A Wonderful Hotel.
Three meals a day. They are being fed for slaughter.
There is an opportunity to eat outdoors under a tent with pleasant music or inside the building itself.
The canteen staff are kind and polite people.
For vegetarians, there are always fresh fruits, cottage cheese, sour cream and baked vegetables. The only thing that could be added to the menu is nuts, protein is always not enough with such a diet.
For sweet tooths - always fresh sweets
For meat lovers, of course, the main diet is chicken, but they will not leave without pork. There are fish, but you need to try to get there first for dinner - they are quickly disassembled.
The rooms are clean and bright. The maids are polite, if requested and necessary, they will always change towels, bed linen or clean the room.
The territory inside the hotel area is spacious. There is a stadium for physical education buildings, horizontal bars and uneven bars, around cypress alleys and the sea is a 10-minute walk through all this beauty.
The prices are adequate.
In general, I highly recommend it.
I am grateful to all employees and managers for the rest they received.

The best place to relax! I love it!
Full board meals were even given trout and sea bass for dinners.
The breakfasts are wonderful! The coffee is healthy!
The sea is 200 meters away, sun beds are free if from the hotel.
The room is clean, daily cleaning, Wi-Fi was poorly caught, moved without problems above, the view is gorgeous! Excursions to buy two points nearby.
Fruits and sweets in the store nearby also)

About the dining room) Full board meals, buffet. For breakfast cereals, omelets, eggs, fresh and stewed vegetables, dumplings, cottage cheese, sour cream, cheese, sausage, butter, sausages, sausages, pancakes with jam, green/ black tea with lemon, compotes, juices, coffee (apparatus), rolls, muffins, cakes, cookies.
Dinners are also varied, meat is present - chicken, pork, beef. Baked vegetables, including potatoes , salads of several types, pasta, buckwheat, some other side dishes that did not have time to try), delicious soups, fruits. We didn't find any wine for free, and we didn't need to. Dinners are also varied. What can I say - the food was delicious and satisfying. There was no such thing as leaving hungry.
About the hotel - upon arrival, the friendly administrator Kristina met us, quickly arranged for us, told us where and how, here, at the reception desk, they paid the tourist tax in the amount of 200 rubles per person.
We got a room on the second floor. The room is clean, bright, renovated, new furniture, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, electric kettle, hairdryer.
Snow-white: bed linen, towels for face, feet, bath towels, also blue for the beach, two shampoos, two miniature soaps and two shower gels, tea - all this was in the room.
Yes, it is important- there is a power outage in the village, so this is not a problem for the hotel, there is a generator, there is always light, cold and hot water is always available, drinking water in the cooler on our second floor has always been. An iron with ironing board is also available on the floor.
The sea is about 12 minutes away at a calm pace.
It's all good.
If you need parties, then you will go to Gagra or Pitsunda (a bus runs from the fountain according to the schedule, the price of the trip is 25 rubles.)) The village of Citrusovy is very small, quiet, pensioners and grandchildren mostly rested here with us, and in the evenings there was nowhere to walk except to a nearby grocery store).
There is a cafe nearby, a winery for the purchase of goodies).
We did not study the settlement further, did not have enough time, went on excursions.
The people here are friendly, hospitable, and helpful.
The sea is clean, warm, and the nature is pristine.

We are currently staying at this hotel. Everything is much better than we expected. Breakfasts, like dinner, are very hearty (and milk porridges and cottage cheese and rice and buckwheat + sausages, sausages, dumplings, delicious coffee from the vending machine, cookies). A big plus is that it is possible to walk 10-15 minutes to the sea and back. The room (511) has everything you need, freshly renovated, double bed, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, kettle and accessories. There are free sun beds and umbrellas on the beach. The hotel is not a hangout, for a relaxing holiday. We rented a car for 2 days and drove through many beautiful places without buying excursions. Everything is decent and modern.

I rested in it 2 times, from 6.08 to 19.08.
The excellent hotel was in 2023. I liked everything: the variety of cuisine, the silence, the beach, the attitude.
This year (2024) I didn't like the kitchen. If you do not have time by the time (by 8, 13, 18), then fruits, pastries (as if it were all the same), you will not get it, even if you came at 8.30, 13.30, 18.30. And if you come 30 minutes before closing time, there is not even meat (and the fish was 1 time in 2 weeks, and then with a head, a piece, a type of trout). There is no variety of cuisine at all, compared to 2023. The food in the morning and in the evening is one (processing). At the end of the rest, for 3 days, there was not even porridge (in the evening rice-in the morning rice on the water, there is no oatmeal at all, and in general, what was not finished in the evening was diluted in the morning)
Of the advantages: silence, the beach, cleanliness of the room.
I will add: umbrellas and sun beds are shared with the second Golden Sands hotel, after 8 am you cannot lie under an umbrella. After 9, you can't find a couch.

