The staff is attentive and polite.
The room was cleaned every day.
The balcony is huge, overlooking the mountains.
There is not enough balcony furniture and a rug by the bed.

There wasn't even a chair in the room. I'm not talking about the kettle, mugs and microwave. They weren't there either. The staff answered all questions that they had just opened and did not have time.... And they took money in cash well. When the lights are turned off, there is no genirator. Residents are sitting without light and water. The Internet was only on the stairs.
And everything else is like that...
