A beautiful six-storey hotel, was renovated last year, has its own fenced territory,a stadium and a running track, new furniture and plumbing in the rooms, two elevators,Wi-Fi, cleaned often in the rooms, water coolers on the floors!breakfast can be ordered at the hotel) friendly staff!you will have to walk along the alley to the sea, the sea is clean, the coastline is large, there is enough space for everyone!
We had a vacation with our daughter in August. We will never stop again. It is located on the territory of a former stadium, it is reminiscent of the old stands. There is a treadmill. The dining room is located in the opposite corner of this territory, the staff in the dining room is rude, the breakfasts leave much to be desired. There was no fruit at all. They don't give you toiletries. On the way to the beach, you walk through a peaceful field with an appropriate smell, because cows are constantly walking there. They also scatter the contents of garbage containers. In the heat, these are not transferable flavors. Maybe that's how it should be in the village. Wi-fi in the rooms practically does not work, if you need Internet you have to sit in the lobby at the entrance. Constantly in the morning there is no light on duty, which means that there is no water, both hot and cold, which means that the toilet does not work. On the plus side: each room has a balcony, although there is nothing on it except drying boards. There are no chairs in the room either.

I really liked to relax here, everything is cool and the rooms are good and the food is delicious and the fact that going to the sea is a huge plus that you can walk through such beauty. God willing, I'll come here again
Excellent hotel, large territory, courteous staff. Breakfasts were not always arranged, but in general everything is fine. New renovation in the hotel, new furniture. Quietly calmly. The territory is closed with security, there is Parking. The sea is not far away.
A great hotel for the unpretentious traveler! Clean, tidy, daily cleaning. Hot water all the time, air conditioning, TV (which I never turned on)). The staff is friendly. A gorgeous balcony, I did yoga in the morning. I am coming to this hotel for the second time.
Friendly staff, the room is clean.refrigerator, air conditioning, TV-everything works. There is a water cooler on every floor and in the lobby. Beautiful view from the balcony, but! it will not work to sit and drink coffee on the balcony, BECAUSE there is not a single chair or table-this is the only disadvantage.the breakfast was delicious, you can choose from several types of porridge, fried eggs with sausages.pies, coffee, tea, etc.
The hotel is new, this is a plus! New furniture, clean. 2 elevators are working! The staff is quite responsive! Polite! - which is very valuable in these places!
Cons: turn off the lights every night! But this is a problem all over Abkhazia, apparently. Accordingly, the air conditioners do not work, you have to open the windows, and there are mosquitoes, bedbugs and other flying animals! The on-site dining room is disgusting. The food is not delicious! The glaze is passable, cheesecakes.. That's about it..
We ate in nearby cafes.
The beach is 5 minutes away on foot! The beach is sparsely populated! There are no toilets on the beach, places where you can rinse at least your feet after the sea and a single locker room with large slits🤷♀️
The village itself is quiet, there is no entertainment at all. Cafe maximum up to 23
Buses run until 19.00 to Pitsunda and Gagra! But there is always a taxi! To Gagra - 500-600 rubles, you can go to Pitsunda for 300 rubles
Recommend.Quietly.Comfortably.15 min walk from the beach.
The food is good. The only disadvantage is that the child was provided not with a bed, but with a cot.
A new, clean hotel. It is located among many Himalayan cedars and cypresses.Everything is conducive to a quiet, relaxing holiday. For those who like to relax without noisy discos. The service is good...they always strive to help when necessary
We had a rest in the summer, only now we got around to writing a review. The hotel is for very inexperienced tourists.
The water disappears every other day (in all seriousness). For example, today it is impossible to wash for 9 hours, thus the day of vacation is just sitting in the room. It is impossible to get things out of the laundry back for the same reason. Of course, there is no backup generator, thus it is impossible to call this place a hotel, since in hotels of the "no stars" category according to the Rospotrebnadzor standard, "guests can always count on hot and cold tap water."
When checking in, no one even said that it was Moscow time in the country, which was why there were misunderstandings with the tour. The administrators are not exactly friendly, in the end we were to blame for the situation with the tour, and no one even bothered to apologize. But threatening is always welcome.
The food in the dining room (specifically one of the breakfasts that we just looked at) does not look very edible (a choice of sliced white bread and cottage cheese casserole is pale or burnt with a teaspoon of sour cream). Regarding the nearby shops and cafes, everything is also very controversial (rotovirus infection caught up with us very quickly). In principle, we did not find supermarkets, more or less civilized cafes are located in the capital.
Of the advantages, a clean room with a bathroom, refrigerator, TV and Wi-Fi, shampoo is provided, towels are changed and daily cleaning is carried out. It's not bad to stop for a couple of nights (provided that you don't have to go to the city, because a taxi costs like the wing of an airplane).
