The best vacation ever. The hotel can be safely put 6*. Everyone from the reception to the cleaners is very friendly. The food is great. Every day shrimp, octopus, sushi, delicious meat (lamb, veal, pork). Everything is fresh. The cocktails are delicious. Every day there is a great show program with live singing. All covid restrictions are observed (masks are issued everywhere, gloves are issued in restaurants to take food with gloves). Everything is clean. We will definitely come back next year.

The hotel is newly renovated, everything is clean and tidy. In 5 minutes, Landa beach is no worse (I even liked it more) than Nissi beach (where there is not a crowd), the same white sand and clear water.
A large territory of its own (for Cyprus) - a lot of pools and greenery.
There is a bar in the middle where they pour :)
The food is good (not great, but quite).
In general, by and large, everything is fine, even excellent (and minor flaws - where there are none).

Excellent territory, good rooms. The alcohol in the bars is terrible, the main restaurant has decent dry white wine, which is all inclusive. They say that in Cyprus, alcohol is the same everywhere in hotels. The buffet is not huge, but the choice is good. Decent desserts.

There was a Russian-speaking staff at the reception. The second line, you can't get far from the city, you have to take a taxi or bus, well, or walk for an hour, there's nowhere really to go outside the hotel, either sit inside by the pool, or go across the street to a public beach, or look for entertainment in excursions. The beach is sandy, good, without fluctuations, you can go into the water without unnecessary worries, you will have to walk 100 meters to the depth.
The pool, or rather the placement on the sun beds, is a separate topic for a separate fat-milk minus. The bottom line is that sun beds are reserved for guests during their stay at the hotel, which is of course good, because there is no need to occupy them at 4-5 o'clock in the morning, but in fact all the positive negates the fact that in fact and despite the fact that half of the sun beds are free, since their temporary residents are somewherethen they have fun outside the hotel, they do not give them to you, but offer those that are free and, as a rule, these places are already far from the pool, bar, music and other entertainment, when trying to change the sun beds, you face complete anarchy in the organizational process, a maximum of violent imitation of activity on the part of the staff and a minimum of results, several once they go from one to another and can not figure out what they have freely, what is not, all the marks are on a piece of paper, several people put them down and most likely do not strive very carefully to do this. In the dining room, it is gloomy and dreary, both with regard to the interior and with regard to the choice of food. Evening entertainment is not bad, a serious scene, sound and light, but you have to take a queue an hour before the start, otherwise there is nothing to catch, if you flew with the concert hall, then there are three options, either take a taxi to the city, or sit mournfully at the bar, or go to sleep, there is nothing else to do on the territory.
I have been to three hotels of this chain in different cities, this one is still ranked number 3.

We put my daughter and me in a room with a transparent wall between the room and the bathroom, although we knew that we were settling in together with a 13-year-old child. He asked to be moved, they said that all the rooms were like that, and when he asked more persistently, the room was found. The water supply in the room was never replenished, although it should have been, dripping from the ceiling above the toilet. I asked to repair it, so they repaired it by putting a towel on top of the suspended ceiling. Few and not all know Russian, although more than 25% of the hotel's Russian speakers. Some restaurants on site need to be booked to visit, but there is no point, because the main restaurant has the same food and more choice. They wrote to the Italian restaurant that you can come in strict shorts, I came in strict trouser shorts, but they didn't let me in. I wasn't particularly upset, but it wasn't pleasant. It was from 05.10 to 12.10.2019. I am a calm and non-conflicted person, and it was doubly unpleasant for me for such an attitude.
Summary: I will not return and I will not recommend this hotel to my family.

Wonderful place, perfect staff. On the downside, you have to walk to the beach, but that's bullshit. And a lot of Brits. If you get into the wave of their "youth", you will longingly remember Tagil as very cultured guys.
One of the huge advantages is the children's room, which works until 22 and children are even put to bed there. Everyone can relax :)
The bar card is excellent on uai. The kitchen is great. I highly recommend it

A good hotel, you have to walk 5-7 minutes to the sea, sun beds are reserved by the pool for the whole vacation, the rooms are new, clean, spacious, equipped with everything (shampoos, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, soap with a piece, bathrobes, slippers, plus the same set of milking children), there is a playground, a children's the pool, the animation is good. The food is normal, the children ate dade soups. The beach is super, the sand!

The food is delicious, the drinks are of high quality, the staff is friendly (except for the girl on the towels)), the beach is 5 minutes (not stressful), the bus to the center is frequent. The children are delighted. The show in the evening is in English, but everything is clear. It's clean everywhere.

We were a family at this hotel in Ayia Napa. Beautiful grounds both outside and inside the hotel. The rooms are clean. The only downside is nutrition. Most of the dishes presented in the main restaurant are not delicious.

It doesn't pull for 5, the same thing for 3 meals. The emphasis is on the territory, very nice and green. The service is not bad, but the top three is the same, I see no point in overpaying.
