A wonderful hotel!
It was clean and cozy, towels were changed every day, bath accessories were always available
The pool with hydromassage is amazing
10 minutes to the sea
Breakfasts are more like lunch, monotonous but plentiful. Pineapple and watermelon are sweet on a regular basis. But they forbid taking it out
Bottled water is replenished every day.
Recommendations:
Buy a SIM card right away to use the local taxi app for Russians-Bolt
As you walk to the beach in a straight line, to the left of the savobistro are delicious mango and passion fruit smoothies for 35 baht(105 rub) and decent pizza
There's also a massage parlor, get an aroma massage with oil.
Do not take any guided tours, order online (Pattaya tours, 7 tours)
Go to the zoo, to Nong Nooch, and see the rest on your own.
The food is ready at 7-eleven, and it will be warmed up there, but look carefully, it can be mega spicy
As the guide said, this hotel is better than 60% of hotels! We liked the hotel. Breakfasts for every taste: both European food and Thai cuisine. Even desserts on weekends)) the room was given on the 5th floor, spacious, with a balcony: there is a hairdryer, air conditioning, shower, refrigerator, TV (never turned on), kettle. Cleaning and water in half-liter bottles for everyone every day. Disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste and shampoo/gel.
Good time of day! Vacationing with my wife from January 14 to 24, 2025, the hotel was very pleasant to be in a quiet and peaceful place. It took a couple of minutes to check in without a deposit. Mostly only Russians lived. The staff is very hospitable and understands Russian and English. The breakfasts are very diverse fruits watermelon pineapple glaze sausages ham two types of soup two types of rice and a variety of Thai dishes, juices will definitely not be hungry. Daily room cleaning and bed linen included. Water and shampoo and shower gel were provided every day, and towels were also changed daily. The pool is clean, the sun beds and relaxation areas by the pool are always clean and always available. 10 minutes leisurely walk to the beach. The beach is clean. There are trees in the shade where you can hide from the scorching sun. There are massage parlors on the way from the beach to the hotel. For 200 baht, they do an awesome massage. We got a lot of unforgettable impressions. We were going for a quiet family vacation and we got it. Not far from the hotel there is a seven eleven exchanger and opposite the ambosador there are gluttonous rows where you can have a delicious and not too expensive meal, drink smoothies and taste Thai pancakes. Many thanks to the oliva Tree staff for their hospitality. We plan to return to Olive Tree next vacation. PS. We really liked everything.
We went to the hotel in September 2024, the hotel is clean and modest. There are no rooms on the ground floor, reception, conference room, breakfast area. English is spoken at the reception. All rooms have a balcony, there is an ashtray on the balcony, two chairs and a table, you can smoke on the balcony, although there was a sign that you can not, the reception allows. The room has a TV, 3-5 Russian-speaking channels (TNT and some others, I don't remember, there is a kettle, no sugar or tea, no mini fridge, no minibar, two bottles of water are given daily, body towels are given out and changed every day, the toilet mat is changed every two or three days, every They put brushes, toothpaste, shower gels and shampoos, shower caps and soap, toilet paper, and take out the trash every morning when cleaning. They clean well, make the bed, wash the floors, the dust does not rub off, we did not understand in two weeks whether we changed it or not, the air conditioner is working, the air is good, so cover the air conditioner blade a little at night. The room also has two chairs and a breakfast table, in addition to those on the balcony, do not leave food, especially sweet, uncovered, otherwise you will live with ants. There were no problems with plumbing and water, the only thing was that the shower flush didn't go well, most likely it depends on other rooms. There is a hairdryer in the shower, but do not turn it on to the maximum, it will quickly heat up and stop working, put it on non-hot air, things were hung to dry in the shower on towel rails and chairs, if you want, you can go to the balcony, but they can burn out. We had two single beds, we moved them, somehow we came and had a rearrangement, very successful, we appreciated it. Breakfasts are like everywhere else, two soups, water with rice is constant, the second one was always different, tom yam and other types, vegetables - lettuce, onions, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage, carrots, sauces, sausages or ham, fried rice with vegetables, chicken meat in vegetables, some other Thai dishes unknown, water, orange juice, tea, coffee (from the coffee machine), toast, butter, jam, cakes, watermelon, pineapple, what I remember I wrote. We kept the documents and money in a suitcase with a lock, there is a safe, but in some hotels they wrote that the staff knew the code and were cooing while no one was there, we did not take any