Centralised AC system does not work at all. You can survive only in rooms having separate split systems.
Anyway, hotel is well placed - 100m to the beach, to old town, to shops. Just choose direction.

A cozy and very conveniently located hotel (5 minutes from the market, 10 minutes from the bay with boats and yachts, cafes, restaurants in a picturesque location and the Old Town). Pleasant and helpful staff, as well as on the whole island of Crete 🤍💙
The room was cleaned and towels were changed daily, bed linen was changed once every three days. It is convenient that they give a memo before check-in, where there is all the necessary information about breakfast time, WiFi, check-in/check-out time, etc.
I would like to express special thanks to Tatiana at the reception, a very friendly woman and I am lucky that she knows Russian.

The ideal location (the sea, the old town, the bus station - everything is within walking distance !)
The hotel is what you need to relax : a good breakfast, not large, but cozy rooms, excellent staff (as with relatives)
Not a large pool (but the sea is nearby, the pool is not needed),there are many cafes and restaurants nearby, the old town is just around the corner.
Of the minuses (no humidity, clean the rooms, you can feel the dust on the floor) towels are changed regularly, linen too,
In my case (only my Wi-Fi didn't work in the room, my girlfriend is OK. it was.
A great hotel at a good price. I definitely recommend it.
