I recommend it ;) I add to the review a year and a half later: The dining room was renovated in the summer of 2024, it became much better and more comfortable! And what is even more pleasing is that the repairs were not delayed and the prices for food did not rise, at least I did not notice. Special thanks to the staff for their patient and courteous attitude towards customers, for trying to serve them quickly. At lunchtime, from about one to two (from my experience), a lot of people come and the queue is long. But I've never let the staff down yet, the queue is moving at a normal speed, the music is playing, the menu is varied. Delicious food, great place!

You will not be able to have an early breakfast and a late dinner, because the shopping center is not open from 7 to 23 hours. but there is a coffee and alcohol bar right in the dining room, where you can buy cakes with TSUM symbols. The bar is open late. the visitors there are calm, but there is always a chance that the high degree of the drink will loosen their tongues and hands. Judging by the prices and assortment, the dining room is primarily intended for store employees. the final payment of about 10 rubles for a perfectly edible lunch attracts buyers and other poor people here. There may be a decent queue on a day off. There was no rudeness on the part of the staff.

I am disappointed with my visit to the Olymp cafe. Trying to clarify the composition of the cakes, I was faced with the complete indifference of the seller, who simply waved her hand at the price tags with the words "everything is written there" and left without bothering to help. At the same time, the price tags are behind the showcase, and the font is so small that it is impossible to read. When buying, the cashier managed to simultaneously talk on the phone and be distracted by conversations with the staff, creating the impression of complete disinterest in customers. I consider this attitude unacceptable, and it significantly affected the overall impression of the institution. This incident occurred on 12/22/2024. I hope for an improvement in the quality of staff work. As for the food, there are no questions: the food is very tasty and satisfying for your money.
