We were greeted at the Camp by pleasant friendly hosts Lena and Nadia. The Olympus Hotel is clean and tidy, with lots of flowers. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. We were pleased with the convenient location: near cafes, canteens, shops and the sea.We were very comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful reception.

Also, the bed linen is DIRTY, there are some stains, yellow spots, in a word, horror. The toilet is shaky, the mirror is stained and there are traces of rust on the shower curtain. Cleaning is not carried out completely, namely, only garbage is removed and the floors are washed, the LINEN, which was originally dirty, was not changed during the whole week that we lived there. If you want a disgusting attitude towards you and live in a homeless shelter, then Olympus is suitable for these purposes

Who knows, but we got a room in the attic. It is upholstered in wooden clapboard. It smells very old and damp. It is always noisy in the room. A train passes nearby with a terrible horn, which is also not very pleasant. The most terrible hotel where we stayed. Apart from the bed, table and chairs, there is nothing. Everything is on video. The heat is insane, the conder is not coping. The room is too modest. There are no dishes from the word at all, we bought a disposable one. There are no hooks for towels, they were also bought and molded. For those who like to stand at the stove, especially with children, there are no pots or pans. Don't even consider it. Upon arrival, they were given two small towels with which to wipe both the face and the ass. I begged for big ones. They gave it reluctantly. Two angry and stupid aunts for 30-35 rooms can't do their job. Not once in 10 days did they come to do a wet cleaning, not to mention a change of linen. And this is a separate song. The sheets are the oldest and unwashed after sex and menstruation. I was afraid to stir up the bed so as not to see any more tricks. Built-in cabinets for 1 meter. Dresses are wrinkled. 3 hangers for the whole room. But there is a kettle. There is one microwave for the whole hotel))))))) We drove all along the Black Sea coast (from Yalta to Sukhum), I have not seen such a disgusting room, and I have not seen a hotel either. The photo shows only the appearance of it, but there are no photos of the rooms. It was like playing roulette. I mean, to understand the price and quality. They paid for a good room. Deception. The travel agency still needs to be dealt with.

refrigerator, kettle, very small "kitchenette". If it is cramped with small children, it is quite normal for 2 adults. There was always water, with good pressure, both hot and cold. It was not possible to dry raw things, it is not very convenient to go down to the first floor from the 4th floor every time. The railroad didn't bother us. The location is good, the sea is nearby, there are many canteens around.

3. The rooms are made carelessly, there is no ordinary ventilation, including in the shower, so the stench there is extraordinary and all the joints are in mold))
4. There are no gazebos, there are no ordinary entertainments.
5. There is no common dining room.
6. There is no drinking water.
7. Housewives in convulsions are shaking for the whole plasma for 5k with avito that they knock down the channels))

I came to Gagra as a savage. I found it right away. I asked to stay at this hotel, because it was beautiful, I went out and immediately agreed with the hostess for a cheap price. Everything is fine, the room has a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, kettle. There are 2 terraces with tables. I had a great rest.

We vacationed here in early August 2022. In our opinion, the house is one of the best in the area. There are no special frills here, but everything you need is there. Clean and quiet, there are security cameras on the territory. Parking for cars. The hosts are good, they are going to a meeting. There is also a cafe at the house, it is also delicious there, especially in comparison with other cafes (the curd casserole is just great), price-quality ratio. The beach is a five-minute walk away. We stopped at this guest house on 18.08. It all started with negativity. We arrived at 10:30 a.m. The hostess said that after two days, everyone will be settled. We packed up and went to the beach. We come here and no one thought to clean our room. There are still past vacationers who have not left. Until there was a row. No one lifted a finger. Then they barely began to clean the rooms, two sweaty cleaners were running around, they didn't have time to do anything. Really, in the season it was impossible to hire more at least for the arrival and departure of tourists in order to clean on time.
Separately, I want to say about the vaunted dining room, which is supposedly at the guest house. The tour operator advertised it to us, so this canteen does not work here, as I understood from the words of those leaving, it works every other time, as they want in general. Also, the room does not match the one that was booked. For now, let's see what happens next.

The city is generally good, but no one is doing it, there are a lot of abandoned buildings and roads from the USSR.

I'm not asking for a view of the sea or mountains, I just need a window in the room where daylight and fresh air enter! The door opens into the shared kitchen, where someone is constantly rattling and frying something, all the stench from cooking goes into the room. There are no photos of these rooms, 12 and 13, on the websites describing this guest house. The neighbors said that these are rooms for workers in general... The towels are small and washed to transparency. I had to run after the maid to give me a sheet without holes! There is a closet in the room, but there are no shelves in it, things had to be laid out on the floor. There are two sockets in the room, a fan and a TV are turned on, a family of three with three phones has nowhere to charge, they barely asked for tees. Showers and toilets are shared on the floor, but there are no toilets, there are holes in the floor!!! It's like in general...
