Not a bad guest house, there is a place on the territory where you can put a car, a shared kitchen, two refrigerators, tables are like cafes on the terrace. It's nice to be clean, good women are the owners of this place, they keep it clean. It's a pity there was no liquid soap in the toilet, but these are little things that you can ignore, the distance to the sea is not too great, there are many different kinds of cafes, shops and fruit stalls along the way in which fruit prices, I would say, are not the cheapest, we have watermelon and melon in the north at this time of the year they cost two or even three times cheaper, I don't say anything about beer in bottling. The best option is to buy groceries, wine and beer at the Magnate store. The store is located five kilometers from the hotel, and the prices there are not the biggest and there is no impression that they want to deceive you.

Clean, fully consistent with the description and photo.
Of the minuses, I really did not like the form in which the hosts make comments on minor things (not immediately removed food from the table, plates placed in the wrong place, etc.). It always felt like we were being done a favor by letting us live for our own money. We hardly used the kitchen, but still the elderly hostess managed to make a remark to us. The neighbors, the young girls, were also unhappy with this moment.

The hotel is located in the village of Alikhadzy.
The location is very good. Nearby there are shops, canteens, cafes. The sea is 5-7 minutes away slowly, the walk is comfortable.
The pebbles on the sea are average (it is better to buy special slippers to enter the sea).
About the Olympus hotel: two floors (13 rooms), all furniture, bed linen, towels are all new, clean, cozy, it's a pleasure to use. Towels can be changed after 3 days, bed linen after 5-7 days.
The rooms are all new and clean. Write the number of people in advance and Alina will choose a comfortable room for you.
There is a kitchen where you can cook by yourself, the dishes are all necessary.
Special thanks to the owners of this hotel complex: Alina, Aza. Thank you for your hospitality, coffee, compotes, chacha, wine, conversations. We left with the warmest impressions.

Excellent guest house, booked in September 2023 through booking. It turned out cheaper than, for example, on avito. Booking in Abkhazia works. Everywhere there is cleanliness and snow-white towels, the hostess is an elderly woman, carefully keeps order.

A wonderful place! Wonderful responsive housewives. The guest house is new, not yet fully completed (the second floor is not finished). The rooms are clean, there is everything you need: a bed, a folding sofa, a wardrobe, a table, air conditioning, a TV, a shower, a toilet. There is a boiler in each room. There is a hair dryer, you need to ask the hostess. There is a separate clean kitchen with two refrigerators, a stove, a microwave kettle and all necessary utensils. For 100 rubles, you can use a washing machine. Each room has a clothes dryer. Towels are provided.
I was very glad to meet the neighbors and the whole wonderful family of Aunt Asa!

Alina, the hostess of the guest house. A good and understanding woman. Food is not cooked here, but there is a kitchen, you can cook it yourself, or go to the dining room next door. Towel, toilet paper, cleaning is done every 4-5 days on REQUEST...it is important.If they don't ask for it, they won't do it.No one will enter your room.there is parking for 5-6 cars inside. Washing can be done every day, the cost in July 2022 is 100 rubles.It's not far to the sea for about 5-10 minutes, there are canteens nearby for any choice.There are a lot of shops nearby too.

If you are planning to come here, it is definitely worth reading.
The review will be long, so I'll start with the rooms:
-The lock at the front door works very poorly, you can try to open it for 5 minutes. The owners are aware of the problem, but they don't do anything about it.
-A beautiful room with a bed and a mattress. In fact, the mattress is the cheapest spring mattress. Falling asleep, you will feel with your whole body how the springs hold you and gently rest against your ribs.
- The door to the bathroom is the same as on balconies usually put. It opens with a characteristic sound, so either with the door open it is worth visiting this room, or every time your neighbors will hear that you go in there.
- There is a trash can in the toilet, but you will have to ask the owners personally for packages for it and only one piece per hand.
- There has been no cleaning in 12 days.
About the attitude of the owners towards the guests.
If you try to describe the feeling, it looks like you came to your mother-in-law/ mother-in-law, who initially dislikes you. Unless, of course, you're actively trying to make friends.
-When she came to change towels for the second time (the rules say that they change on demand), the woman decided to express her dissatisfaction with this and say that she had already changed them and they say that's enough, according to the rules in general only for the 4th day and that's it. But still, having clarified with her where it is said about it, I changed it.
- A couple of times already at the end of the vacation we bought pizza and ate it in the room. To which, in the courtyard with other guests, the woman decided to tell us that no one does this (does not eat in the room) and it is not convenient for her that we do this. (SHE's uncomfortable! We paid money to live as she was comfortable)
-Well, in the end, when we were already leaving by car, they jumped out after us and decided to clarify in a raised tone to the whole street why the towel was dirty (note, the towel was slightly dusty and damp, it is easily washed off with water).
It's up to you to go or not to go, but I don't recommend paying money for this vacation.

A great guest house. The renovation is fresh, the bed and towels are white, as in hotels. Wi-Fi works well, it worked on a laptop without problems. Cozy and clean. A friendly hostess. There is a shared kitchen, all necessary utensils are available. You can also wash your clothes for a fee. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the sea.
