Top location in the center of the old town, comfortable accommodation, friendly staff, ready to help at any time. Comfortable beds, good breakfast. The only caveat is a small room for eating. And, since the stay at the hotel coincided with the New Year holidays, which in turn led to a "full house", sometimes it was necessary to wait a little bit when there was an opportunity to sit down at the table.

We stayed at the hotel for 16 days in December 2024. When we parted, we hugged.
The hotel is just the thing for the inexperienced Russian tourist.
The attitude towards the guests is friendly, always ready to help.
The location is wonderful, everything you need is nearby (cafes, restaurants, the embankment, the cable car, exchangers, public transport stops, private guides ready to take you anywhere). An information kiosk for tourists with free maps of Batumi, Adjara and all of Georgia is located next to the cable car. We've been everywhere we wanted to go.
Special thanks to the staff for their hospitality. Cook Zeynap even took our tastes into account. If there were more dinners, then we would have dinner at the hotel. The cafes and restaurants in the city did not make an impression. Bed linen, towels, shampoos, toothbrushes were changed every day. Tea, coffee, sugar, and water were always left behind when cleaning the room.
The room has a refrigerator, kettle, TV (there are Russian entertainment channels), air conditioning. Central heating.
In the evenings, we empathized with the girls with low social responsibility who work in the park under the windows in any weather.
The view from the window (room 403) was wonderful (mountains, sea, mosque, alphabet tower).
If we go to Batumi again, then only here.

We liked everything! The guys at the reception are very attentive, they will always help and tell you)
The rooms are clean, everything works, cleaning was done every day! Breakfast was always delicious.
We will recommend the hotel to friends and acquaintances 🫶💫
