We were at the end of August 2019, the hotel itself is good, the room was cleaned every day, the food was fine, the hungry did not go, but the area around leaves much to be desired, garbage is everywhere, the territories between the hotels are not cleaned at all, there is a nightclub under the windows in another hotel, every morning at 4 o'clock they screamed like a cut, cursed, once they even beat someone, because we left the windows open at night, turned off the air conditioner so that it wouldn't blow, so we always woke up screaming. Once we almost suffocated in the morning, someone burned garbage under the windows at night. An ambiguous residue remained. But there was a wine supermarket nearby, in a nearby hotel, which slightly smoothed out the negative impressions)

The rooms are spacious, the furniture is old, but clean. Breakfasts are monotonous, they get boring quickly, but this is for an amateur. There are no refrigerators in the rooms, you need to ask at the reception, then the maid will bring it. The safe is free of charge. There is Wi-Fi in the rooms, but it works every other time. There were problems with hot water, even the master came several times. The effect was enough for about a day, then all over again. The ocean is not far away, but there is a wasteland around the hotel, which is somehow not very pleasant. Overall, it is quite atmospheric with beautiful mosaics, spacious rooms. Another plus is that it is close to the Margin, you can buy groceries at least every day. In principle, the price-quality ratio of this hotel stands up.

Not far from the sea 700 meters, not far from souk el had market 1.5 meters, Marjan store 1.1 meters. It's a little empty around the hotel. Mostly everyone walks along the embankment.
