Thank you so much for the very Warm, pleasant and hospitable welcome! The hotel is located in a sooooo convenient location, in the center, within walking distance to the sights, to the Vernissage market (Saturday and Sunday, I was lucky enough to personally enjoy the beauty of handmade work and hospitality - I was treated to national dishes and drinks, it was December 28, 2024) In the very Territory, groups of groups celebrated Together and sang songs in different Languages! And I was also very lucky to meet the writer of the Defender of the Flop and Fauna, I attach a photo)

A cozy, quiet, small hotel, like 16 rooms, in a good area. Friendly, hospitable and courteous staff, always ready to help. There is a small but cozy patio with a barbecue and a nice gazebo. We lived in a room with a large and comfortable bed, with a balcony and a large TV, we liked it, we will be happy to choose this hotel again. The area is convenient, close to everything you might need, a good shop, a cafe-canteen, parks, squares, the "green belt" of Yerevan, attractions within walking distance.

The most beautiful hotel! Everything is almost perfect. Convenient location, friendly staff, clean rooms with everything you need inside. We'll be happy to stop here again next time.
