We flew in January 24 Moscow- Manila- Moscow. Everything is fine. Good planes, pleasant service. The transfer to Muscat there was 3.5 hours. Despite a 3-hour delay at Sheremetyevo Airport (obviously due to the weather), we quietly caught the next plane to Manila. They flew in the opposite direction minute by minute according to the schedule. I definitely recommend the airline.
From most reviews, it is not clear at all what the claim is. It seems that these reviews were written by the very "passengers" who behaved, little to say, inappropriately during the flights. Who got to the free alcohol and the rest of the free stuff. It's a shame for such passengers.
And the airline @omanair is very good. It leaves only positive impressions.
And do not forget those who write that the service of flight attendants and stewards is bad: These are not the waiters in the restaurant, these are the people who ensure your safety! This is their main job!

But when we flew back, it was a complete n* zdets. We flew for 3 days. In Manila, the plane broke down, we waited at the airport for more than 8 hours, in Oman our plane left and we were given tickets through Cairo, in 3 days and fly for more than a day. I was in shock, screaming and crying there. As a result, the tickets were changed after 5 hours of waiting, the flight the next day was a direct flight to Moscow. We were sent to the hotel to wait for the flight, we have only 5 hours left before departure. In the morning they forgot to call us a transfer, as a result, the hotel helped us out. And again their plane broke down. The delay is again 2 hours, the plane is being changed, and there are fewer seats in it. And our seats are gone now. They offer us to fly in a day. But when we see my sinister face, there was no need for words. They took the others off the plane, and we were put down.
I really enjoyed flying with this airline. There was a connecting flight.
The two crews and the airport left a very good impression. The ticket price was good.

A terrible experience of buying tickets, which in fact turned into the loss of a large amount of money from scratch (in favor of the airline, perhaps also the aggregator). The airline sells tickets only through aggregators (Airsales and other smaller ones).
This is the first time I've come across buying tickets for this airline. Of course, you can say that I myself am to blame for something and could have foreseen that such a thing could happen, but - the same can be said about any person who fell for the bait of scammers. I regard the situation as essentially fraudulent.
We lost 30,000 rubles on the return of return tickets, and we had to return them, by and large, because of the brazen pricing policy of the airline. As a result, mom will definitely not fly on vacation thanks to this "wonderful" company!
We decided to take tickets for February 2025 in advance, in mid-October 2024, mom with her card, I with mine. Tickets for 42-46000 were monitored by several companies. days, everything was available on certain dates (it was indicated that there were many places). I was glad that there is luggage + refund / exchange. Without a second thought, I take a ticket to my mother from her card through Aviakassa and then try to take it for myself on the same dates - and lo and behold: tickets have gone up to 62,000! And when you switch to the aggregator for purchase (the same Ticket office or City.Travel or Air Sales) - the price increases to 85, while there is no refund and exchange! That is, a ticket with the worst introductory costs 2 times more expensive! And it would be fine if it was 10, it became 20, but it was "46, it became 85"!!! I tried to find some options, I was wildly angry that I was put in a situation where it was easier to take a direct Aeroflot then. This is the first time I have come across the fact that tickets are increasing in price. Last year, the same Aeroflot was taken first by me, then by my friends with a difference of 1-2 weeks (and a month before departure) - no price increases, identical price.
The result: for a refund of 46,000 rubles - only 16,000! A third, Carl! At the same time, 3 months before departure, this ticket could be sold a million times at any price. But why ? When you can implement it twice. The ticket office started to get into a fever that everything was spelled out in the conditions when buying - no, it wasn't. By the way, on some other aggregator, everything was very clearly spelled out, what penalties, what fees, etc. By the way, I will no longer buy tickets through this aggregator. Well, Oman Airlines is now a terrible airline for me, with which I will not fly anywhere, even if there are mega low prices, and I will be able to buy 2 tickets at once. This is the principled position. I think that if I bought 2 tickets at once, the situation could be different, but we have what we have, and in my opinion all this is arrogance and profit at the expense of other people's funds. Mom wasn't ready to fly herself, so I had to cancel everything. Everyone is upset. A curtain. "Thank you," the fucking Omanis. With such a policy, I hope that financial losses will overtake you soon.
Disgusting service. The situation is as follows: we arrived at Manila Airport 50 minutes before departure. Registration is usually completed in 40 minutes. We come, and they tell us: "The gates have closed. Go to the main office on the 4th floor." We ran in there with another "lucky guy". Instead of help, they received only: "Sorry, we can't help you in any way. These are the rules. Sit and wait for another 2 hours until the main office in Manila opens and call them." Attention! The plane is standing, people are not allowed on board yet, and we (who were late, as it turned out) were immediately turned around to purchase a new ticket, although there are still 50 minutes before departure! There is no check-in desk for latecomers, no additional payment, NOTHING at ALL. In the office, the word did not help us at all, why they are sitting there is generally unclear. They asked to call the main one: "Go there, I don't know where, but he will tell you the same thing." No one tried to help from the word at all, although in other companies in such a situation the whole airport would have been running after us. The mission didn't seem impossible in 50 minutes, but no one lifted a finger. You can't buy tickets from these office goats, you can't register. We had to wait another 2.5 hours JUST to call the main office. When it was 9 o'clock in the morning, the airport office told us: "Go away and call yourself. We have a break." Although we persuaded the unfortunate woman to call without our participation, since we don't know the language for a moment, she informed us after the call that we need to wait another 25 minutes. The operator from the main office will call her back. However, we will have to wait for a response not for 25 minutes, but 1.5 hours, because they started a break before 10:30. Ironic, isn't it? You wait for one to open, and in parallel with these, the second ones close. As a result, they told me to come tomorrow. Of course, inspired by such a service, we spat on them and had to purchase new tickets from another company. It's just bureaucracy in its purest form. We lost more than $ 1,500 on this, although we had time, but we still didn't get on the plane (with hand luggage)! We will never fly with this terrible company again in our LIVES, and I do not advise you. Oman air has broken through the bottom of the most backward airline in the world

I am trying to write a complaint, but they show me that the airline is not responsible in such cases and does not accept complaints. Do I have to buy a NEW suitcase for every flight of your airline in order for you to break it??? I do not recommend it!
We flew Moscow-Muscat-Colombo there and back. We had a comfortable flight. Departure and arrival on time. The team of onboard guides is super. We have not identified any disadvantages for ourselves.