risks, in general, we did not find any thefts or problems in this regard. The staff is good, we couldn't figure out the air conditioning, we came to the reception and were told, and an employee who helped us immediately went with us. As for the pool, the water is clean, chlorinated, cool in places in a large compartment, the pool is open until the evening of 21-23 somewhere, even if someone stays on the territory, no one is asked to leave, even if they sit until the morning. Within walking distance of 7/11, currency exchange near the ambassador, there is also a cafe, it's a little far from the center, 5-7 minutes to the sea, tuk-tuks were problematic, there are no direct trips during the day for about an hour and we walked until about 19 pm, install a bolt taxi, it's better to buy their SIM card. The sea is dirty, go to koh Lan or military beach. If you go to Koh Lan, drive to the pier on walking Street, then go to the pier itself, there will be a ferry and there will be all the information on the price and schedule of the round-trip ferry. Be sure to wear vests! The ferry is 20-30 baht per person, there are a lot of private traders at the pier with boats for 160-200 baht per person, they get there faster at their speed. As for the military beach, you don't need any documents, don't take them, call a bolt taxi and the driver takes you straight to it, makes three stops, the first one where he presents the document and takes the entry pass, the second, he takes you to the ticket office and you go buy tickets, the third, stops in front of the border guard, you have to show your tickets for entry, and that's it, you drive a little bit and you're there. Very carefully near the ponds with water lilies, crocodiles live there, you can't see them, so don't take any chances, some ponds are not fenced in, monkeys are on the beach, don't leave anything in sight, they drag everything. It's more difficult to call a taxi back, because there are a lot of people there and there aren't enough taxis for everyone, so either wait or leave with someone, usually there are tuk-tuks, try to bring down the price tag, it's better to get in with someone, the price will be lower. Have a good rest for those who are going, I hope this information was useful to you.
A great, small and cozy hotel with a good location. A hotel for a relaxing holiday, the beach is 10 minutes away. from the hotel. The hotel has a swimming pool, open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., sun beds, umbrellas, pillows in sufficient quantity. They cleaned every day, water, shampoos, gels were replenished every day. This hotel does not have its own kitchen, the breakfasts were in a small assortment (fried eggs, sausages, ham, cornflakes, rice, a couple of types of soup and a couple of national dishes, pineapple and watermelon from fruits). Coffee and tea bags. There were cakes a couple of times a week. There is a small trailer by the pool where you can order coffee (coffee machine), pizza, croissants, burgers, there is a menu in every room. The staff is polite and very smiling, the issues were resolved very quickly.
We had a rest in November. It was the first time in Thailand, there is no one to compare it with. One minus for us, it's far from the center. I had to take a taxi or a tuk tuk all the time. Breakfasts are monotonous in most cases, but you will not stay hungry. The hotel is clean, cleaned every day. There are many local cafes and mini markets with fruits nearby. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach, on Wednesday and Thursday, the sediments from the city merge into the bay, I do not advise swimming, it is better to spend time on the islands or by the pool. There are many excursions from the tour operator, you can choose. Money can be changed in the exchanger with the letter T, the best exchange rate. The Wi-Fi is amazing, even outside by the pool. I recommend the hotel for a relaxing stay. Those who like to hang out, it's better to look for an option in the center.
We stayed at this hotel for two weeks in early May. I liked the hotel, the room was clean, cleaned every day, the towel was changed every day, and the bed linen was changed about once every three days. Shampoo and shower gel were added every day. The hair dryer is working. Two bottles of water were also given every day. The air conditioner is working fine. The room has a fridge and kettle, mugs and teaspoons. Tea, coffee and sugar are only available for breakfast. We took black tea with us, you can't buy black tea in stores, we only found green tea. There is a small swimming pool on site, with clean and warm water. Nearby there is a small trailer where you can buy smoothies and have a snack. The breakfasts are quite edible, we had enough of everything. There were pasta, rice, stewed vegetables and potatoes with meat, soups, fresh vegetables and fruits. They served delicious pies on weekends. They didn't stay hungry. The hotel is located far from the center and large shops, you can get to them by taxi or tuke. Nearby there are 7 elevens where you can buy ready-made food, and it will be warmed up there. There are small cafes nearby where the food is not bad.
