Some time ago, we went to the WMD in order to buy wallpaper, the choice is good, the prices are reasonable, the difficulties began from the moment we found a consultant, waited for 20 minutes, somehow caught a passing employee, the girl said she would call now, waited another 30 minutes!!!! In total, it took almost an hour to find out that the wallpaper we selected did not have the right amount, well, we picked up others, the consultant took them out and handed them to us. Due to our stupidity, we did not check that each roll was from the same batch, as a result, the wallpaper is of a different shade, the floor of the room is already glued, where can I get the same ones? Is unknown.
So I repeat, our share of the blame is that we didn't double-check, but(!) and what are consultants for anyway? Maybe I should have helped pick it up? Is it possible to double-check? Should I advise you? We could just take them from the showcase ourselves, we wouldn't have waited for him for almost an hour for that, in general, money was thrown away because of an incompetent and useless consultant.

I note that I did not use the saw, I did not pour oil, I did not unpack the chain, there is no damage, the engine is in good condition, the receipt and warranty card are available. At the information center, the return specialist refused to change the goods or return the money, but said that I either pick up the goods with such a "petty" malfunction, or he issues a saw for sending to the service center and I will see it no earlier than in 1-2 months, and it is not a fact that they recognize the problem with the "warranty" button by chance." I decided to pick up the saw and first calmly figure it out, consult with Consumer Protection. And to the administration of the OMA store in Brest, I have a question: who is right and who is wrong in the light of the above? And if I send the saw to the service, then why will I need it in winter, when its characteristics require work in the plus temperature range?! And who is responsible for checking the quality of the goods you sell, at a price of almost 200 rubles, before handing it over to the buyer? Why do you keep such consultants at work who cannot see an external problem? I hope that the store administration will give me an answer to the questions raised in accordance with the provisions of the legislation and consumer rights.
