We went here with a company of 4 people for a gastrofest. The place is not bad, but it's cozy there, a nice veranda, but I noticed a lot of things for myself:
1. No one met at the entrance, you had to go yourself and look for at least one of the staff.
2. The waiter did not say hello, the menu just flew in two visitors, and was not put neatly to the visitor (it seemed that it was roughly thrown at you, and with a characteristic sound of slamming on the table).
4. The menu does not contain all the items that are available in the institution. As it turned out, juices are already available when ordering. Moreover, we could not really explain the difference between juice and lemonade
Dishes are served on an empty table (in all establishments, at least paper place mats (serving napkins) are placed on the table under the plates).
5. The appliances were taken out later than the dishes, i.e. the visitor, who had already brought food, could not even begin to taste it, because there was nothing.
6. They did not ask if it was possible to take out the next dish, but simply took it and brought it. There is nowhere to put the plates, we physically did not have time to eat the first course, but they are already carrying the 2nd and 3rd. Moreover, at the phrase "please bring the dish a little later", the waiter with a languid sigh defiantly turned around and took OUR dish to another table ...
7. Plates with new dishes were taken out before the dirty ones were removed from the table. That is, there is simply nowhere to put the dishes again.
8. One of the dishes of the set was personally taken out to me much later than the rest of the people sitting at the table. Moreover, the difference in the volume of the portion (shepherd's pie) was enormous - in 3 plates the volume of minced meat was about 5 cm, on top of a layer of potatoes and cheese. In my portion, the meat was not visible from the word at all, i.e. the dish was much smaller and the view was, to put it mildly, not very good. When asked what the reason for this difference was, the answer was that it was from a different baking sheet and was prepared by another cook. Well, I'm sorry, the dishes should be the same, regardless of who cooks it. At least by weight.
9. The dessert was served only after we asked for it.

We booked a table for 19:00, arrived a little earlier (18:40), ordered two dishes and drinks, the food was brought to us at 20:10, when boarding at three tables with ours) Half of the menu is not available, wherever you poked your finger, everything turned out to be on the stop, and finally the choice fell on certain positions on the menu, they were accepted, the waiter left, after 20 minutes they returned to us to say that these dishes are also on the stop) We were very disappointed, because we came to celebrate a birthday, it turns out that the holiday was already spoiled, although the institution showed great hopes…
