A lot of money was invested in the hotel, high-tech style cottages, good-quality furniture, dishes, curtains, etc. But it's done somehow, something is falling off somewhere. Either a piece of skirting board, or a street lighting flashlight is hanging on wires moving away from the wall. It's a pity just the attachments. It seems like we tried, but it was not done with high quality. Well, the fattest minus is the staff in the restaurant. We went for lunch and waited for 20 minutes for the first course - borscht. After the borscht was distributed to everyone, kefir was brought instead of sour cream to the borscht. Borscht tastes like in a Soviet canteen. Well, the cherry on the cake - the second course was waited for more than an hour, many got up and left without waiting. But there was a planned corporate check-in with a lot of people and it was possible to prepare and cook dishes accordingly.

Disgusting service. Male waiters, apparently, are too arrogant to pay attention to Russian-speaking customers. Two pools are positioned, in fact, hotel users are not allowed into one of them - only those who come to the trestles. The water in the pool is icy. The contingent of guests - mostly very religious - a separate swimsuit in the pool seems somehow inappropriate. There is only one free outlet in the rooms, and that is not by the bed.
