I really liked the hotel! Polite, helpful staff, clean, spacious room on the 5th floor with a large balcony overlooking the school and the sea. The territory is well maintained, convenient location on the 1st coastline, the area of staraya Gagra. Equipped beach, there are free sun beds at any time, there is a small bar with drinks on the beach, there are shops across the street from the hotel. The beach is pebbly, it is more convenient to walk in special rubber slippers - they are also sold across the street. A variety of cafes, a beautiful park, and attractions are within walking distance.
Breakfast in the hotel cafe: small portions, there is no choice, so we mostly had breakfast in different cafes in the city)
You can have lunch and dinner at the on-site cafe, the cuisine is delicious homemade. We would like to thank Dmitry for his hospitality! We will definitely come again!

Excellent hotel: cleaning for 5+, change of linen every 4 days, towels (including beach towels) daily. The breakfasts are good: porridge + second course + dessert (mostly
fruits) + a drink to choose from. The beach is 20m away, clean, sun beds and umbrellas in sufficient quantity. The location is convenient - 5 km to the Colonnade in the Old part of the city, the same distance to Novaya Gagra. Cafes around for every taste of the purse.

We rested 2 times in this hotel, I recommend it! EVERYTHING IS CLEAN, the staff is polite, the hotel has its own territory and access to the sea is very comfortable, a minute and you are at sea. There are few people, the sea is clean and this is another plus. We liked everything, we will come back more than once.The rooms were cleaned by a very cool cleaner Dasha!She is always friendly and polite, there are cafes at the hotels, we had breakfast included, it was delicious, but the children would not come in, they would have cheesecakes and pancakes, but they do not eat porridge and salad with hot sauce.And so you can have dinner too, they cook delicious.The kids appreciated the burgers!The staff is polite!I recommend this hotel for a family holiday.

A great hotel, I would even say super. Everything is clean and cozy. All the staff is friendly and helpful. The cafe at the hotel is very tasty. We liked it so much that we didn't go anywhere else to eat except this cafe. The room is cleaned every day. There is everything you need (TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron)
The beach is two minutes, sun beds are free. Wi-Fi both at the hotel and on the beach.

We stayed at this hotel from August 10 to August 20, 2024. We were satisfied with the rest. On the day of arrival, we were greeted with a smile and a very friendly girl, the administrator . She told and explained everything. It was very pleasant to communicate with her during the whole vacation. You can buy drinking water at the reception, which is very convenient. The rooms were cleaned every day. Towels from the beach were changed too. The hotel is clean and has all the amenities. We had a room on the third floor, but without a balcony, so there was no place to dry our swimsuits. The administrators immediately responded to the request to put a dryer on the balcony, special thanks. The sea is nearby, the beach is sandy. There is a wonderful restaurant at the hotel, we had lunch and dinner there. Very polite and friendly waitresses. They cook delicious and, not least, you have ordered a dish and it has been prepared for you . The bartender serves very tasty and wonderful cocktails. I miss them very much.
Did we enjoy our vacation? Yes!

We rested at the Dunnam hotel from 23.06 to 4.07.24. The standard room has its own balcony, the hotel really liked the excellent location in the old part of Gagra, a nice room with a large balcony with furniture, excellent service, delicious breakfasts, room cleaning every day, change of linen and towels every three days, the beach is spacious, there are enough sun beds and umbrellas for everyone, the staff is friendly, near the hotel shops and cafes and a public transport stop, this hotel is recommended.

We had a rest in September 2024, the hotel is gorgeous!! everything is very cool..cleaning every day, replacing the sheets..the room with a balcony is two rooms at the highest level!! Types of bomb!! We rested from 08/24 to 09/03/24. The location is very good, a quiet place to relax. A building from Soviet times with reconstruction with excellent sound insulation. We really liked the staff, especially the maid Dasha and the receptionist Murat. One of the disadvantages is the food in the restaurant. Once they even gave us porridge with sour milk and after yesterday's omelet and lettuce, we had poisoning. People on the beach were all outraged about the attitude towards Russians. If we arrive at this hotel again, then without breakfast.

