A magnificent hotel on 64 Barbusa Street in Yerevan, few locals know this street, you can get from the airport by bus 100 or 201 with a transfer on Amiryan Street to bus 34, stop in front of the bridge, but it is better to use a taxi on weekends, since transport is bad, you have to wait more than half an hour, and on weekdays, everything evolves quickly.The hotel itself is located in a picturesque place, apricots and grapes grow, the room is very clean and spacious, comfortable 2-seater, it has a refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, towels, slippers, shampoo, bathroom combined, but very large, there is also a swimming pool, towels are provided in it, breakfast is very tasty, varied, treated with homemade apricot jam, very pleasant memories remained from visiting the hotel, there is also a large SAS store like our Crossroads and a Pharmacy next to the hotel.Next time I will definitely choose this hotel in Yerevan again.Thank you very much to all the staff for organizing the rest.

A nice, cozy hotel, with a beautiful garden and a panoramic view from the window. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The rooms are cozy and have everything you need, except dental kits. The steak is good, I especially liked the Armenian coffee.

To say that you liked the hotel is to say nothing! The most magnificent hotel, perfect cleanliness, spacious room and bathroom. There is everything you need for a comfortable life. The most beautiful view from the balcony, which has a table and armchairs. It's nice to sit in the evening and drink Armenian wine with delicious cakes. Towels and bed linen were changed every day. The linen is snow-white and of excellent quality. A huge selection and variety of food for breakfast. Everything is very tasty and beautiful. Friendly and helpful people. In general, if it were possible, I would put five stars. I recommend it, you won't regret it. My group and I had a rest from 28.04 to 1.05.2024. Thank you so much for your hospitality!!!

I lived in this hotel for about 2.5 weeks. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, towels are changed, etc.
Air conditioning, a hairdryer and a kettle are provided in the rooms.
The only thing is that the ironing board is shared and is located in the section with rooms of increased comfort.
The breakfasts are delicious. Ararat is visible from a little distance.
The staff is polite and friendly, they did not meet rudeness.
There is a 24-hour Saas store nearby.

The staff is polite and helpful. A neat room. We promptly solved the problem with the smell from the drain in the bathroom, without changing the room with a great view of the city of Ararat. Delicious and quite varied breakfasts. Special thanks to the waiters and the cook!

Great hotel. I've already stayed there for the second time. Lovely, friendly staff, fresh towels every day. Courteous, helpful, just a miracle, canteen workers. Freshly brewed coffee, optional porridge, even with milk or water. Excellent buffet. For three stars, the most worthy hotel. If I come to Yerevan again, I will try to stay there.

An excellent hotel with a swimming pool (but please note that the sun appears on the pool only after 13 o'clock). The breakfasts are delicious and there is a choice, the staff is simply gorgeous, everyone is very kind and welcoming, they will help in any situation. Everything is acceptable at prices too. If there are any questions, then only the numbers, some are similar to the Soviet ones and not everywhere has good Wi-Fi

I was at the hotel for the first time in May of this year, I recommend it to everyone. I have not seen such cleaning anywhere, even abroad. Everything is cleaned very clean, bed linen and towels are changed every day (I have not seen this either). Good breakfasts. The staff is very friendly. Their responsiveness is beyond praise. Очень понравился отель, экологичное место, прекрасный вид на мост, а вдалеке - Арарат, в саду зреют персики и виноград, а чудесный доброжелательный персонал всегда рад помочь. Завтраки вполне разнообразны.

Гостиница не стоит тех денег что я заплатил. В Москве на 2000 рублей больше за сутки я снимал марриот 5 звёзд. Москва, пять звезд. Ереван две звёзды. Сан узел просто клоачный извините

Гостиница очень уютная, хорошие, удобные номера. Очень остались довольны. Есть бассейн, ресторан. Завтраки очень вкусные. Гостеприимные хозяева, вежливый персонал. Отлично все.