We had a rest in September, the staff is friendly, especially the young girls at the reception, smiling and very nice. Of the minuses, dirty greasy spoons and forks in the dining room, the food is delicious, but there is recycling, there are a lot of dogs on the territory of the hotel, including lichens, they sit near the tables, near the entrance to the dining room, they do not bite anyone, but it was a little uncomfortable.

Two stars for the food that ruined all the mood and rest. They position full board, but in fact you can eat only the first 10 minutes from lunch, if you have time, then empty counters throughout lunch and dinner. There is almost no meat, mostly vegetables. The hotel is for vegans. In the evening, an interesting picture was observed, 5 minutes before closing (there is no one in the dining room anymore), full trays of chicken and meat were brought out. And then, after closing, 3 people came out of the dining room with full suitcases and backpacks. Think for yourself what they were carrying there.There is a constant pack of huge dogs in the dining room, they are kind but they all itch and sit under the tables while you eat vegetables. A huge territory, but completely empty, there is nothing for children to do here.

We booked a room for a day, before checking into another hotel. We didn't regret a drop, everything is very decent! We were settled immediately upon arrival, ahead of schedule, at the reception a pleasant, friendly girl Kristina immediately charmed us, lifted our spirits❤️A buffet worthy for an economy hotel, we did not stay hungry, the staff is polite, everyone is smiling. You can eat both indoors and outdoors under a tent. There is a beautiful park on the territory of the hotel, there is a place to walk, the birds sing incomparably. To the sea, 15 minutes on foot along the alley. The room is bright, cozy, very spacious for the three of us, two rooms. Everything is there - kettle, tea, sugar, refrigerator, TV. In general, I regretted only one thing - that we are already leaving tomorrow) I'd love to stay here for a week. Next time I'll book for more days. A decent option for a vacation in Abkhazia, if you want to change the situation.

The hotel is good for 4. Of the cons, the receptionist who met us: rude, arrogant. I thought it was only with us, but it turned out that he talked even worse with others. The other two administrators, Kristina and the young guy, were great, they always helped. The toilet was leaking in the room on the 2nd floor, the Internet was weak. The cleaning is mediocre, towels and bed linen are changed on demand, but most likely this is due to heavy workload.
The dining room is good, the girls are all friendly. The breakfasts are great, lunches and dinners for 5-. I don't understand why you should add potatoes to all the dishes. The sea is clean and warm. It's 16 minutes to the sea, but it didn't bother us. Rest in Citrusovoye is for calm and family people. There is a free beach at the Golden Sands boarding house. As a result, I am grateful for our vacation in Abkhazia, the Olympus Park Hotel, and the Biblio Globes. They left with tears in their eyes.

We had a rest from September 10th to 18th. The hotel is good, everything worked in the room and the TV, and the kettle, and the refrigerator. Buffet meals, meat chicken, pork, once there was even beef, telapia fish, once there was trout, red and white wine for lunch. There are problems with Wi-Fi, mostly it catches at the reception, you could catch it in my room on the second floor with the door open. It's still a long way to the sea, who has sore legs or small children, it's better to choose a hotel closer. In general, this is a very decent hotel for Abkhazia.

The rooms are small, the split system does not work at all.The food is of the same type.Alcoholic beverages and compotes and juices are all non-alcoholic.
For that kind of money, it's better to go to another hotel.There is no elevator in the hotel.The water is periodically turned off .

