A historical place, geese are fat, they are not afraid of people, the mountain is high, you can watch the city and the stars at night, and in the student bungalows there is a Tea house "skufye", there is also some kind of church /community behind the fence, but I came at night - it was closed!
A very beautiful place! The park contains Olympic facilities built for the 1972 Games. The pool is still in operation. You can go in there. There are also many attractions. There is an observation deck with a beautiful view of the city!
Nice view from the observation deck at the top of the hill. View of the Olympic facilities, the TV tower. It is not difficult to climb. There is a good cafe nearby.
I recommend everyone to visit this place, excellent bike paths through the hills, an observation deck with a chimney at the top of the hill, you can see the whole of Munich and the Alps in good weather, near the BMW museum and the factory itself. A large flock of geese lives by the lake in the meadow and squirrels run around - you rest your soul seeing it in the city park
The park is good for walking, but no more, the sports facilities were not impressed. If you have time, you can take a walk and get some air after visiting the BMW Museum and BMW welt. If you are not a football fan or a FC fan, you will not lose anything by passing by.
Considering that the games were held in 1972. The Olympic city is only getting better and it is amazing how engineers without Aytocad und Archicad modeled and calculated all the loads. It's impressive.
It's a very beautiful place.