A very good hotel for a relaxing and quiet holiday by the sea. We lived here for the second time and were not disappointed. A cafe has appeared, and room reservations are offered with breakfast included in the price. By the way, it's delicious, hearty and varied! After 1 p.m., this cafe is open to order for takeaway and with the opportunity to eat on the spot with unobtrusive music. It's delicious, but for the prices offered on the menu, the portion should be clearly larger. I recommend this hotel for couples (or companies) without children, as the lack of animation and children's rooms, certain conditions for living with children may cause vacationers to complain to the management. We saw only the advantages for ourselves: the absence of a large number of people both in the hotel and on our own beach (naturally the first line!), a sufficient number of free sun beds and umbrellas, large and clean rooms, cleaning every day, linen change every 3 days, beach towels are changed if necessary. I really liked the hotel. The hotel is located in Staraya Gagra. Beautiful, cozy, well-groomed territory of the hotel. Access to the sea immediately from the hotel. The hotel itself is quiet and peaceful. The breakfasts are varied and very tasty. Music from the cafe opposite plays in the evenings, but at about 23.30 it is already quiet. Just returned from this wonderful hotel today, the location is just super, close to all the sights, its own well-groomed beach, which is a hundred meters from the hotel. We have been coming to this cozy hotel for three years in a row. We hope to get there this year. We take a room with its own balcony. It's significant. I liked the hotel. We had a rest at the end of August 2024
Very clean, the repair is good.
We had a room with a balcony, the view was amazing.
They cleaned it every day. Towels were changed every day. The room has a large TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, iron in the hallway.
All plumbing is new, expensive.
The territory is well maintained, the beauty is all around.
The sea is just a few steps away. Private beach. Sun beds, umbrellas, ottomans in sufficient quantity.
Breakfast is not a buffet, it was served by waiters. The breakfasts are normal, everything is different every day. Porridge, eggs, pancakes, dumplings, sausages, etc. They definitely weren't hungry.
The hotel is conveniently located on the border between the Old and New Gagra. Everything is within walking distance.
I didn't like that dogs were barking loudly in the morning, but this is probably the case all over Gagra. The trains also rattled sometimes, but our windows looked out on the other side, so it wasn't very annoying.
In general, I liked everything. A cozy hotel, everything is very decent.

7 people and a baby of 7 months rested. from 05.07 to 07/15.24 we had three rooms. Cleaning every day.the reception staff is nice.kind. My 14-year-old son liked the administrator guy, he even wanted to make friends..responsive .Everyone is polite.I liked Esma the waitress at the restaurant, a big lady..for your information, we ate most often in the hotel restaurant. the cook cooks delicious and everything is fresh.. and the little mermaid restaurant is not bad.Everyone's impressions are positive.Only my son-in-law caught the rotoairus in a day or two..the location of the hotel is good.old gagra....I recommend the hotel.I recommend the beautiful Abkhazia with its diana nature.

We had a rest from June 10 to June 16, 2024. We ordered a transfer in both directions - no problems and delays. The rooms are good, there are several Wi-Fi points, finishes both in the room and on the balconies (3rd, 4th floors), and on the beach! The breakfasts are quite hearty and varied - you will eat until lunch). The rooms are cleaned daily, as stated. The air conditioner works stably, the water is running around the clock, the light turned off 1 time for 2 minutes during the week.
The beach is clean, the first line, umbrellas and sun loungers in bulk. There are few people, which was a big plus for my wife and me (maybe there will be more in July and August, but in June it's perfect!).
The territory is compact - you can't walk around, but it's clean and cozy. The location of the hotel is convenient - between the old and new Gagra.
In general, we liked everything)
P.S. Separate recommendations for cafes - "Ritsa" and "Caucasian cuisine". For lovers of coffee and desserts - "Brioche". All of them are at a distance of 700-800 meters from the hotel.