The hotel is clean and new I was there on 07/21/23 I do not understand the reviews about the good conditions
- meals : there were 3 meals a day (excellent and very tasty , wine was given for lunch , you can eat both on the street with a tent and inside the dining room )
-hotel : everything is new , there is air conditioning, refrigerator, TV , towels (4 pcs are given ) white bathrobes pleasant to the body , cupboards , kettle and even tea with water 😍
There are disposable personal hygiene products in the shower, bed linen is changed after 3 days, the room is cleaned every day at lunch
-water : we went with friends, they rested in tsandripsha , they had interruptions of both light and water , for 6 days there were no problems at this hotel , there was always good pressure and always hot and cold water
-the territory and the sea : you go out behind the hotel , yes , I agree , there is not a very beautiful view , since there are a lot of unfinished houses in Abkhazia , abandoned , there is garbage on the road , somewhere in places the road is millet ( Pebbles )
There are cows and poor skinny dogs ( there are a lot of them )
But ! If you come to relax by the sea and spend time at the hotel in the evening, this is for you
The cows have passed , along this road you have passed and come out to the sea , which is the same everywhere and there are sand and stones everywhere
Sun loungers are provided free of charge from the hotel, umbrellas too, the main thing is to be in time as everyone wants to take a better place!
If you really want to spend time and take a walk, you can walk to the golden sands ( the hotel is 5 minutes from the sea ) there is an alley, palm trees and fountains

My family and I stayed at this hotel last year. Everything was fine. The table and chairs were brought, the bed linen and towels were changed, the rooms were cleaned. And this year, my family and I decided to stay at our favorite place.
But!!!!
This year, the family went on vacation to pre-book a room at this hotel. When I arrived at their place 10 days after they had already checked into the room. I saw a dirty balcony, which was covered in dust, sand, and the room was also not cleaned, although I arrived at the room at lunch. There was no table or chairs, I asked for a broom and cleaned up. And my daughter told me that in 10 days the balcony had never been swept. I turned to the administrator with a question: how often do they clean the balcony? To which she replied every day. There was a small conflict.
They refused to change the bedclothes, because there were drops from otof's ear drops on it, they said wash the stains and we will change the bedclothes. I agreed. But the receptionist said that the guests do not wash. But when we came to the room in the evening and saw that we hadn't even made new bed linen. I went to the receptionist again and asked how I could wash the bed if you didn't make a clean one.? I couldn't sleep wet or without a sheet. As a result, our bed linen was changed because we voluntarily paid 500 rubles for additional washing.
And the hotel has certain requirements and penalties that apply to guests. To which I said that when you hand over the room keys, you must also hand over the memo.
To which we concluded for ourselves: "do not stay in this hotel anymore"
We have already found a hotel where we will stay next year.

We stayed at the hotel in the first half of September 2022.In principle, the hotel is normal, white bed linen, white towels, a TV with many channels over 100, Wi-fi in the room, in the evenings the truth disappears due to the fact that everyone is sitting by the numbers, since there is simply nowhere to go for a walk in the Citrus state farm.....There is no promenade, markets or other entertainment there.The village is very dark in the evenings, everyone walks with flashlights on their phone, otherwise you will get into a cow pie, and there are many of them there.Cows are all self-wriggling, there are a lot of wandering around the village and a lot of homeless dogs (we have not met aggressive ones).The hotel has a separate dining room, you can only have breakfast, the food is very ordinary, two rice and oatmeal porridges are not cooked, an omelet or fried eggs with sausages (not edible), a bun, tea, compote or coffee, breakfast costs 300 rubles (complex).For such an amount, you can turn on a lemon and a piece of butter, it seems to me.Room cleaning leaves much to be desired, they will wash only where things are not worth it, you will move your slippers away and there is a lot of sand, the maids do not strain at all).There are several cafes in the village itself, the food is expensive and few places are delicious, the dining room next to the hotel is generally a terrible horror. Do not even think about going there. The menu is solid fat in fat.We had lunch and dinner in a cafe on the shore from the Golden Sands boarding house, they offer a buffet lunch 550 , dinner 450. And I do not advise young people to go to Citrus at all))) There's a bunch of pensioners there. There's nowhere to go at all. Which is basically an advantage if you want a mega relaxing holiday. There are also greatly inflated prices in cafes and shops, due to the complete lack of competition. In a 15-minute drive in Pitsunda, everything is 2 - 1.5 times cheaper.

They refused to return the money, although the services were not provided?! I'm waiting for a refund!!’ The rooms are rickety, old, and the beds creak. The bathroom stinks and the sounds are scary and loud from the sewer. The area is wildly old and unkempt. There are no mosquito nets. There are a lot of mosquitoes and midges everywhere in the hotel. Fire safety standards have not been met yet!!!!! All smoke detectors are sealed!!! Please pay attention to the fire safety inspectorate!!! I don't advise anyone to come here!!! It's unsafe, tasteless and the rooms are terrible.
