We had a family vacation with Olan Tour in July 2024 in Gelendzhik, Sunny Guest house. We really liked it, the area is beautiful and well maintained. Stylish gazebo, large swimming pool. The owners are wonderful people. The sea is just 10 minutes on foot, close to everything - shops, canteens, cafes, bars, a market where you can buy fresh vegetables and fruits, as well as everything you need!

I've been traveling with Olan tours for many years, and I'm always very happy! The most frequent route is Moscow-Bobruisk. Everything is great, from the attentive attitude of the staff when booking tickets to riding in a comfortable bus. A good schedule, a convenient route (across Moscow with options for disembarking passengers in several places). Departure from Moscow from the Northern Gate railway station is very convenient: exit the metro and immediately the bus station. The boarding and disembarkation locations in this company compare favorably with competitors. There are always attentive and very friendly drivers on flights. Thank you for your work!
Everything is basically fine. There was a trip to Moscow and back to Bobruisk, the office was well served, the staff were polite. On the way to Moscow, they forgot their glasses on the bus. We contacted the operator and everything was decided positively. Now about what I didn't like. They didn't even offer boiling water on the bus. The drivers didn't tell us about Wi-Fi or phone charging when boarding. I believe that at the beginning of the trip it is necessary to announce to passengers the basic information about the trip - where the stops are, etc. If a person is traveling for the first time, then I think that this must be done. I believe that it is not difficult for a normal campaign to provide passengers with boiling water and disposable cups.
Olan tour deserves a lot of respect, the staff is wonderful, always in touch from the purchase of tickets to the trip itself, you can solve any urgent issue. Special respect to the guys, the drivers, on whose shoulders all the work falls, are always punctual and attentive during the trip, they will always prompt you, explain if necessary, thank you to the whole team, easy roads! The managers are attentive, polite, always in touch, from the beginning to the end of the trip, they select the most profitable vacation options for us. I also often travel to Moscow by bus from Olan-tura for work. Comfortable clean buses always and a pleasant attitude.
In 2019, I went with Olan Tour to Moscow. The bus was terrible. I did not use the services of this company anymore. But this year it was necessary to go to Moscow urgently, and only Olan Tura had free places. I was satisfied with the trip. The bus is new and clean. The drivers did well, they arrived quickly and comfortably. There were sanitary stops along the way.