Great hotel! I liked everything! Vacationed in June 2024, a junior suite with a private balcony. I do not advise you to take this room, because a private balcony is a convention. The balcony is a shared polycarbonate partition. There is no sense of privacy, because polycarbonate is translucent. It would be better if the partition were made of foam blocks or concrete, as in the standard room with its own balcony. People gather on the common half of the balcony for a smoke break and you hear everything accordingly, well, so-so! This is for those who need to be isolated from external factors. It didn't upset us! But I wanted an isolated one. The room was clean, everything was necessary. The towels are worn out, but it is clear that new ones were purchased and we got them once, because they are used together with the old ones. A three-course breakfast, quite decent, in my opinion! If you are used to eating in Michelin restaurants, then you are definitely not here! The coffee is weak, but it will do. I made my own tea in the room, there is a kettle! I ate and went to the beach, 100 meters and you're in the sea! Well, the buzz! And we went to eat at the RITZ, 800 meters away, to the right from the hotel! I heartily recommend it! Don't even try other restaurants, you'll regret it! The staff at the hotel and in the cafe at the hotel are absolutely emotionless, but this is rather not a problem of the hotel, it's just the people, the store has the same story, no emotion for gratitude! By the way, not far from the hotel, also to the right, but on the other side of the road, there is a grocery store where you can pay with a card and it has everything you need! I recommend the store! The bus stop is within walking distance, you went out the gate and you are at the bus stop.

We stayed at this hotel in June 2023. The location for a calm, quiet holiday is excellent! Old Gagra! The hotel itself is new, clean, comfortable everywhere, there is everything for relaxation! The staff is respectful! but... there is a huge Disadvantage! We had a deluxe room, it's huge, it's super! But the view from the window is not very pleasant! The window is at the asphalt level, plus it's a PARKING AREA! Did you imagine the beauty from the window for a moment?!) The smell of gasoline and dust, and the room is not the cheapest! My request to change the room, of course, was refused, I had to admire the headlights! My personal wish to the hotel management! Urgently move the parking lot to the fence, and make flower beds at the windows! We pay for beautiful views and comfort, not for the view of dirty wheels from the window!

