I called the salon and asked when the director would be there, came the next day, the director saw me from the reception and immediately left, but Tatiana, the hairdresser, worked (I can't call myself a master), who served me, she started talking to me in raised tones. To my question, what kind of haircut is this and why is the hair burned? She said: do an expert examination and then maybe I will refund your money? The circus, and that's all, the question was not about money, but about ruined hair and mood. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!