Everything is perfect, 4 large towels for two every day, bed linen is changed every day , shampoo + shower gel
They are issued once every 2 days. And two bottles of water every day! You can swim in the pool all night))) everything is clean and comfortable! We will definitely return to this particular hotel. Quiet and peaceful area!
The breakfasts are monotonous but delicious!
Take a taxi to the center for up to 100 baht.
We were from 03/29/25 to 04/7/25.
We settled in quickly. !
It's a good hotel on its own, everything you need is there, the staff is friendly. Breakfasts are included, but there is no special variety, however, as everywhere, nevertheless, there was enough food. The pool is small, but it was also enough) The only disadvantage of the hotel is the distance from the center of Pattaya, we only traveled by taxi, as we did not figure out the tuk tuks.
Nice small hotel, daily cleaning and towel change. There is a swimming pool. Helpful staff, everything is clean and tidy. Breakfast is included, we ate enough, there are vegetables, scrambled eggs, sausages, some Thai cuisine options, watermelons, pineapples from fruits. The location is convenient and you can quickly get to the beach on foot and by taxi to the city center.
Nice three-star hotel. The room cleaning was excellent. The staff is friendly. It's a 5-minute walk to the sea. The Ambassador Hotel is nearby.
Minus: the food for breakfast was tasteless in my opinion. But she didn't stay hungry. Fruits: sweet watermelons and sour pineapples. )))
I bought good coffee at 7Eleven.
The hotel is certainly not in the city center. But it won with its simplicity, empty beaches and cozy cafes. No deposit and did not even check the room before departure. The staff is polite, the breakfast is standard, I had enough.
I got to the center of Pattaya by taxi, in the app, in 15 minutes I was there.
The hotel is simple, located far from the center of Pattaya, 10 minutes by taxi, tuk tuks do not go to the hotel . The room itself is simple but clean, the linen is terribly worn with holes, the bed is comfortable , I can 't say anything, they cleaned every day and changed the towels . There are shampoos and gels in the room, no soap, keep in mind, and no slippers either . Breakfast is the same every day ( scrambled eggs , sausages , ham , rice , two soups and cucumbers , tomatoes , salad , tea , coffee , bread . For some unknown technical reasons , there was no Wi -Fi for 5 of the 7 days that we stayed there . There's only one decent cafe in the area , right behind the hotel , and it's only recently opened. We're definitely not going there anymore. 🤔
Nice, small hotel. The area is small but clean. The pool is warm, with slides, mats, swimming circles. There is a Jacuzzi area, a children's area and an adult one. Nearby there is a bar with drinks: smoothies, beer, tea, coffee. The rooms are large, cleaning is daily, shower facilities are replenished constantly. You can order pizza, pasta, etc. The breakfasts are of the same type, but hearty. The sea is 5 minutes walk away, there are many cafes nearby, 7/11. In general, I recommend the hotel for a relaxing holiday, without hanging out
We stayed at this hotel for a week.Breakfast for 4+, dishes changed daily, some were constantly the same, they ate heartily, the pool was clean, the water was cool in the morning, in the evening like fresh milk, it was not refreshing, the sea was close, few people bathed, the water structure was not transparent, but dirt and debris were not seen. The room is for three, the towels are torn and sometimes dirty, the wardrobe is not comfortable, only hangers, there are no shelves for things, there is no bath, only a shower. We went to the beach of the dancing girl and the garden of nong nooch, took a scrap (excursions near the first yellow exchanger), went to the city once by taxi bolt 160-170 butt in one direction for shopping in central marina and terminal 21.In general, we are satisfied with the rest, the hotel is on solid 3
It's a great place. We were there for the New Year 2025. Very emotional. Good food, warm pool, helpful staff. We recommend it to everyone. Great vacation
Nice, clean hotel. We cleaned every day. The breakfasts are quite decent. Nice pool. There's a trailer near the pool with drinks and some food. Very convenient. In general ,
We stayed at the hotel from 12/30/23 to 01/9/24. Excellent new hotel. Clean new rooms, new bed linen and towels. The air conditioner was working properly. The room has mugs with teaspoons, a kettle, a hairdryer, bathroom accessories (shampoo, gel, dental kit), Tea, coffee and sugar are not put in the room, take it with you for whom it is important. Free safe and Wi-Fi, 3 Russian channels on TV. The hotel has friendly staff with no knowledge of English, but free Wi-Fi is available on site, so you can communicate calmly through an interpreter. There are scales at the reception where you can weigh your luggage for free. The elevator was working properly. There is a paid laundry service. Clean pool and the area around it. Mosquitoes were encountered in the evening, repellents are needed.
