A nice recreation area. I have been resting for about 5 times in a row. This year we took a suite room, I liked that you can not take bathrobes, towels and slippers with you. But don't forget the hair dryer. I was disappointed that there were not enough staff this year. In the morning there was an influx in the dining room, the girls did not have time to wash the dishes for the guests. Well, in general, everything is great. Have a good rest! Book rooms sooo early

This is a great hotel. I liked it very much. The rooms are great, the linen is new, there is no clean smell. The canteen is something, the prices are like in a cool pub in Almaty. We agree to pay, but we didn't enjoy the meal. So-so. The Kaganate canteen is 100% better. The breakfast surprised me. Satisfying, nutritious, varied.

The staff is helpful.

There was a half-filled can of beer under our bed in our room. -)
In the morning, breakfast includes porridge, bread and butter, sponge cake, and tea. The payment for the room was 60,000 tenge, accommodation for two adults and two children. The pool is hot, the water in the rooms is only hot, without the possibility of adding cold water. We were given new bedding sets, which we had to refuel ourselves. We arrived in the evening closer to five, left early in the morning. I think we will not return to this recreation center anymore.

Omir SU is a suitable place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. Guarded, clean territory, there is a Playground, friendly staff. Most of all, I liked that the platforms near the pools were thought out, and these are smooth steps when leaving the pool, the steps are not SLIPPERY.

Friendly staff. The pools are clean, with different water temperatures. Clean, well-maintained territory. Music. Excellent barbecues, a cocktail cabinet, a cauldron. Parking for cars on site. The rooms are clean, not smoky. Bathrobes and towels are provided if necessary. The breakfasts are varied and included in the room rate. You can take food with you. There is a liquor store.

Thanks to our favorite zone "Omer Su". We rested on October 10-12, 2023. Everything is fine. The rooms are new , the furniture is new . Everything is comfortable. Special thanks to the zone staff. The pools are not smelly. Each pool has its own temperature, from warm to hot. By the way, there are 4 of them.
There is a barbecue, a cauldron, a cocktail cabinet.

On November 11, 2023, we arrived at the Omir Su recreation area in Chunju and oh, horror! The unfriendly receptionist Sofia gave the key to the room and that was the end of all her duties. Came to the room: we were greeted by a dirty floor, a dusty closet ... then there was a small quest called "find bedding", the appearance of which leaves much to be desired. There are no face towels, there is no toilet paper, everything needs to be asked and it is not a fact that they will bring it to you.
Although the price for a room here is higher than in other zones, for example, in the "Mirage".
The pools are clean, the water is warm. But I wonder why the repair of tiles around the largest pool should be done on Saturday and Sunday, when the largest influx of vacationers.
The dining room is a separate story. We waited 20 minutes for the waitress to come to us. During this time we called her twice. We ordered fries with meat and lagman guira. We waited almost 40 minutes. But at least here the imagined coincided with reality.
Security and staff do not look after the order, drunk guys swam in the pool, then staged a fight in the dining room! People come on vacation with young children, a lot of elderly people who want to relax.
We did not like it, we will never come again and we will not advise anyone to rest in this zone.

For the first time at the hot springs. It takes about 5 hours by bus. There are many such recreation areas with hot pools here - Mirage, Pearl, Omir-Su and many others. There are differences. This includes the condition of the rooms, the work of the staff, and how much radon is in the water. In Omir-Su, you can stay in the water as long as you want, but in other places there are restrictions. This is because of the amount of radon in the water.
There were frosts, people swam already in hats, otherwise their hair freezes, frost - and here you are - the hero of the Titanic.

We stopped by with my husband for literally 3 hours, in the middle of the week. The pools are the best you can imagine or compare... I really liked that they are located in the courtyards, where the exits from the rooms go directly to the water. In winter, it's just super! Out of the water and straight to the room! I really liked the steps into the water, wide, comfortable to sit with my sore knees in the water and at the same time no load on the heart. Besides, the water is cooler on the steps. The kitchen is also on top! Despite the fact that it was almost empty that day, only we splashed in the pools, the kitchen worked and could feed anyone visiting. This is not the case in all recreation areas. We used to go to another one, but now only here, and at reasonable prices.

It's a terrible place. I don't advise anyone.
1. Cold water in the pools.
2. There is not a single indoor pool in the building or at least just with a canopy over the water. It's just a nightmare when you go swimming in the rain or snow and it's not enough that snow is falling on you from the sky (this is in our case when we went) so also the water is cold. Ugh...
3. Rooms for two are acceptable. I won't say it's chic or anything special. An ordinary double-bed wardrobe, a table and two chairs, a refrigerator. That's all, in principle, no more is needed. But if you are going to relax with a company or a large family, and it will be cold outside, then the inconvenience begins here. You will not find a common table (only if in the dining room for a separate rent) or sit outside in gazebos (which also do not have walls)
4. Room cleaning is not provided. But this is still normal, so in many zones. But right there, even just a rag with a broom is not provided, and if someone has scattered or spilled something, then you will have to run after someone from the zone employees for half a day, who will persistently hide from you, pretend that they do not see, do not hear, and in general they are there by accident. The administrator is most likely not from our planet at all, she does not know about anything, does not know anyone, and in general it is impossible to touch her.
5. There are bugs on the beds, small nasty ones and bite unpleasantly somehow. The bite then itches and becomes inflamed for a long time.
In conclusion, I can only say one thing, the territory is beautiful and the dining room has delicious baursaks. Everything else is fu.

Tables and chairs from the time of 1980. The cost is very high!!! There is a great spa hotel nearby. It's a pity that there was no place! I do not recommend it

Omir Su is a great hot spring recreation area. We were there 3 times. The houses are excellent, the only thing is that the kitchen is unimportant, it is better to take food with you and the water is very hot in the warm season, the best time to go there is in winter, not in autumn and not in spring.
