We recently stayed at this hotel. We really liked him. The hotel has a convenient location, you can reach all the sights on foot. There are many cafes, restaurants and shops nearby.
The rooms are very clean and cozy, cleaning was carried out in a timely manner. There were comfortable beds with mattresses, on which we slept well. Each room had air conditioning and a refrigerator.
The staff was always friendly and provided assistance if needed. They suggested where you can eat delicious food :) We are very grateful for the work of the owners and the care of the staff. They tried to do as it is written in one wise book:
"Take care not only of your own interests, but also of the interests of others."
Thank you for the positive emotions. We will definitely return to this wonderful hotel again and will recommend it to others

Specifically, I will not stop anymore, so as not to spoil my vacation.
+ location in the center, the staff tries very hard to smooth out corners and find solutions to situations, helps to lift luggage
- steep stairs, no elevator. the furniture is so-so in style. There is a problem with heating (it is very cold, the batteries do not work - heating is only due to air conditioners that do not heat well and are located crookedly); with noise insulation, the smell from the shower.
A set of hygiene products for everyone in the room.
I changed three rooms in one day of my stay (one was with a broken air conditioner that blew cold, in the second I slept, heated the air conditioner in it, and I was asked to move into the third - designed for 4 people, with two rooms, but again with an air conditioner that does not heat). Of the advantages of the hotel, only the location.

The hotel is located in the very center of the city. We had a large room with two rooms, clean and have everything you need in the room. A car rental service is available at the same hotel. We took advantage of it)) I will say this: in Yerevan only on foot, and in Armenia only by car🔥✌️

A wonderful hotel
Friendly staff, wonderful cleaning and additional services.
The disadvantages include the liveliness of the street and the music from the adjacent wine bar, but this does not bother tired tourists at all :-)

A great hotel in the very center of Yerevan!
We were passing through Yerevan, we were satisfied)
Polite staff, spacious room with air conditioning, clean. After booking, it turned out that they also have a car rental - they rented a cheap car for two days, drove around the sights, and were satisfied.

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The room is clean and tidy. Yes, the repair is not fresh, but everything works. The breakfasts are quite decent for my taste, but monotonous.
The location is very poor, in the very center, everything is close. Revolution Square is a 5-minute walk away.
The price/quality ratio is excellent.

Does not correspond to the declared 4-star status. Plus it's very noisy at night. There is a night disco club nearby. And also spoils the impression of the street itself, on which construction is actively underway. On one side there are collapsed buildings, on the other there is a construction site.
