In general, the complex is good, but I would like to be like the best:
1. More frequent cleaning of showers
2. More spacious locker rooms - sometimes such a crush- nowhere to sit
3. They have more friendly coaches and identification marks (they are just invisible) - almost never any of them welcomes and does not identify who the instructor or coach is :) impossible
4. It's kind of dark everywhere - well, maybe it's such a style- inconspicuous
5. The bars in the hall are inconvenient for me personally - very wide - there is no way to adjust - or I did not find;
6. There is no way to make an upheaval on the horizontal bar;
7. You often break the blender in a restaurant for making smoothies - )

Weakly. The premium (as they position themselves) room and spa do not pull at all. Of the conditional "premium", only the entrance group. The gym is too crowded, the flow is not regulated, the location and use of the halls themselves are strange, especially for functional training. It is unclear when the group classes are taking place. The hall does not close at this time, they still continue to walk around. Although the simulators are of normal TechnoGym quality, they are already very worn out. There is no interior or general design solution.
To visit the sauna after a workout, you need to go down and go to another room far enough away (the essence of a sauna is to recover quickly immediately after a workout). The sauna, unlike many other halls, is shared (male and female), which is very inconvenient. There are always more people than places in a Russian sauna. You will sit and touch other people. The salt room is good. The pool is ordinary, as if it came to some university or school pool.
The showers are moderately dirty, and everything is worn out. Souls are lost, everything is covered in lime. Soap dispensers are all rusty. Raised ceiling panels fall off in many places. There is only one towel for the entire visit, which is wet after the aqua zone, and it is not clear how to take a shower afterwards.
The staff is pleasant, no questions asked.
In total, it's not worth your money. There is no premium here, the picture outside is beautiful.

It is noteworthy that none of the familiar gym enthusiasts with beautiful bodies recommended this place. Let's summarize:

You will be used as a background for their performances in the hall. Which they rent quite often.
By the way, the view from the windows is beautiful only from a certain angle.
The simulators are worn out (the technojim simulators seem to be very much BU), there is nothing in the cardio zone except for the tracks, a couple of worn ellipses that are always busy.
Benches will never be enough for you either, dumbbells are always disassembled, simulators are not duplicated, many simply do not exist.

I admit that I could have recorded the time incorrectly myself, but I should have called the administrators the day before and reminded them of the recording (in this case, there would not have been such an embarrassment). Also, when I didn't come by 1 p.m., no one called me and didn't specify whether I was late or not at all. In the end, I wasted my time. This could have been avoided if the center's service was at least at an average level and the administrators simply reminded them of the records.

We were in the pool. Pool 25 m. There is no bleach. The water is warm. Nearby there is a Russian bathhouse, sauna, hammam and a room with sun beds- for what I did not understand. It's cold to lie down, there's nothing to read, and it's not comfortable to sleep. The hammam works in such a way that it seems to have entered a Russian sauna with avid steam bathers. An ice shower tastes great with water. It's better than a barrel of water.

