Good time of day! Vacationing with my wife from January 14 to 24, 2025, the hotel was very pleasant to be in a quiet and peaceful place. It took a couple of minutes to check in without a deposit. Mostly only Russians lived. The staff is very hospitable and understands Russian and English. The pool is clean, the sun beds and relaxation areas by the pool are always clean and always available. 10 minutes leisurely walk to the beach. The beach is clean. We got a lot of unforgettable impressions. We were going for a quiet family vacation and we got it. As for the pool, the water is clean, chlorinated, cool in places in a large compartment, the pool is open until the evening of 21-23 somewhere, even if someone stays on the territory, no one is asked to leave, even if they sit until the morning. We stayed at this hotel for two weeks in early May. I liked the hotel, the room was clean, cleaned every day, the towel was changed every day, and the bed linen was changed about once every three days. Shampoo and shower gel were added every day. We stayed at the hotel from 12/30/23 to 01/9/24. Excellent new hotel. Clean new rooms, new bed linen and towels. The air conditioner was working properly.The room has mugs with teaspoons, a kettle, a hairdryer, bathroom accessories (shampoo, gel, dental kit), Tea, coffee and sugar are not put in the room, take it with you for whom it is important. Free safe and Wi-Fi, 3 Russian channels on TV. The hotel has friendly staff with no knowledge of English, but free Wi-Fi is available on site, so you can communicate calmly through an interpreter. There are scales at the reception where you can weigh your luggage for free. The elevator was working properly. There is a paid laundry service. Clean pool and the area around it. Mosquitoes were encountered in the evening, repellents are needed.
The breakfasts are simple, I didn't see porridge, but there were scrambled eggs every day. We had enough. There is no coffee machine, only black Nescafe coffee from bags + there is cream / milk separately.

There is a gluttonous row nearby, where a wide variety of seafood and other food is prepared in front of you! A favorite place of Russian tourists. Here you can also sit with your own and have a snack with local delicacies. To Pattaya itself or Jomtien or to the military beach or to Nong Gooch, you can easily take a taxi. The price is about 130-200 baht. Tuk tuk walks along the main street, but mostly during the day, it's hard to catch, but you can leave at all for free! "My stay at the hotel, starting on April 17th, left me in shock. The hotel turned out to be much more modest than I expected. If you are hoping for something more than just a bed and a roof over your head, then, unfortunately, you will be disappointed.
Room cleaning leaves much to be desired. The sister of the Checkmark comes in, changes the towels, makes the bed and leaves, not noticing the dirt on the floor and not changing the bed linen. The smell of dirty towels and terrible overgrowth on the floor make the stay unpleasant.
For 14 days in a row, the same breakfast started to make me feel sick. I can't recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor service, lack of cleanliness and variety in food make his place undesirable to visit.

Great hotel!
Many people write that tomorrow is monotonous, it's not true! It is not necessary to eat everything in the dining room on the first day.
Clean nice pool, room cleaning and towel change every day. The bed linen was changed 3 times in 12 days.
The beach is 10-15 minutes from the hotel.

A great hotel for its stars, we were with my wife in March 2024 here, it was clean and cozy, the room was cleaned every day, the breakfasts were delicious, although the same thing, the fruits were pineapples and watermelon, we checked in immediately upon arrival, we did not have to wait until lunch, there is a swimming pool, clean water, sun beds. Located in Najomtien, all shops are within walking distance, it takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach slowly.

1. For some reason there is no soap
2. Entering the room by key, not by card (although this is not exactly a minus, rather a surprise for a fresh hotel in 2024)

The hotel is wonderful, we lived for a month, linen change every day, wet cleaning, the room is wonderful! Breakfasts are a separate kind of art, they include all Thai dishes, fruits and vegetables in abundance, they ate once, and they were full almost until the evening. There is a beach next to the hotel, not straight clean, but on the right side, if you stop, it will do (I attached a photo of the beach), I advise you to go to the Military beach, it is cleaner, but before 18:00 on a ticket, if by taxi, then the taxi driver will help you buy, kind people there)