The breakfasts are simple, I didn't see porridge, but there were scrambled eggs every day. We had enough. There is no coffee machine, only black Nescafe coffee from bags + there is cream / milk separately.
Developed infrastructure around the hotel, shops 7 elevens and others, pharmacies, cafes, a market with food, exchangers, massage parlors, shops with fruits, pancakes, etc.
We went to the beach at the Ambassador hotel, it is clean with yellow sand, there are sun beds, the water in the sea was also clean during our vacation, we swam calmly.

We have been to this hotel twice. The location of the hotel itself is advantageous, there is everything you need nearby, 10 minutes walk to the sea, there is a delicious place to eat, Thai salons, the sea is considered clean in relation to the central beach of Pattaya. Fruit prices are not high in relation to central markets. I will add the following, the hotel is noticeably getting warmer, most likely next season it will not be so clean and comfortable there. The breakfasts are not bad by the way.
Only delight, the staff did well! The rooms are clean, the pool is clean, spacious, breakfast is normal, always fruits, vegetables, meat, egg. The rooms have perfect appliances, cleaning, balcony and sea view. 7 minutes to the sea, near massage parlors, cafes, fruits, seven eleven. And not far from sukhumvit and Tuktuki, to the center.
A lovely hotel away from the "noisy crowd". Near the clean coastline (5-7 minutes walk). For the lazy, there is a swimming pool with simulated hydromassage. Beach towels are updated in the rooms every day. Again, cleanliness (daily cleaning), a comfortable hard bed, good breakfasts (not for gourmets, of course, but there will definitely be two types of side dishes, soups, meat, vegetables, fruits and drinks). Bottled water is provided in the rooms. I got the 7th floor and a sea view - so no complaints at all.
Nice hotel. We had a rest in April 2024. The rooms were cleaned daily, towels were changed every day. Well-maintained territory. The breakfasts are of the same type, but quite satisfying. The staff is helpful. 5-7 minutes to the sea, the coast is clean. Nearby cafes, shops, pharmacies, a market, an exchange office. I recommend it for a relaxing holiday.
The hotel is far from the center of Pattaya, it takes 20 minutes by taxi. Order through the bolt program. But it's quiet, excellent service, a magnificent swimming pool, open until 22.00, but no one kicks out after that. With hydro massage. Food for 3+, definitely eat enough. Clean, cozy. Towels were changed every day, they give out one for the shower and one for the pool, the sea. There are mosquitoes, take fumitox with you if you want to sleep with an open balcony. I arrived at 10.00 in the morning, the request to check in immediately was answered with consent. There is a wonderful massage parlor nearby and a stunningly delicious cafe opposite it. It looks modest, but they cook at level 5*. Especially fried fish, it's something!
The hotel is clean, cleaned well. I didn't like the breakfasts. It is very scarce, there are few fruits, on Saturdays they give a few pieces of different cakes, whoever managed to take it. Not enough for everyone. Coffee is only from bags, there is no tea or coffee in the rooms. Excellent pool with hydromassage. In the evenings, the children did not get out of there, as there was not much place to go around. You can get to the city by taxi or taxi, but they do not go so often, especially in the evening. It's close to the sea, 10 minutes walk.