A very quiet and peaceful place. The rooms are new, cozy, and have everything. New plumbing, elevators. The hotel is round the clock, if you are suddenly late, you can always come in. The staff is very polite. The breakfasts are quite hearty
The territory is large, clean, cozy, there is a dining room, they cook delicious, the rooms are spacious with a balcony, there is air conditioning, bathroom, TV, refrigerator. The staff is polite. I recommend it)))
A new hotel, in a quiet location. There are pines all around ! Each room has a balcony. It is clear that the service is not Turkish or even Russian, but for Abkhazia it is a super hotel. There are no chairs in the room, this is a big minus that everyone points to. As it is, everything is fine. The territory is large, but not well maintained. The sea is 600 meters away. The village is quiet and peaceful, there is a cafe.
The room is simple but good, the furniture is new, 2 large wardrobes and bedside tables with mirrors, a large balcony with a table and 2 chairs. There are no chairs in the room itself. The bathroom has a kind of shower, but there is not a single shelf to put shampoo on. We have a 2-room room, in one room there is a 2-bedroom bed, in the other 2 single beds are pushed together. The other day, the water was turned off for the whole day. According to the locals, turning off lights and water is normal for this village. The light is periodically turned off. There is a cooler with cold and hot water on the floor. The bed linen is clean, but it is replaced 1 time in 5 days, and if you want to change it if necessary, you are asked to pay. We arrived for 10 days, we had our linen and towels changed for the 5th day, and then only after I started to find out for myself when the linen was changed, now apparently they will only change when we leave. There is practically no cleaning in the room, they take out the trash and put toilet paper, they swept a couple of times at the entrance where the shoes are. The administration of the so-called hotel does not care about the guests, I constantly hear people arguing about cleaning and changing towels. There is only breakfast in the dining room, we like it, simple but delicious. Nearby there are a couple of village shops, a canteen and a cafe. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the sea along a shady alley.
The rooms are clean, the balconies are large. With room 3+ two conduits, which is convenient if children are in the same room, adults can sleep with one air conditioner turned on. 10 minutes from the sea. The breakfasts are excellent, there is wi-fi
The rooms are modern. A clean and cozy hotel. Good, large Parking lot. Wi-Fi is available in the rooms, corridors, reception. A good football field. A gazebo for relaxing in the evenings and a barbecue area.
We arrived with my husband for 10 days.
We arrived at the village from the airport at 9 a.m., at 12 we were settled, for which thank you, because here the official check-in is at 15.00.
During the 5 days of our stay, the water is turned off every day, less often the light, but the problem is quickly fixed. The shutdown occurs immediately in the entire village, so do not expect to go to the toilet or wash your hands in a nearby cafe.
About the room: everything is clean, cleaned, BUT there is no clothes dryer on the balcony, there are no hangers for outerwear at the entrance. No other defects were found.
Wi-fi works properly only in the morning and at lunch, in the evening it works very slowly, since everyone is connected at this time. It's good that at least this way there is an opportunity to keep in touch with the world.
A separate topic is the territory of the hotel and the village itself. Be prepared for chaotically moving cows and calves that leave tortillas behind. Turn on the flashlights when you move around in the evening.
Breakfasts in the dining room are prepared tolerably, the cost of which is 300 rubles, if you just took accommodation.
It's difficult to call the eateries in the vicinity cafes – they cook locally, it's better not to look into the kitchen. However, there is a dining room not far from the corner, where everything is not so bad. The shops in the vicinity are also not the best, but you can find the most necessary things there.
The hotel does not have its own beach, but you can take an umbrella and sun beds by the sea (300 and 200 rubles).
They do not accept cards here – only cash or transfer (this is also a problem, because the Internet does not work everywhere + roaming). Withdraw cash, you will not lose.
In general, it takes time to get used to this. It's better not to come here after Turkey😀
Who likes a relaxing holiday away from civilization, come here)
We did not regret that we settled here, because we only come to the hotel to wash and spend the night, and you quickly get used to the local nuances.
A great hotel, with very pleasant and kind staff. Clean rooms, huge territory. There is everything you need, about 600 meters to the sea in 5 minutes. There is a citrus grove nearby. It's very beautiful there
We rested here for the first time, at first glance everything is new and clean, but in small things, of course, the service failed. The balcony is large, but there is no table and chairs, there was no dryer, a rope was stretched, there is a wardrobe, but it is impossible to open, we had to move the beds and bedside table ourselves so that there was access to the closet. There are only 2 hooks in the bathroom and none in the hallway, because there are not even chairs to hang clothes, although there is not much chair to put, everything is very compact, but two mirrors. There was no trash, they gave out a bucket from under the barbecue. There is no cup, not even a toothbrush cup. There is a dining room, but it is too expensive for such service and quality. Cleanliness is also not at the level, in general, they go to Abkhazia for the sake of nature) cows walk on the territory of the hotel, look at your feet)
Very nice hotel, we were in 2022.I liked everything, but in 2023 the price was greatly raised and we made breakfasts, lunches and dinners because of this we will not go there anymore
A good hotel, without pathos. Fresh renovation and furniture in 2021. Facilities for 3. There is not enough furniture on the balcony and dishes in the room. One of the advantages is a hair dryer. Location to the sea in 10 minutes on foot. But there is no service in the village. Before reaching the sea there is a wonderful cafe, delicious at home, the staff is friendly
The hotel itself is nothing, but there is nothing around! There is no infrastructure. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a boring vacation. All the impressions from the first trip to Abkhazia were spoiled.