We stayed at this hotel from 06/27/2014 and for the 2nd year in a row. Our room had no balcony, towels can be dried on the shared balcony, and swimsuits in the room on the towel rail in the bathroom, it's hot there. The rooms were cleaned every day. The staff is friendly. The breakfasts are very tasty, hearty, porridges are not very good (I would like them to be thicker, not liquid). I also want to add regular pancakes to the menu without filling and syrup, my children just didn't eat everything. For lunch, we went to the dining room, where the police building is called "Yummy", 15 minutes walk from the hotel, you can walk along the beautiful streets (there are many other cafes, canteens, restaurants along the way), enjoying the aromas of eucalyptus and various flowers, or you can take a minibus for 50 rubles per adult,children are free. The bus stop is located near the hotel, as well as shops and a pharmacy across the street.
You can have dinner on site, where breakfast is also served, but for a fee. They cook delicious. The children checked out French fries, nuggets and pizza.
We have not caught the rotovirus. Just in case, they sometimes drank polysorb.
I recommend this hotel for a vacation!
Old Gagra is amazing. The sea is clean, the air is fresh and fragrant. A magnificent view opens onto the mountains. And you can also see dolphins. This time we were skiing at sunset and dolphins swam very close by, the children and we adults were completely delighted.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights. The hotel, if I'm not mistaken, has been renovated for five years.
Good repair, pleasant, stylish interior, clean, no foreign odors anywhere, surveillance cameras everywhere.
There is a generator, so there is no problem of universal urban power outage.
Freely available, in the hallway, ironing board with iron.
In the shower there is a heated water storage tank, gel, shampoo, soap.
There are no chairs in the room. This is strange, because there is a kettle, a tea pair, glasses, cutlery. But there is nothing to sit down at the table. You can organize a kind of standing buffet of food and drinks bought in shops nearby. I asked the receptionist for a chair, but the answer was that there were no chairs yet. I don't know if all the rooms are like this, or just ours. I hope that chairs will appear soon.
Wet clothes are all dried on the shared balcony.
There is no elevator, it's hard to carry suitcases upstairs.
The air conditioner is hung correctly, it is not noisy, it works properly. The refrigerator, under the table, is also silent. The beds are comfortable. A TV with many channels. The Wi-Fi is good and I caught it even on the beach, but not at the reception.
The windows of the room overlooked an abandoned building. Very little could be heard of the road and music from the cafe opposite, where we went to eat kebabs. Why? Because it was nice to stay in the hotel cafe, but not to eat.
I will praise the cafe for its pleasant interior, good dishes, appliances, musical selection, beautiful serving of dishes, working air conditioning. And that's about it.
On the first day, upon arrival, we decided to have lunch at the cafe at the hotel. A little bit on prices. Borsch 250₽, noodles 170₽, khachapur with potatoes 550₽, bread 50₽, lemonade 120₽. A total of 1,140. And it would have been all right, but the dishes were served in tiny soup bowls. It seemed that the spoon would not fit there. We haven't eaten enough at all. We ordered khachapur, but it was very salty, we couldn't finish it.
The breakfasts, which are included in the price, are quite diverse in the assortment. For example. Porridge on water, omelet with herbs, tea, coffee or juice from a bag, a slice of watermelon. Porridge is always sooo sweet. What is tea? This is a teapot with a tea bag floating in it. In fact, it is tinted water, without taste and aroma. But otherwise, porridge, without washing down with something unsweetened, cannot be mastered. On the second day, a piece of potato casserole for breakfast was not bad in itself. But the yellow sauce! It is not clear from which ingredients it was made, because all the sensations were interrupted by solid salt, the aftertaste of which was not interrupted for a long time. But the pitch is beautiful! It is clear that they are trying, although the cook's taste experiments with salt and sugar need to be reviewed.
In the evening, no one was observed in the cafe. Hotel guests eat in other places. Something is wrong with the cafe. For the sake of a beautiful presentation, on vacation, people will not eat here. Except right after arrival, when you don't have the strength to look for something else. Rather, it is an aesthetic restaurant, not a gastronomic one.
The beach is rocky (corals are required), the entrance to the sea is sufficiently sharp, immediately deep. During our stay, the second half of August, there were waves all the time. I don't know if we're so lucky, or if the specifics of the place are like that. The regulars of the hotel said that there is a complete calm, but rarely. Sun beds can be taken on the beach for free, they are marked with the hotel logo, good, clean. There are not enough umbrellas. You need to borrow early in the morning.
Reception staff and waiters. They seem to be polite, perform their functions, but they are not so emotional and indifferent that even when you thank them, they are cold, not a smile, not a kind word. I don't want to contact them a second time.
In general, the summary:
If this hotel had an elevator, chairs in the rooms, friendly staff, a more customer-oriented cafe, it would not have been worth the price!

The food sucks. We rested with our spouse in early June 2024. We received a standard room on the third floor, a view of the construction site, but there was no noise, as promised by the administrator Lolita. Although the room is small, but everything looked nice somehow, the waiters have a uniform, it's also very nice. I didn't really like the music, it was very loud in the morning, I wanted something relaxing, but I think this is for an amateur. And most importantly, the food. When they began to deliver food, we were very surprised that there was a lot of it, and one, and the second, and the third, but in the end there was nothing edible, and porridge on water, in general nonsense. I think it is not necessary to chase the number of dishes, make two (let's say porridge, but with milk, and boiled rice and an omelet or boiled egg or cheesecakes (they never gave it in a week, although in Abkhazia, especially in Aabat, the tastiest cheesecakes are served), or pancakes with cottage cheese, and that's it, but so that it was edible. The most interesting thing is that a lot of people didn't like the food, we discussed it later on the beach, but everyone was silent. I liked the room in general, the mattress and pillows are really lousy. Well, in general, we came for nature and the sea, for a small number of people in early June, which we received. Of course, in order to avoid all the troubles that I described above, it was necessary to go to the neighbors in the "Nart" to live, but the prices there are like in Turkey.

Very convenient location, the beach is a 2-minute walk from the hotel.Good breakfasts, clean rooms, cleaning every day. A 15 -20 minute walk from the beautiful promenade, colonnade. I liked the cafe "Caucasian cuisine", the tea house "Abbata". Do not take the Evening Gagra tour, as you can go through everything yourself (except the observation deck). Have a good rest!