A good budget hotel. The main message is price and quality! Breakfast could have been better, but in principle, for non-fastidious people, the exception is the eternally cold scrambled eggs and the lack of olive oil for the salad! And so the outdoor pool with Jacuzzi and slides, works around the clock, although it is written until 22-00. You can sit as long as you want with your beer, whiskey, etc. Very inexpensive and good snacks at the pool bar! The beach where they take you is bad, but you can walk to any of the beaches in the Ambassador area. While this block of a 4,500-room hotel is under renovation, there are no problems finding a place there at all. There is a beach in the hotel next to it, no one asks anything, you calmly take a sunbed if it is free and take it at least for the whole day! There is a gluttonous row nearby, where a wide variety of seafood and other food is prepared in front of you! A favorite place of Russian tourists. Here you can also sit with your own and have a snack with local delicacies. To Pattaya itself or Jomtien or to the military beach or to Nong Gooch, you can easily take a taxi. The price is about 130-200 baht. Tuk tuk walks along the main street, but mostly during the day, it's hard to catch, but you can leave at all for free! Nearby is 7/11, where everything is available, as well as local points where you can buy beer when it is not sold on 7/11. Nearby there are makashnits with delicious and very cheap food, Cafes with a pleasant atmosphere and also quite affordable food! Massage parlors, too, with very humane prices! In general, this hotel is the best place for the average tourist who does not plan to be particularly chic. I definitely recommend it!
It's very good for its price!
The whole setting is far from new, but well maintained. Cleaning every day. The breakfast is quite monotonous, but it is good for its category.
I'm shooting a star for the location, it's a big minus.
I'll tell you right away who is going to go to the center, to the city pier, all sorts of markets or to Terminal 21, then it will be difficult for you to get there. Sangteo does not go directly to the center, we took a Bolt taxi.
Plus this place, which is opposite the Ambassador on the air bridge, a cafe (gluttonous rows) in the open air, fruit shops, there is also a 7/11 and a TT exchanger (the most profitable course), a pharmacy. You won't stay hungry. But you still have to leave. The area is boring.
We sometimes ate in the gluttonous rows, but not at the beginning, but went on almost to the end, it's not so hot and everything is very tasty, seafood, fish, crocodile meat, chicken, etc. dishes. There are fruits near the hotel, as well as going to the sea and where the gluttonous rows are. mango 30-35 Butts, passion fruit 50-60 and so on, durians are only in Rotonacon (you need to go), it is expensive for some reason.
The massage parlor is also good, next to the hotel, in a cozy room, 350 Butt body and 200 legs per hour!!!
7/11 there is a small one near the hotel right.
The sea is also a minus, when we were there, there was a low tide-sadness, fishermen with nets. We almost didn't swim there, we went to Koh Lan.You can walk towards the Ambassador, but without reaching him. Go through the Bayphere Hotel Pattaya, it's better there, there are umbrellas with sun beds, a bar, pay attention there are monitor lizards living in the river, one huge one, there is a foot shower, a toilet in the hotel in the lobby, generally a pleasant place.Gorgeous sunset.
The Olive Tree Hotel is located in a village where mango grows on trees, Jack fruit, lots of flowers and it's quiet, but don't count on the sea too much, it's not very good here, sometimes it was just dirty with garbage and I once cut my leg, at low tide. After that, we stopped going there.
The hotel itself is clean, the rooms are small, but the renovation is not old, everything was necessary, including a kettle and soap dish, safe.
The conder in room 214 was blowing right at us, on the bed.
Even-numbered rooms overlook nature and the upper floors overlook the sea, odd-numbered rooms overlook the neighboring building.
The pool is nice, clean, open until late, we liked it.
The breakfasts were monotonous, very simple, there were not enough pastries, croissants, in general, they were normal for three stars, the dishes changed.
There are scales in the hall.Elevator.
The cleaning was excellent, comfortable snow-white beds, water was delivered constantly.
I think that the hotel is not bad for unassuming people and not for party people, because it is located in the village, on the outskirts.
Mostly Russians in this hotel, the Chinese were in the building next door.
Thais are really very patient with some of our compatriots and are friendly.
