We were on 12/21/2024 with my husband at a New Year's Eve corporate party at the Olivier restaurant. I was very impressed and decided to write a review right away. Excellent cuisine, especially impressed with lamb with lingonberry sauce and pancakes!!! Excellent service - the waiters were well trained and attentive, they were almost invisible - dirty dishes were immediately cleaned, the change of dishes was properly organized! Special attention should be paid to the organization of leisure activities - there was a karaoke area in our separate hall, and there was good sound insulation in the rooms and guests from different halls did not interfere with each other. There is a fairly large dance floor in the common room, where you can dance heartily to cool music. In the middle of the event, Santa Claus and the Snow Maiden joined us, they held various fun contests, involving all the guests of the restaurant in them. Throughout the evening, the guests were photographed by a photographer, a wonderful creative specialist!!! In many ways, the organization of the restaurant's work depends on the management, who understands a lot about this business and knows how to select the right staff. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the organizer of our evening, Anechka, for a wonderful time! I wish prosperity and well-being to this cozy establishment!!!

We stopped for a snack. We decided to try a business lunch. Very tasty! Good portions. The room is clean. An interesting atmosphere. The waiter is polite and knows the menu.

The portions are terrible, lamb with vegetables for 570 rubles, contained only vegetables and a couple of meat fibers. The complaint to the cook was answered that he would not come out! Tom yam was terrible, the caesar salad looked like a daub on the plate. All in all, the food was disgusting!!!!
The service is the same: the waitress did not clean the plates, bottles, used napkins. When it was pointed out to her, she replied that somehow she hadn't thought of it!!!! In general, the place has slipped, although we used to like it. Very sorry…
And at 21:30, the staff turned off the lights in the entire establishment, we had to gather in pitch darkness, with our phones on.

An atmospheric place for both music and food. The karaoke room is separate. Very tasty dishes of home cooking and European cuisine! On Wednesdays, there is a 50% discount on pizza. On Fridays, there are games of the family lotto game with gifts. A lounge and a separate private meeting room.

Today, on 07/31/2023, we visited Olivier's restaurant with colleagues at 89 Bogdan Khmelnitsky Avenue, Donetsk, during a lunch break. We arrived at the institution at the beginning of the first hour of the day. A trainee waiter came up to us with another girl (who did not introduce herself) in a dirty apron. We placed an order at 12:15. Half an hour passed and as a result they brought 2 drinks of disgusting-looking and tasting quality. Next, a salad was brought to one guest, then soup was brought to him. Almost an hour later, they brought us a colette, then fries, then boiled potatoes, then chicken rolls. For the first course (seafood salad) that was brought to me, I told the waiter that the lettuce leaves were rotten, and the sauce and pieces of fish were so salty that it was simply impossible to eat it. Next, they brought me Tom yam soup with seafood, and it turned out to be so fatty (one sunflower oil) and salty that it was almost impossible to eat it too. What was said to the waiter for transfer to the kitchen! The drinks were so inconsistent with the description and filling of alcohol, as well as the rags of citrus squeezed onto the floor of the glass, that it was not quite appetizing to drink them! Lula brought it in general horror with cheap seasonings and salty. They asked us to calculate and bring a book of complaints and suggestions, to which she replied that I didn't know anything and this wasn't my main place of work at all. The girl left, but brought a check in a magazine (like a counter, but it's so old and inconvenient), but she didn't bring a book of complaints and suggestions. I repeatedly asked for a book of reviews and suggestions, to which she replied to us that she did not have it at all in their institution! To which we asked to call the head or administrator of the institution, to which the answer was that there was no one in the institution and they were on the weekend and unfortunately they could not call! After paying and getting up, we go to the exit, and a trainee waiter girl flies to us and brazenly rudely asks them to return the check. We have been to this place once before, but it was much tastier, cooked quickly and the service is at the highest level. There are practically no people, and there is no time for lunch to sit for hours and wait for elementary dishes that are cooked for 15-20 minutes! We do not recommend visiting this place to anyone, at least while today's waiters and chefs are working there! The service is zero! Nothing was really cleared from the table. The trainee waiter was constantly running outside and carrying orders and money back and forth, and the second girl was constantly cooling off in the kitchen and did not really go out to the guests. One girl's uniform didn't match at all. In general, it was disgusting to have such a short lunch.
Friendly staff, cozy and pleasant atmosphere, I liked the food, interesting interior, not a large assortment of drinks, I liked it in general, I recommend this institution
