I did all this for the first time in my life, as the tiles in the bathroom came off one wall and needed urgent replacement (so as not to fall on the washing machine, washbasin and bathroom, I had to temporarily tape the seams, by the way, a good life hack for a short time!).
The store helped to understand in detail the types of all purchased materials and choose the best for my situation in terms of quality and price.
When I was doing the work (I hired a tiler), all the materials were the best and fit well, now I have a look in the bathroom. 👍

When I came up, the attitude was not realistic, the baseboard counted 3 more slats, although the size chart was detailed! And for many positions, prices are ±30% higher than those of competitors! The baseboards were being returned, and "zhdun" was sitting at the reception (he was waiting for everything to be ready for him, but how do I know what he needs???)!! I used to have a favorite store, now I'll think 7 times about what to go there!!! And yes, there are very few friends with installment cards: almost everywhere there are discounts when paying with an installment card, but here the full program and deadlines are not long!!

Please note that even 1 star goes only to the operator Sergey. I have no idea which store the delivery was from, I leave a review at the nearest point on the map.
30.11 an order has been placed for a Christmas tree with delivery on 08.12.
In the order status, it was noted after a couple of days, "the order is assembled, awaiting delivery."
On the day of the order - "in the courier service".
The delivery was supposed to be from 13.00 to 18.00.
At 19.10 there was still no order. There was no call about the courier's delay either.
We called on our own.
The operator Sergey informed that the delivery was delayed.
Then he called back and said she wouldn't be there.
Reason: THE PRODUCT IS MISSING.
Since we made a pre-order, it took as much as 8 DAYS! to make sure that the goods were in stock and call us back for reissue.
I asked to resolve this issue.
Sergey was able to find about 1 fir tree, but from the showcase (for example) and reissued delivery to us on 09.12 from 18.00 to 23.00.
And what happened next? 09.12 we did not receive anything: no food, no call that there would be no delivery.
The contact center, please note, is open only until 21.00 and there is no one to clarify the information.
Like stupid people, we stayed at home for 2 days in a row in the specified period to receive delivery.
But no one from the store even bothered to clarify that she would NOT BE THERE.
10.12 it turned out that the company has technical problems AGAIN (what? it's not very clear).
At the moment: the spruce was promised to be delivered from 18.00 to 23.00. We are waiting. I will definitely add a review about the delivery time and the quality of the spruce from the showcase.
I am sincerely shocked with such an organization of work and attitude towards the client.

And when will you pick it up?" When we returned from vacation, we called the store to clarify the details of the shipment. The order number was found immediately, but they could not give an answer. Then there were multiple calls with an interval of a day and as a result, "unfortunately, the order was withdrawn from the reserve!"
I do not recommend contacting you! Sorry for the time spent. I am sure that the order was in stock, it just went up in price during the "negotiations" and it is more profitable to sell it again! Very petty.
