There are a couple of departments with Chinese consumer goods. A convenient location for buyers, of course. This whole complex of buildings in the center of Pavlodar city on May 1 street is a kind of atavism of wild buildings from the 90s. Unreasonable traffic flow in the city center from 8 to 20 every day, a mess on the street.
