I really liked the hotel! Luxurious furnishings, spacious rooms, clean linen. They clean it every day. It's not far from the sea on foot. Good location, even the fireworks on New Year's Eve were clearly visible. They make delicious coffee for breakfast and the tea is also good.

It was the first time we were in Olympus. The location is excellent. 10 minutes to the promenade, 15 to the beach. Wonderful breakfasts in the morning. Every day the menu includes porridge and either casserole, pancakes, omelette and much more. Amazing oriental coffee every morning! During the 14 days of rest, bed linen and towels were changed three times. The hotel is very clean. The staff and hosts are very hospitable. I want to come back again

We stayed at the hotel with a group of tourists from Gelendzhik.The hotel is located within walking distance from the center of Sukhum. A very beautiful, modern hotel. The interior solutions of the halls are gorgeous! The rooms are cozy and clean. They are equipped with everything necessary. Comfortable beds. There is a hairdryer, refrigerator, TV. Hot water around the clock.
Special thanks for the excellent breakfasts. Delicious. It is diverse. Beautiful serving.
I recommend it for family holidays, as well as for individuals). Vpm will like it!

The cleaning is very strange, they came every day and put dirty linen and towels in neat piles, but did not change them. The impressions of the stay are more or less normal, it is an adequate place for Abkhazia, but there is a lot to grow.

A very nice place. We were vacationing with a friend , all polite , kind and hospitable . The room was cleaned every day, we were almost not there, but when we came to the room , everything was clean , cleaned and the garbage was taken away . The air conditioner is powerful) there was no remote control in the room, the receptionist gave his remote control at the reception. Toilet paper was replenished. But you need to take shampoo, toothpaste and beach towels with you (this is mandatory), beach towels are provided for 100 rubles. The towels are all clean, but they are also for hotel use only. The breakfasts are stupid, those who serve breakfast are just divine women ) , friendly and their service is very good ! In general ) thanks for the rest .

A nice and cozy place. 15 minutes to the beach. The room has air conditioning, two armchairs, a coffee table, a double bed. A wardrobe with a mirror. Everything is wooden and solid. The curtains are thick. Balcony. Soap in the bathroom. Cleaning every other day. Clear. Light breakfasts. Every day is different. Very simple - porridge, bread with jam or omelette and sausages. Everything is delicious and we had enough) Divine coffee! It's a pity that for every day) Friendly staff. At the reception desk, you could buy wine, book excursions and transfer. I liked everything! We stayed with my husband in a double standard room on the second floor with a balcony. The room is quite spacious and comfortable to stay in. There is air conditioning, TV, refrigerator. The bathroom has a hairdryer, towels and liquid soap. There is a water cooler in the hallway.
They feed delicious breakfasts: porridge and sausages / cheesecakes / pancakes + sandwiches with butter and jam and black / green tea, coffee seems to be brewed on request, but we took our own.
Cleaning is carried out every day.
The people here are helpful and polite.
Nearby, in 5 minutes there is a grocery store and a very good dining room where delicious food is served. There is also a transport stop there.
The beach is a 15-minute walk away.
We liked everything, the only negative for us is the bed, which creaks and the mattress.

I liked the hotel! We had a rest with a friend, everyone is very hospitable. The room was cleaned daily. There were very few people in the hotel itself, but when returning to the room, it was always clean. Garbage was collected daily. The air conditioner was working properly. Toilet paper was replenished regularly. The bed linen and towels are perfectly white. In the hallway there is an ironing board with an iron, a cooler (where you can get not only clean drinking water, but also boiling water). Many thanks to the friendly kitchen staff Astanda and Lisa for the delicious and hearty breakfasts. I would especially like to thank Lisa for making delicious coffee! Thanks to the warm welcome, the rest remained in my memory very positive and memorable. I want to come back to you again and again! And hope!

When vacationing outside the beach season, this hotel has no equal. Everything is within walking distance. It's inconvenient to go to the beach in high season, and the beach of the port city itself is such a thing. All minibuses to the market and the train station pass by the hotel. The big advantages are the convenient location and delicious homemade breakfasts, good Wi-Fi. Cons - dirty rooms, check in without cleaning, all the bed linen is torn, very hard mattresses, towels are not given out by everyone. There is nothing in the bathroom except liquid soap and toilet paper. The room was on the second floor, the stairs had no ramp, it was very difficult to lift the suitcase.

