He's good to cut one number with clippers, but if you ask to do transition, it's total failure.
Explained him how to do transition and what to leave, then first thing, he took smaller number and cut what I have said to leave. Then after 40min of trying to do transition from 0 to 10mm he failed badly and asked "how you want it here?". Remaining 20 minutes it was a trial to straighten all the mountains he did, so there's hardly anything left from 10mm on the sides. Now what supposed to be smooth transition from 0 to 10mm looks like someone put pot on my head and did bottom with clippers and top with scissors. The problem is, that when he tried to straighten mountains, he used scissors "in the air", without any support for his hand.
Then after all, he asked "what to do with the part you asked to leave longer" , I asked "can you glue it back on?" he laughed.. , I asked "why you asking then?". All this nightmare lasted hour, while "old boy" staff in other countries do similar tasks in 35min, without such failures.