A good hall for 8/10 compared to what is generally in Minsk
Minuses:
- Very small and cramped lockers in the locker room. The locker rooms themselves are also very cramped, cramped aisles and it is so uncomfortable to be there that once again you don't even want to change clothes
- In the spa area, the women's locker room is located in front of the men's. That is, when the doors were opened, when someone goes out or enters there, all men passing by in their locker room see absolutely everything that happens in the women's room. Who even thought of organizing locker rooms like this??
- There are no doors or curtains in the showers. I would like to see them in a hall of this level
- The presence of children in the spa area. Coming to the spa area, you want to relax and unwind there, but having children does not make this possible.
- Periodically shutting down the hammam.
- There are often empty soap dishes in the showers
- Uncomfortable bracelets. FaceID is not clear why it is needed if there are bracelets. Or if there is a FaceID, then why bracelets? Both are very uncomfortable together.
- The big minus is that it is not possible to rent a locker to leave some things and not carry them with you every time.
- Very often various events are held and packing is blocked, which is why it is quite often necessary to park 3 blocks away.
- A cold pool. When I first came to the gym, the temperature of the water and air was almost the same (about 30 degrees). Now the pool has turned cold and has become 28 degrees. Sad and cold
- Unhappy faces of the administrators
- Paid extra towels. This is the first time I've ever seen this in clubs of this level. A small towel is generally useless, it would be better to give out just 2 large ones, one for use in the spa area, and the second to complete the visit, because the first one during the spa becomes already wet and dirty and you don't want to wipe yourself like that. And it's even better to make it a little more expensive if you need a subscription, but to do as in many other places, just put a large closet with towels where a person can take on his own how much he needs.
- Slightly dull pool design
- Zayuzanye and short mats in the hall
- There are very narrow toilets in the hall and in the lobby. It's even difficult to turn around, let alone put a bag down. It's just impossible to squeeze in there. It would be better to make them a couple of pieces smaller, but more spacious and comfortable, such as in the women's locker room at the spa.
- A sad chat in a telegram where they write only not very happy news like that the entrance to the parking lot will be blocked again or some classes have been canceled.
Positive:
- Very beautiful view from the hall, super pleasing to the eye!
- Even with a long break, the discount of a regular customer has been preserved, a trifle is nice :)
- Free water from both the water and the filter
- New gym and equipment, it's nice to practice and use the simulators
- It's a beautiful area of the hall, it's nice to be in these places in general
- Large free parking, there are always places
- The ability to take a subscription for a generally adequate cost, even for 1 month and 1 day.
- A good and pleasant contingent
- There are not very many people, i.e. there is practically no queue for simulators. There is also a large selection of simulators and equipment, i.e. even if someone is busy, it is easy to find an alternative
- A large selection of group activities
- Availability of exercises in the gym and availability of tea in the spa

In general, to sum up - a strong 8/10. The gym is good and there are also areas for growth and improvement.

The staff is friendly, always ready to help in situations with passes, sick days, vacations, etc.
The equipment is cool, new, it's even a pity to watch when a visitor throws a kettlebell on the floor, or on a rack between other weights, although the floor is rubber, and the kettlebell is also rubberized so that it doesn't hurt to fall on the leg;)
The coaches are all very professional, experienced, and well-read in their business, make sure that no one hurts themselves by doing the wrong thing, stop them, show them how to do it right.
The price for a one-time visit is quite biting, but if you buy for a year or six months, it does not differ from ordinary fitness centers, although the material base and coaching staff are at a very high level, maybe the best in Minsk.

There are a sufficient number of sun beds by the pool, a Russian steam room, a Finnish sauna, a salt room. What upset me: a huge number of untidy glasses with brewed tea in the lobby in front of the steam rooms, they can be seen standing for a long time, they are moved and put by their visitors. And another thing: there are two people in the salt room, towels on the other sun beds - but there are no people. Or books. Or on the tables . Unpleasant. I've got a place for myself. And while I was resting for about 30 minutes, people did not come to most of them.
There are not enough towels. One big one is very small. I would replace the small one with the second large one

In April of this year, I joined the Olympia club and did not regret it. A new club, a fairly large selection of exercise equipment and not many people (at least on those days and hours when I visit the gym). Clean, the air conditioners work well (I had an experience in another club where there was poor ventilation), they give out towels, there is a cafe to have a snack / a full meal. One of the disadvantages is that there is not a very large selection of group destinations, in particular after 18:00.

A very good club. There are plenty of exercise machines, there is always enough space, a huge gym. Group classes are of high quality with a good coaching staff. I like Vladimir.
The SPA area is super comfortable. It's nice that the management is introducing something new (an ice barrel appeared recently), 3 baths, a salt room, a chamomile seagull. Only the Icon is missing. I would really like to go for an Icoon massage after the spa treatments.

This is an ideal sports complex, there is everything that any athlete can dream of, a large number of exercise machines , a swimming pool , a sauna, a cool cafe and an endless amount of training for every taste. If this place were open around the clock, I would eat protein bars , go to the pool (not for what you think) and sleep in the sauna. The only negative is the price, but believe me, the price is justified .
