A great welcoming hotel!
Delicious food in the restaurant for lunch and dinner!
There are shoals in the work of the staff, but it is excusable, they try very hard + a large volume of visitors. The hotel is 100% full on May nights, and it's hard to find a place in a restaurant for dinner on weekends, but you can always arrange a pre-order and come back later. The rooms are clean, the linen is fresh.
We came to a bike camp. The attitude of the staff is excellent. There are problems with coffee at breakfast, only a few waiters know how to brew. But they are already cooking, unlike last year.
Lake Issyk-Kul is 1.5 km from the hotel.
Positive: a modern hotel with a cozy interior, blooming flowers. The rooms have snow-white linen, white towels and bathrobes, comfortable beds. The windows are panoramic, with a balcony. There are dishes, a kettle, tea and sugar. A variety of breakfasts - cottage cheese, vegetables, herbs, a lot of pastries.
There is a children's room, but it is not enough for children.
Cons: poor sound insulation, I couldn't rest after the plane, children were running around the corridors.
The breakfasts are varied, but cold. The microwave worked for 1 day. Hot water is 60-70 degrees. The coffee machine was not working.
There are not enough slippers in the room.
I need a clothes dryer.
I put 4, not lower, so that the owners, after reading the review, fixed the jambs and continued to flourish.
Minibuses stop at the hotel, it takes 15 som to get to Cholpon-Ata or to the market in Bosteri
It's a great hotel, I try to stay in different rooms because the design is different everywhere. The staff is very polite. Snow-white linen, no problems with sound insulation this year, and insanely delicious food . I definitely recommend it
