The hotel has only 1 plus — location. The hotel itself is sooo bad. The rooms are old and very shabby. The towels and bed linen are all very washed. The plumbing is old, the shower curtain is stained and mildewed, the tile is chipped off, the drain hole in the floor without a lid is just a hole in which there is rotten water. In the bathroom in the evening there was a terrible smell of dichlophos and a dead cockroach lay. The trash cans on the streets are cleaner than the ones in the room. In general, the only feeling that did not leave the 14-hour stay at the hotel was disgust. I was left with despair, because it was 7 pm and I was with the dog. In any other situation, I would have found another hotel and would never have stayed in this one.
A good hotel, located in a convenient location in the city. It is easy to get to the waterfront on foot. Nearby there is a restaurant with home cooking, where you can eat inexpensively with the whole family.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The service is terrible and the location is on a central noisy road, there is nowhere to put the car. Book a room for a day through the website Booking.com my booking has been confirmed. Having already arrived at the hotel, it turned out that there were no rooms available. At the same time, by opening Booking.com at that moment, 2 rooms were available and they could be booked. The owner started telling me that he called me, but it was a lie, because I always had the phone with me and there were no calls. To my questions, why does the owner not take off Booking.com If there are no rooms, the owner began to tell fairy tales and that everything was fine with him. At the same time, I was tired from a long journey and almost stayed on the street. After driving 1500km through Georgia, this hotel is the only terrible place where I managed to face such a divorce and disrespect of tourists.
It is very inconvenient that there are no breakfasts, and in the nearest cafe with breakfast, the hostess literally climbs into your plate with advice, but there is not much choice. As for the hotel itself, we got a room without a window, which was not cleaned all 3 nights that we were there. They didn't even take out the trash. Otherwise, it's a plus on a budget, it was clean when checking in. They think they have parking, but in fact they called me 2 times to move the car, because there is one parking lot for several hotels + a delivery service + a store and houses. In general, it is very crowded and if you get deeper, they will definitely block the exit.
I liked the hotel. Very close to the center, Raik Park, shops. Good beds, great shower, all the accessories are good, the receptionist is polite and helpful. The only thing that was confusing was that with the French balcony open, I could shake hands with passers-by, that is, very low. There was a 2nd floor.
Poor hotel and service. The sheets are synthetic, the bathroom is cold and smells damp, the walls are thin and the audibility is very strong. The mattress is uncomfortable. It says 9.3 on the booking, but there is not even a hotel on the booking.
They settled here because something allegedly happened to the room in the hotel that they booked through booking and offered this option. There was one in the photo, another in place. The money was asked to be transferred by bank transfer.
It all seems like a well-thought-out divorce, in which they promote one hotel in booking so that they book it, give it good reviews, but in fact they settle in another worse.