We stayed at this hotel from January 18 to 24. Clean and comfortable. A real three. The sea is a little far away, but it's even for the best. Next to the food aisles opposite the Ambassador, which unfortunately does not work at full capacity. I recommend it for a seal vacation. Sea fruits sun rum))))))
It was in October 2024. Budget 75 thousand. For 11 nights. Breakfast only. The sea is about 12 minutes on foot. Although the breakfasts are monotonous, they are quite tasty. There were cakes three times. There is nothing else for tea. In the sense of baking. They cleaned every day.
The hotel is perfectly located, in a quiet location. In my opinion, the room is too small for 3 people, the breakfasts are more or less, but the scrambled eggs were always cold, the staff should be monitored. Cleaning every day, water, change of linen, towels, everything was changed. The Wi-Fi is good. Overall, the hotel is a solid 3 stars!
A good hotel for your money, fresh. Please note that there will be no beautiful view from the window, either the window of another hotel, or a clearing for a construction site. The breakfast is standard, the staff is pleasant, there is a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, a stall by the pool where you can buy both drinks and food, there is also a 7 elevator nearby. In general, the impression is good, very decent for Ty)
A very pleasant hotel, clean territory, a good pool, breakfasts like everywhere else in Pattaya, but it's far from the center, because we are seasoned tourists, this did not cause us any problems
I don't understand where this rating comes from) our room (700) was infested with cockroaches and there were no rooms when asked to overpower it
The breakfasts are normal, the same, for 3-4 days ok
There are a lot of questions about cleanliness.
"My stay at the hotel, starting on April 17th, left me in shock. The hotel turned out to be much more modest than I expected. If you are hoping for something more than just a bed and a roof over your head, then, unfortunately, you will be disappointed.
Room cleaning leaves much to be desired. The sister of the Checkmark comes in, changes the towels, makes the bed and leaves, not noticing the dirt on the floor and not changing the bed linen. The smell of dirty towels and terrible overgrowth on the floor make the stay unpleasant.
For 14 days in a row, the same breakfast started to make me feel sick. I can't recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor service, lack of cleanliness and variety in food make his place undesirable to visit.
Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that you turn to other accommodation options to avoid such troubles. The terrible condition of the hotel did not meet my expectations and left many negative impressions."
Nice hotel. The location is far from the center, look at the map before choosing this hotel. Cleaning is done daily, bed linen was changed every other day. Nearby there are shops, exchangers, cafes, delicious fruit smoothies to the left of the hotel at a mini intersection. I liked everything, but it will be cool if you rent a bike or take a taxi, tuk tuk white walks in the morning and afternoon, in the evening at 6 o'clock we waited a long time and never saw it
We stopped at the hotel at 14.05. 24 at night. The room is on the 7th floor. The elevator is in the lobby. They could not turn on the light in the room until the neighbor showed that there is an organizer to the right of the door in which you need to place a keychain with a key. Yes, if you leave the room and take the keychain with the key, the lights and air conditioning will turn off automatically. Of the disadvantages. The hotel does not have its own beach on the sea. You'll have to sunbathe on a towel and under palm trees. The room has a TV, refrigerator, electric kettle, hairdryer. There is not a single microwave in the entire hotel.
The optimal price-quality ratio. The room was cleaned for three, two large towels, one for the beach. The beach is close, but it's better to go swimming on the islands. Great pool. It's quiet at night. It is easy (but far) to get to the city center.
Great hotel!
Many people write that tomorrow is monotonous, it's not true! It is not necessary to eat everything in the dining room on the first day.
Clean nice pool, room cleaning and towel change every day. The bed linen was changed 3 times in 12 days.
The beach is 10-15 minutes from the hotel.
I liked the hotel! Clean, high-quality cleaning, everything you need in the room is there. Armchairs, a table on the balcony, a safe in the room. One of the disadvantages is the presence of mosquitoes in the room!
The breakfasts are good, but there is no boiled coffee, pastries and yogurt. Usually there is always coffee in 3-star hotels!
A very cozy hotel, located not far from the airport, in the "rural" part of Pattaya. There are many shops, cafes, fruit and vegetable shops within walking distance. I recommend.
