We had a rest in Omega at the end of August.I really liked the hotel, the area is clean and green.The rooms are completely consistent with the photo, perhaps even better in reality.Very clean, the bed is snow-white, the bathroom is clean and spacious.The room is cozy and comfortable.The shared kitchen is also clean, there are enough dishes for everyone.Special thanks to the administrator Tatiana.All cleanliness and order are maintained through her efforts.Always on the spot, friendly and helpful.Five minutes to the beach, beaches to choose from, we went to the wild, it's to the left, there is very clean water and natural shade, although there is enough garbage in the bushes, but the coastline is clean.We booked three days in the center, but we went and looked and returned to Omega again, there is no crowd and dust, it is calm and green.Take a walk in the center in the evening.you can call a taxi for 200 rubles.Considering the prices of housing in the center, it is cheaper to pay for a taxi and live in a good hotel outside the city.Who needs comfortable accommodation and clean sea, a relaxing holiday - you are in Omega!Of the cons, the audibility in the room, but if you're lucky with the neighbors, it doesn't really hover.Otherwise, everything is great!

The audibility is 200%, it is located near the highway, at night it feels like you are sleeping right on the highway. If there are neighbors, it's tin, as if they walk in your room. The windows are old wooden with slits, the doors are the same, the gap is the size of a finger. The houses themselves are tired, falling apart, the second floor is on supports, in places the boards just rotted. Therefore, there are no photos of houses nearby. The room itself has everything, the linen is clean, but the mattresses are probably old too, the pieces of iron bulged out on the sides. If you decide not to check in, the prepayment will not be refunded to you. The good reviews are clearly screwed up.

I really liked the guest house. Beautiful rooms, well-groomed territory, pleasant receptionist. The battery is in working condition. If there is a car, it is a 3-minute drive to N. Athos. Walk for 25 minutes. Since the hotel is all made of wood, you should not expect good sound insulation. There is a large plasma TV, but it slows down hard.

We had a rest in June.everything is really clean and the administrator is adequate. But the audibility in the rooms is terrible. You can hear every rustle. There is no isolation. There is not enough barbecue area inside the recreation area for both children and adults. The Internet hardly worked. The TV was not showing, as the Wi-Fi did not reach the room. There are a lot of evidence with wasps near each room from above, they need to be removed. It was the first time we were in Abkhazia, but we didn't like the living conditions.

We rested in the third decade of September. We arrived at 2 a.m. We were greeted with a smile on our face and very cordially. They told me, showed me everything that was needed for a comfortable stay. On-site parking, under 24-hour supervision. The rooms are clean, linen and towels are fresh, ironed, new plumbing, air conditioning, refrigerator, shower, TV, everything is functioning properly. There is Wi-Fi. Kitchen with all necessary utensils. We know that there are problems with
water, but we did not feel this problem either. They opened the faucet in the morning-there is no water-they opened the door-and under the door there are five liters of water... Dinara and Leva, thank you very much for the comfortable accommodation and your round-the-clock care. MANY THANKS to the hosts for a comfortable stay!

New rooms. They completely match the photos. New air conditioning, shower. There's a nice dining room across the street. The beach is sparsely populated and clean. The sea is clear. The linen in the room is new, the staff is friendly. Next year we want to rest here again.

A new hotel, clean and cozy rooms, absolutely everything is there. Omega is super! The dining room across the street is disgusting, the cafe on the shore is great! The scrambled eggs are divine, the kebab is delicious, the khachapur is excellent! Eat there - you won't regret it!

In the cold season, only air conditioning can be heated, there are no other heating sources.
Good new snow-white linen and towels, all 100%cotton.
There is a shared kitchen in the courtyard. An electric kettle is only available in the shared kitchen.
