars for a 5-star hotel, but I'll try to explain why this is not the case. 1 - The hotel is very outdated. The houses are shabby, the paint is swollen and has fallen off somewhere. There are holes in the roofs inside the villa and the thatched roof is visible. All the blinds are broken, the light always comes through them, the shutters do not converge and do not close.But the biggest problem is the super old air conditioning system. One of the most important systems in this heat, it's just hell. When you sleep, it always blows in your face and ears. When you walk around the room, it always blows into your neck and back. Since the system is old, it works very, very loudly, that it is not possible to sleep normally and you have to cover yourself completely with your head, but you need to cover yourself one way or another because it always blows into your head.There will also be white towels with yellow spots and a bunch of other small problems waiting for you. 2 is a service, people who are used to good service should understand that there is no word for it at all!!! Whatever you encounter here, you will only get one thing, I'm SORRY. We stopped at a water villa with a pool, the pool was dirty, the Butler, the Manager, the pool cleaner came and everyone said it was because of the color of the tiles. It's just awful, adults are standing there talking nonsense, showing that you want everything from us perfectly, we spent 8 hours solving this problem through quarrels and swearing and explaining to the hotel that this should not be the case. Yes, the problem was solved and the compensation was somehow beaten out for such rudeness, but no one will return the day we spent on vacation! Room cleaning is very, very long, they take 1.5 / 2 hours to clean, the workers go all boiled 30/40 times, they come into the villa and even tips do not help speed up this process. In the past, they always asked for cleaning when they left for breakfast, and upon their return everything was cleaned up. Now you have to sit outside and wait for them to finish cleaning. 3 - and one of the most important things is the food, it's just disgusting here!!!! There's a Tapasaki restaurant and it's good, there used to be some good Arabic, but it's gone bad. Whatever you order will be bland and not tasty, even when you ask for salt. The pasta is overcooked or not cooked strongly. But what can we talk about when we asked for gazpacho in the evening, and we were told that the chefs couldn't make it. Let me remind you that these are mashed tomatoes with onions and garlic. If the chefs can't cook it, then it's not worth discussing further. The breakfasts, which were among the best here, turned into very modest ones. And you have to wait 40/50 minutes for food, and even after that, they won't bring you what you ordered (((( Bottom line, the hotel has lost its uniqueness and gloss, for me personally it's 4 stars maximum. Of course, all this comes from management. The general manager should just be kicked out for what he did to such a hotel. It's a pity that one of our most beloved hotels has turned into such a horror. Now we have to look for a new place in the Maldives, because we don't want to go back to that!!!

I liked everything, the hotel is good, a wonderful beach villa and staff, a large selection of restaurants, all very tasty, especially the French restaurant. A big island, it definitely won't be boring. Among the disadvantages: the lack of a home reef and the sea water is dirty for the Maldives. It's a bit expensive in restaurants, provided that half-board was turned off, we had to pay $ 100-300 extra for each dinner, this is without alcohol. Also an unpleasant moment was the loss of several things, the glasses that were left in the art studio disappeared without a trace and the jacket from the room. Overall, a good hotel for families with children.

The best hotel (paradise on earth ) I want to keep coming back . It's not new, but it's still the best.
