A nice recreation area. I have been resting for about 5 times in a row. This year we took a suite room, I liked that you can not take bathrobes, towels and slippers with you. But don't forget the hair dryer. I was disappointed that there were not enough staff this year. In the morning there was an influx in the dining room, the girls did not have time to wash the dishes for the guests. Well, in general, everything is great. Have a good rest! Book rooms sooo early

This is a great hotel. I liked it very much. The rooms are great, the linen is new, there is no clean smell. The canteen is something, the prices are like in a cool pub in Almaty. We agree to pay, but we didn't enjoy the meal. So-so. The Kaganate canteen is 100% better. The breakfast surprised me. Satisfying, nutritious, varied.

The staff is helpful.
We were on January 4th, there were a lot of not sober tourists (to put it mildly)
There was a half-filled can of beer under our bed in our room. -)
In the morning, breakfast includes porridge, bread and butter, sponge cake, and tea. The payment for the room was 60,000 tenge, accommodation for two adults and two children. The pool is hot, the water in the rooms is only hot, without the possibility of adding cold water. We were given new bedding sets, which we had to refuel ourselves. We arrived in the evening closer to five, left early in the morning. I think we will not return to this recreation center anymore.