Outwardly nice, the location is very good, the view from the windows is for an amateur, only breakfasts, and the price starts from almost 10 rubles per room - in my opinion it is "too much". Who has the means + 5 ₽ and you will get 3 meals a day in tselyuskintsy, well, or hotels are a little more expensive, maybe you can take them at a discount, but there the level is already different. And those who have less money are Radiant next to them. Living in Abkhazia on breakfast alone is difficult and ruinous.

Excellent hotel, we lived on the 5th floor in a two-room suite with relocation to a junior suite. The suite is slightly larger, with a gorgeous direct view of the mountains. A clear plus is a huge balcony isolated from the neighbors (being on the balcony there is no way to see or hear the neighbors), located at the end of the building, it is a pleasure to drink a bottle of wine in the evening. Of the disadvantages, there is no roof on the balcony: you can't sit on the balcony in the rain, and if the laundry is drying, everything will be wet. The junior suite is also very decent, the balcony is small compared to the suite, but with a roof! Yes, and then there are neighbors who can be heard and seen, but this is not critical, because during the day we are at sea, and in the evening we walk, neighbors also (not frequent meetings are possible). The hotel offers breakfast. Breakfast in the cafe in front of the hotel: pleasant atmosphere, very friendly staff, delicious and varied breakfasts, maybe they are similar, but one breakfast includes: porridge, eggs, sausages, dessert and a choice of drink (different variations daily). Everyone had something to eat, my daughter and I ate half of breakfast, our dad was big, ate his breakfast and finished ours :), did not remember about food until dinner. There was a moment of poor health in the child, we were offered to cook broth for lunch, I remember that moment with great gratitude! Lika, a pleasant and modest girl, cleaned our floor daily, everything is clean and tidy, as far as I remember, every 3 days there is a change of linen! We were in Abkhazia in June, my daughter (6 years old) constantly remembers this vacation and really wants to return and, I think, we will definitely return. The location is very convenient, the old Gagra is on one side, the new one is on the other. Everything is within walking distance. The sea was clean, there were not always enough sun beds, but a week before the end of our vacation, additional sun beds were purchased, there was enough space for everyone, but again, everyone did not lie nose to nose, there was not enough sunbed, they spread a towel! The people around are wonderful, treat children with kindness, and treat Russia with warmth! We got only positive emotions from the rest.

We just arrived from Abkhazia and had a rest at this hotel.During our stay in Abkhazia, we visited Novaya Gagra, New Athos, and Pitsunda and came to the conclusion that the most ideal location is here.Quiet and cozy place,private beach with sun beds,daily cleaning,breakfast for 5!not a single dish has been repeated in a week (except porridge).In general, the cafe is on top.Special thanks to the chef and the waiters!It may be a little expensive, at first glance, but you have to pay for the conditions (by the way, water and light were uninterrupted).

The hotel has one advantage - it is close to the sea. That's all. A junior suite with a large balcony, but a tiny bathroom, also with an unpleasant smell. View from the room with a side view of the sea. Near the railway, you can hear the trains, it's good that they rarely go. The cafe across the street, where the music screams late into the night. You can't sleep with an open balcony. Breakfasts are a separate topic, the waitresses can't cope, they don't remember who ordered what, there aren't enough tables for everyone. I ordered coffee with milk for breakfast, I waited and waited, all the coffee with milk was carried past me, even to those who came later, when I reminded them of myself, they said the milk had already run out, that's it! The breakfasts are ordinary, not very satisfying for men. They can also turn off the water! They came from the sea, there is no water. I went to the administrator, yes, she says, Dasha turned it off, now we'll turn it on🤔 The receptionists are not friendly, especially the man, with "sour" faces, sitting in their phones.🙂. No more foot in this hotel!

We rested at this hotel in July 2023, we liked everything, the room was standard on the 2nd floor, without a balcony, but there is a shared balcony with dryers, cleaning every day, linen, towels were changed 1 time in 4 days, the sea is excellent, next to the hotel, but pebbles on the shore, special shoes are required, breakfasts complex, but monotonous. There is a tour desk at the entrance to the hotel, a wonderful woman Alla works, she will tell you everything, she conducts an excursion, but it is better not to take an excursion at the hotel, since they will forget to stop by, then there are no places.
