I am writing to express my deepest regret to this store. There was a blatant case of negligent attitude of the staff to the client. The situation is as follows: in this hardware store I purchased 3 osb plates, since the plate was large, I ordered delivery directly to the apartment. The delivery date was set, the goods were paid in full. But on the day of delivery, just nothing happened!!!! Words cannot describe how upset the whole family was.
I got a call from the infocenter and was informed of the following: "My osb plates were accidentally sold to other buyers by mistake of the "promoters", and since they are not available, we will refund your money accordingly!" There are no questions about the refund, they were returned in full. But I don't understand such a negligent attitude, maybe a person has repairs in full swing and this material was very necessary. No one wants to take this fact into account! Please be attentive dear staff! And future buyers should keep in mind such situations!
I am writing a review of such a plan for the first time!
The work of the staff in the trading floor feels like they are sleeping in the workplace, they often meet such people, they are looking for goods in the warehouse for a long time, it feels like there is simply no merchandiser.