The rooms are cleaned every day and the cleaning is quite good, the price for the hotel and for such quality it is very good, breakfast is included, the pool with three zones is clean and large, the only minus is a slightly inconvenient location but spending an extra 2 minutes is worth it
Excellent for the price. Breakfasts are like everywhere else in Thailand. A gorgeous pool. Daily cleaning service. The staff is helpful. The hotel is relatively new. Recommendation

A great hotel for its stars, we were with my wife in March 2024 here, it was clean and cozy, the room was cleaned every day, the breakfasts were delicious, although the same thing, the fruits were pineapples and watermelon, we checked in immediately upon arrival, we did not have to wait until lunch, there is a swimming pool, clean water, sun beds. Located in Najomtien, all shops are within walking distance, it takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach slowly.

Not a bad hotel.
Minuses:
1. For some reason there is no soap
2. Entering the room by key, not by card (although this is not exactly a minus, rather a surprise for a fresh hotel in 2024)
3. Hot water does not come immediately, it is necessary to drain it a little
4. It is not clear why the air conditioner should be installed so that it blows on the bed, so that it blows and gets sick? The curtain at the air conditioner does not rise so high that the barrel hits the ceiling.
5. No slippers.
6. I will attribute the location to a minus, because wherever you do not gather, you have to go by taxi everywhere, you cannot walk, although of course this is not critical, but it would still be more convenient in the center.
7. The pool is not closed from outsiders, it is not clear who hangs out there all the time, I want to believe that only the guests, but there is no control.
Positive:
1. The Internet is normal
2. They clean every day, often the bed is changed
3. Nice pool
4. In general, the hotel is still fresh and therefore not battered or worn out
5. Not far from the beach with a bay
6. Near 7/11, where you can buy food cheaply and warm it up there
7. TV (connect via HDMI TV box and all channels will be available), refrigerator, safe, air conditioning
8. Shampoo, shower gel, water are replenished constantly
9. Large king size bed (although at first they screwed up and wanted to put a family of 3 people in a double room with 2 single beds)
10. There is a towel for the beach and just a big white one, but there is no towel for the face, but it is not critical either. There is also a foot towel on the floor.
-----
Breakfast: for some reason, spicy food is served when no one from the locals is resting there, moreover, almost everyone was Russian-speaking. Do they make spicy food for employees to stay after breakfast? It's crazy. In general, you can choose what to eat, but sausages and ham are monotonous and meat-based, if not for spicy food with a side dish, then there would also be meat with stewed potatoes.
The hotel is wonderful, we lived for a month, linen change every day, wet cleaning, the room is wonderful! Breakfasts are a separate kind of art, they include all Thai dishes, fruits and vegetables in abundance, they ate once, and they were full almost until the evening. The territory is well maintained, the pool sparkles with its blue water! I really really liked it. We had a real pleasure staying at this hotel

We took only breakfasts to hotels, not bad, but the same type.
I liked that every day there was cleaning and change of bed linen, a safe, a balcony in the room, a swimming pool on site, toilets and a shower on the 1st floor, convenient if you have breakfast or near the pool.
The pool turns on the backlight in the evening, it is convenient to swim, umbrellas, sun loungers, inflatable pillows, chairs, tables are also attached to the pool for free. It is very convenient at any time.
The room has: air conditioning, hairdryer, toilet paper, soap accessories, toothbrush and toothpaste.
There is a beach next to the hotel, not straight clean, but on the right side, if you stop, it will do (I attached a photo of the beach), I advise you to go to the Military beach, it is cleaner, but before 18:00 on a ticket, if by taxi, then the taxi driver will help you buy, kind people there)
Excellent hotel, cleaning and towel change every day, delicious breakfasts, friendly staff. Swimming pool. 10 minutes from the sea. One disadvantage is that it is located far from the center.

It's a great place. There is a swimming pool with massage. The pool is clean.
Very tasty cuisine at the time of rest 03.2024. food prices are adequate. The breakfast is normal, all the standard food that can be eaten. The room is clean.
The beach is a 10-minute walk away. Nearby is 7eleven and a tuk-tuk stop.
Quiet and peaceful
The hotel is located far from the sea, there is no infrastructure nearby. You need to go to the Ambassador to eat. Go shopping there too. There were dogs roaming on the beach. It is far from the center, the food is normal, as everywhere else, the linen is clean, cleaning is daily.