We stayed at this hotel from 08/29/2023 to 09/05/2023.We really liked it. The staff is friendly, they will always prompt and answer all questions diplomatically and politely. The breakfasts are at the highest level, always varied, the setting and dishes are excellent. While we were resting, we changed our linen and towels often. The hotel is clean, the air conditioners are always working, which is the most important thing in this heat. Special thanks to T. Cire for her responsibility and daily work. we lived in room 214 (with breakfast) - on the 2nd floor, where there is a reception. Of the advantages:
1. located in the vicinity of 2 main one-way roads.
2. large area of the room and bathroom (toilet with bath combined)
3. the room is cleaned regularly, the linen is changed 1 time in 3 days.
4. the room is not facing the road, it is quite busy, because in fact the main one in view of one-way traffic in this area of the city
5. the mattress looks like a new one, does not fail
Yes, there are a few pluses ...
Of the minuses:
1. the room smells damp, the smell does not disappear
2. with such an area of the bathroom, it was possible to make the toilet separate from the bathroom
3. there is no curtain in the bathroom, so when you take a shower, the floor is all wet
4. the windows are in fact always closed, because the view of the private sector of the neighbor's farmstead
5. there are no mosquito nets, but there are mosquitoes
6. breakfast is not a buffet, as in Russian 3-star hotels, they always give butter (not butter, but something like margarine) and jam, white bread, porridge and an addition (omelette, sausages, pancakes, cheesecakes, etc.) change every day - as in school or kindergarten - they bring you what they cooked today
7. audibility from the corridor and from the neighbors - at the highest level - are inhabited, including at night, so the hubbub from the people settling in does not allow them to sleep normally.

Let's start with the food: There are only breakfasts. They offer porridge, they change from day to day. A plus can be: cheesecakes, dumplings, fried eggs. Bread and butter with jam, very tasty. You can bring black or green tea, no coffee. We were 100% satisfied with the breakfasts. The second and fourth floor eats from 8 to 9, the third from 9 to 10. I advise you to have lunch in the "New Dining Room", that's what it's called.
The rooms are probably normal for that kind of money, in general, the reviews match. There is an unpleasant smell of dampness from the sewer, you feel it only when you enter, then you don't feel it. Air conditioning, WiFi (not really working), TV with Russian channels, refrigerator. There is enough furniture. They clean every day, towels and bed linen are changed every 3 days. There is mold in the shower, we weren't too worried, we probably put up with it initially, it's hard to find a better one for that kind of money. Bed linen and towels are not perfect, but you can use them. When checking in, there was long black hair on the linen and there were stains that apparently can no longer be washed.
It's not far to the beach if you want to walk)) through the pension "Country of the soul", in the same direction and the dining room, shops. Landmark "Red Bridge"

We had a rest in August 2023. I liked the hotel, the staff, with the exception of one character, was very friendly and nice. The hotel itself is new, everything in the rooms is cozy and comfortable.
It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the sea, which is not a problem. The breakfasts are delicious, they are cooked with a soul, the coffee is wonderful.

Tea to choose from is black, green. The waitress makes a wonderful coffee.The staff at the hotel is very friendly, they will tell you everything, they will tell you everything. Convenient location. It stands on a one-way street on the way to the market. All regular buses are passing by . They stop on demand. If you go down two streets below, you can take a bus to Mocha Beach. I lived in room 414. the mattress is very hard. It seemed to me that boards were sewn into it! There are no kettles in the rooms. There is a cooler on the floor. In the shower stall, the drain did not work well. The water pressure in the shower is weak . Towels and bed linen are grayish from washing and oldish . there is soap in the room, there are no shampoos and gels.

We had a rest at the Olymp Hotel. A good Olympus for 3*. The reception staff is polite and sociable. Delicious breakfast:porridge, pancakes, cheesecakes, sausage are different every day. There was a room on the 4th floor, with a view of the houses and mountains. Yes, the walls are a bit thin, but the neighbors were all adequate. We have returned from Abkhazia! Impressions of the sea, nature, excursions, the embankment...we got to the concert of the Turkish Choir in honor of Independence Day, cool!!! The hotel "srednyachok", but we had no complaints, we knew where we were going. The room was given a small one, without air conditioning, they opened the window and door, fell asleep to the screeching of the wheels of cars that do not stop driving day or night. The breakfasts are delicious, the portions are good. The garbage was taken out every day, but the floor was never washed, and even the linen and towels were changed after 5 days, probably. In general, the main thing is a positive attitude to rest, and these are all the little things.

And ours is far away)) By the way, the beach is clean, not bad, you can take minibuses, go 10 minutes to another Mocha beach. Abkhazia is a country of the soul. The coolest thing here is nature, air, sea. The people are wonderful and friendly, but used to living in conditions close to Spartan😉The service is just very simple. Although there is everything to earn more and please tourists. And the Olympus Hotel is a confirmation of this. The rooms are depressing in their surroundings. It is not possible to stay in them for more than an hour. Everything is grey and squalid. There is no comfort. Jacuzzi, air conditioning in some rooms are not working, although you pay for the room with this service. The cravats are double-bedded, rigid, creaking like prison bunks. I suggest the administrator to check the comfort of the measurements with his own body. Although everything in the lobby is decorated well with soft sofas. It's a pity that you create comfort for yourself, and not for vacationers. Breakfast is fine. They are hearty, but again there are not enough little things that, due to their laziness, the staff does not pay attention to. The little things they flow into one big picture. I'm tired of relaxing in Olympus.....

