Among the advantages: a small hotel of 8 rooms only after renovation, everything is new, we rested here in October 2024, everything is clean and tidy, there are breakfasts, the price is 120 manats for 2 people, you can bargain if you take it for a few days, there are 2 local and 3 local rooms. It is located on a quiet street, and all the sights are within walking distance, very cool location. And the staff is friendly, they understand Russian and English.
Of the cons: there is no elevator, this should be taken into account, if you are with children, then ask for rooms on the 2nd floor, and there are only 4 floors. And if there are no children, then it will do on the 3rd or 4th floors.

I booked a double room with two separate beds. As a result, I was given a room with one double room with the words that they would move to another one tomorrow.
Until 2 o'clock in the morning, the staff was talking loudly outside the windows and outside the door, repairs were being done loudly in the next room. The next day it turned out that there were no suitable rooms in the hotel.