There is nowhere to eat around, the only normal cafe is Amra, that's it. There is a dining room on the territory of the hotel, it works only for a set breakfast according to some coupons, they did not try it for the whole vacation.
There are no chairs or a kettle in the room. There is a cooler only on the floor.
We walked to the sea with the children for 15 minutes, also far away.
The staff is friendly, polite, and willing to help with household issues.
But the existence of everyday issues themselves is a separate topic. Does the hotel declare itself to be 4 stars, Abkhazian? The toilet is dirty, there are cigarette butts on the balcony, the lights are constantly turned off, the grass has not been mowed for years on the territory of the hotel. Ow!!! You have such a gorgeous area, and the owners of the hotel are even too lazy to mow the grass!
The rooms are generally clean (the renovation has just been done). For 3000 rubles per day, probably the norm. Of the disadvantages, the territory is untidy, like the whole of Abkhazia. Only breakfasts are provided, in which the cutlet with buckwheat is changed to scrambled eggs with sausage. Walking distance to the beach is 1.2 km along by no means the cleanest roads (garbage and cow cakes are all around).
June 2022. The quality does not match the price at all. The rooms are ill-conceived neither in terms of layout (although the hotel is positioned as recently renovated), nor in terms of furniture.
The cleaning is mediocre, the staff does not respond adequately to comments.
The view from the window resembles footage of films about Chernobyl.
In general, it seems that the hotel owner does not care about this place as long as it "milks tourists".
On the plus side, there are always places. But it's not surprising either.
For the specified price, it is better to look elsewhere.
I have good impressions. The hotel is clean and new. The bed linen and towels are white. There is a hairdryer in the room. Soap and shampoo are brought. Cleaning every day. One of the disadvantages is the lack of furniture on the balcony. It's 10 minutes from the sea, but the road is not annoying, it's quiet, there are cafes and tents along the way.
Terrible hotel!!! I don't advise anyone. I was hungry at breakfast. The food is very poor. Tasteless table food. The hotel is in the "scoop" style. Everything is very fast and not worth the money!!! There was no light or water in the rooms!!!! Nothing!!!!! The rooms are rickety, old. The bathroom stinks and the sounds are scary and loud from the sewer. The area is wildly old and unkempt. There are no mosquito nets. There are a lot of mosquitoes and midges everywhere in the hotel. Fire safety standards have not been met yet!!!!! All smoke detectors are sealed!!! I don't advise anyone to come here!!! It's unsafe, tasteless and the rooms are terrible.
Great hotel, great rooms, just not enough chairs, lived in a two-room room, air conditioning in both rooms, breakfast 300 rubles. just great for both children and adults.
The rooms are not bad, freshly renovated - but the water and electricity are turned off at night. Pleasant and helpful staff at the reception, there are water coolers on the floors, the water is changed every day. There is a dining room on the territory - unfortunately, it is expensive and tasteless (once after a meal it was not very good there
The village is located on the seashore, the nature is beautiful. But the attitude of local residents towards the environment is surprising. Well, okay, there is no money to bring the roads and the external environment into a divine one. But is it possible to simply take out the garbage? The whole village is a dump, mired in garbage. You go to the sea, even if you don't look around: garbage, trash, mud. The administration understands that the village accepts tourists, there are hotels on the territory of the village, and the village must be clean. Well, if there is a landfill within a radius of 15m around the dumpsters, then where is the administration looking? Does he eat shish kebab and wash it down with wine???
If you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and neighbors from above, swim in the sea and eat delicious food, then you are definitely here!!! I recommend it!!! We just got back, we want to go back
Although the rooms are new, they look dirty. Electricity and water are constantly turned off, Wi-Fi also sometimes does not work well when there is no light, respectively, there is also no light. We had 2 rooms, and the TV didn't work in one for 4 days. Balconies are meaningless, since you can't even sit on them, there is no furniture. It's a long way to the sea.
3000 rubles per room (for Abkhazia, it's a penny, as they think. There is the same standard of living as in Switzerland). They put into operation, scoring half the cost, the elevators are all dirty, in construction traces, design 0, just walls, saved on everything they could, and alas, because of this, rest turns into hell. It is impossible to sleep, the walls are made of paper, the front door is also audible at night as if everyone lives in the same room. A vacation without sleep is worse than no vacation at all. For this money, in other cities (in the Russian Federation) you get modern rooms where everything is smart. In general, they will last a couple of years until everything falls apart, then there will be complete sadness.
We have been here for a week, the room is clean, cleaned every day, bed linen and towels are new, clean, the staff is responsive

The hotel is located 5 minutes from the sea, the rooms are clean, there is always an administrator at the reception. There is a cooler on each floor. The most important advantage is a large chic balcony (we had a view of the mountains).
