They don't know how to cook. We ordered tuna, stingray and langoustine. The tuna was overcooked so that it was impossible to chew and swallow like paper, and they did not eat it.The stingray was also overcooked, but because it was greasy, it could be eaten. The only thing I liked was the langoustine.