We had a rest in early July, the impression is negative (the third star fell off on the hotel sign, but it will basically pull two). The room was on the 3rd floor, quite spacious, but with a lot of unnecessary furniture. In 5 days, the floors have never been swept, not to mention wet cleaning. All cleaning consists of making beds and taking out the garbage. Upon arrival, we found an unwashed bathroom (including a frankly dirty toilet), dust and debris on the floor (which was never cleaned during our stay). The only bathroom accessories are a bottle of liquid soap. A shower stall with chips in which mold turns black. There is a hole with a grate in the middle of the bathroom (this is how plums look in old houses in Abkhazia), it is not used in any way, but it stinks of sewage, the smell increases when the water is turned on.
The same hole caused an unpleasant conversation with the cleaner: we met her in the hallway when we returned to the room, she scolded us for leaving our things on the towel rail (swimsuits and a pair of socks), and they allegedly stank. As it turned out, it stank from this very hole, and the cleaner dumped our things into the sink (never washed) and filled it with water. An absolutely piggy act. You go to the reception – most of the time there is no one there, in exceptional cases, an uncle who can sell you wine, but does not contribute to solving problems in any way (once they asked for a teaspoon in the room, they demanded to return it on the same day, despite the fact that it was already 9 pm).
The towels were changed 1 time, but not the towel-foot cloth that lies near the shower, it was originally dirty. The bed linen has holes, as if it was gnawed by animals.
The breakfasts are strange, the kindergarten menu: they just bring you all the food that is supposed to, there is no choice. There is always porridge – oatmeal or rice, pancakes /cheesecakes, once there were dumplings, but with potatoes (for breakfast!). There is always a plate with sliced bread, pieces of butter and jam. Drinks include tea, and on request, the hostess makes coffee (without milk). Plates with chips, butter is always put in porridge, sour cream is put in pancakes and cheesecakes. If you don't eat any of these, that's your problem. We left at 5 a.m., we couldn't provide any snacks, they say, the cooks come at 7 a.m. Of the paid 6 days, we visited 4 breakfasts in this way.
It is a pity that decent money was given for such a service, it was frankly unpleasant to be in this hotel. At the same time, we personally saw people who rented the lobby and reception saying that they liked everything very much and they want to leave a good review. Here, who is used to what…

I do not recommend the hotel. It's a long way to the beach, it's a long way back up the hill. There are no sidewalks nearby, so you have to walk along the road. The hotel itself is very tired, the rooms are dim and dark, the bed linen is all in holes. Towels and linen are changed every 4 days.. The lights were turned off several times. The mattress is terribly uncomfortable, collapses, springs stick out, creaks. The shower room was covered in mold and so small that I, a 58 kg girl, could hardly fit in. Of the baths, only liquid soap, which was not replenished during the entire stay of 9 days. I found the utility room myself and refilled the soap. There is no elevator, we went up to the 4th floor on foot with suitcases. There was one in the closet (!!!) a hanger, I had to hang clothes on chairs.. The breakfasts are so meager and monotonous that in recent days we have already gone to other cafes for breakfast. The cleaning is very bad. My hair was lying on the bathroom floor for 3 days, I couldn't stand it, I cleaned it myself. I just didn't want to go back to the room and in the morning I wanted to leave as soon as possible. We regretted that we chose this hotel, because everything was decent in the photo. In fact, I do not recommend it at all, do not spoil your vacation.

We are currently resting with my mother here. Beautiful interior. Polite staff. The rooms are clean. Wi-Fi works well. Our Windows do not face the road, there is no noise, room 312, the view is beautiful from the window. Delicious, varied breakfasts, large portions, even difficult to finish. It is close to the sea and Sukhumi embankment, but it is a little far to the beach where you can swim, but it does not bother, it is pleasant to walk to the beach with a calm step through a beautiful park and a beautiful embankment with interesting houses of architecture. Sukhum is a city of contrasts. We like everything!

Accommodation was booked by the tour operator, room 210, but on the 7th day we were relocated. We were very worried that they would move to the worst room, but it turned out to be much better, but on the first floor, room 101.The room turned out to have a washing machine, ironing board. But not in the previous room, not in this room, the floors were not washed at all. We have never lived for as long as we have. Breakfast was porridge and a second course (pancakes, salad, cheesecakes, pancakes). Everything was delicious and fresh.

Minuses:
-the sea is not 300m away, as stated (if only in a straight line, but not to pass)
-a normal pebble/sandy beach is very far away
-expectation and reality numbers
The rooms do not match the description and photos, in fact the room is on the 4th floor with a balcony facing the road (very noisy). A small room with old furniture. The mattress "survive my back", the springs got tired about 30 years ago.
The bed linen and towels are all stained and full of holes.
- bathroom, separate song. Plumbing is running and dripping, the water pressure is that is not. The shower tray is leaking. From personal hygiene products, only toilet paper and a bottle of liquid soap, and thanks for that.

There are also 2 boiled/fried eggs, pancakes with cottage cheese and sour cream, cheesecakes, sausages 2 pcs. Of course, I knew, understood and was aware of where I was going, but the mood was spoiled by one moment. In the morning, I heard from an elderly woman (who is engaged in cleaning rooms) that she was tired of making the bed in our room and not only that, I am once again convinced that not everyone can work in the service sector.
Result. Would I recommend this hotel? Definitely not. I hope my review was useful and the hotel administration will not remain indifferent.

I had a room without air conditioning. TV. Showed three channels in analog broadcasting. The cleaning leaves much to be desired.