On vacation, we decided to go to Georgia with the children. Everything was painted beautifully. Excellent hotel five minutes from the sea, wonderful hosts, delicious food. You'll have a great rest.
As a result, after three days of driving. We settled in the Seashell. The room is dirty. The room is bunk, the last step on the stairs is loose, there is a constant fear that the children will fall. There are cobwebs on the windows and dead insects. By the number of the pile of hair. The mattresses with pillows on the beds are terrible. I was ill for a day and lay with a fever, I thought I would not get up from this couch. There is no basic dryer in the room (inherited from neighbors). They were drying clothes on the railing. There is no curtain in the shower. After I bought everything in the water. The water in the shower barely comes off, while you wash, you stand ankle-deep in water. The food is terrible. The children simply refused to eat. We went to the canteen and went to eat in a cafe. I had to contact the travel agency and cancel the meal. Unfortunately, there are still breakfasts, although there is nothing to eat on them. When we came to breakfast, one day he was not found in general. I contacted the office. And? And the reaction is "0". They asked what time they came for breakfast and that was it. No compensation of any kind, no banal "We apologize". When we were there, people were left without lunch. When the fuss started, they brought yesterday's cold cutlets, put them on, eat them. With food, waste-free production. If you haven't finished the pasta at lunch, it's a casserole in the evening. They didn't finish the mashed potatoes with cutlets, again it becomes a casserole. After two days, some kind of soup is cooked from the salad. I haven't seen any other soups. Porridge is rare. Butter is margarine. Breakfast is dumplings. In short, the buffet. Some Georgian pioneers were vacationing with us. Often the food was left on them, and we... Eat whatever you find. Lunch was served, something was eaten, the pioneers arrived, they were exposed to khinkali. No one cleans the rooms. There is an additional fee for this. You need to wash something, pay. No one changed the towels during the whole vacation. No one brought toilet paper. The urn is broken. You put a garbage bag on the floor, it gets all wet after taking a shower. There is no refrigerator in the whole building (there were in the next one), or rather it stands on the ground floor, but it either works or not, I opened everything warm, but it buzzes. And the stink from it is terrible, probably, it is also cleaned for an additional fee. Of the advantages – air conditioning, Wi-Fi (you won't be surprised by them now), but I didn't catch it well everywhere.
Contacting the owners is not an option. The hostess has a brick face, there is nothing to talk about with her. During the entire vacation, she never answered "hello" to me. The owner will always nod his mane with a stupid smile, smile stupidly, and splash a smurf on you at the very least. But he doesn't do anything on the appeals. I got the money, and you do as you want. The dryer... Yes, yes, well and gone. People need to change the light bulb, yes, and forget it. The toilet doesn't flush, and that's fine. I still didn't understand how to find someone at the reception.
We drove back merrily. The Olan-tura bus broke down. Although before the trip we were assured that the new buses were comfortable. We took a Georgian bus. When people sat down, they said, "Hooray, we're going home." We got into minibuses at the border. Then the Russian bus. And only then, after another transplant, Olanturovsky. That's what they didn't let us down in- transshipment hotels. No match for Seashell. Everything was fine in Tbilisi, Rostov and Voronezh at the recreation center.
The trouble is. We also meet other Belarusians vacationing. Those who came with another travel agency, who live in other hotels. Everyone is happy. The food is excellent, fruits are vegetables, I don't want to eat, strangers come and order food. The hotels are great. Someone got sick, the owners took the car to the hospital. Some kind of holiday, the owners and vacationers celebrate together. Everyone is happy with everything. Somehow, everything is sad for us personally. Yes, if you relax like young people who came together. Then you can close your eyes to everything. I woke up, Winchik got drunk and hit the road. But when you want a little comfort, as for me it's not a Seashell and probably not an Olan tour.
Olan Tour is responsible for all the gloom that was on vacation. They chose a hotel, they sold us a ticket, they assured us that everything would be fine. Did we pay a lot of money (something like 2,350 USD 2 adults 3 children) for the promise of a good holiday? No. For this money, there should be at least some comfort and attention. A normal attitude. Here, we received the money and goodbye.
In general, if you want to spoil your vacation, then contact Olan-tour and Seashell. Maybe if they change the hotel, everything will change, but I hope so. May other vacationers be more lucky than us in the future. Although if they do not react in any way now to the fact that people are just shocked by the rest, then what can change in the future? And so they heard from Seashell's Olan Tour, they said: "Goodbye" and closed the door. Don't mess with me.
One thing did not let us down - the weather and the sea. And there is no merit to Olan-tur in this either.
I do not recommend this travel company, especially for tours to Georgia:
1. We booked seats on the bus, we paid extra money for it. The manager said that all the seats are available, choose any. As a result, the day before the trip, the manager writes to us and says that the places we have chosen are occupied, let's choose others. Such confusion was not only with us, but also with other tourists.
2. Manager of the OlAn tour. I asked questions: Does the Seashell Hotel have: shower gel, shampoos, shower towels, beach towels? They answered me: "Yes, everything is there." As a result: there was no shower gel, one shampoo per person was 20 ml, which was enough to wash your head 2 times. There are no towels for the beach.
3. The description of the hotel in Georgia (Kobuleti) given by OlAn tour: "The Seashell 3* Hotel, a cozy hotel surrounded by lush gardens, offers its guests comfortable living conditions."
This description is a lie, the hotel is damp, mildew, dirt, dust, sometimes there was no hot water. There was no hair dryer or kettle in the room. The conditions are not comfortable. The gardens are not lush.
The photo on the website is only of the new building, but there is also an old one)) The rooms there are completely different, worse.
"The hotel has a restaurant with Georgian and European cuisine, which serves dishes made from fresh local products. The concept of food is a buffet. There is also a rooftop bar with a wide range of drinks and snacks. Free Wi-Fi is available on site"

4. Olan Tur promised "A comfortable bus ride." The bus is in disrepair, with large cracks and holes on the windshield. During the trip, mechanical problems with the bus started, thank God we got there. But the next group did not get there, the bus broke down halfway to the sea. There was the same bus back, but the glass had already been replaced. However, on the way, the drivers collected large cans of water and poured it into the mechanism, apparently something was wrong, as green liquid was leaking out.
5. "Route support". It's actually a funny story. The maintainer who does not solve any issues. And he says, "I'm just accompanying you, I don't know anything, I don't decide anything, I have nothing to do with anything." Usually, the escorts come to an agreement at the border, and the bus passes faster. In our case, the escort was sitting on the bus, and our tourists went and solved issues at the border!!! To let us through, so that no one cuts us off. We went and looked at the situation, and if we saw that there was a separate lane for buses, we talked, and we drove forward. Everything was decided by tourists!!
Despite the fact that the escort emphasized that everyone knows her here, she has already traveled many times. What's the use? Everything was done by tourists who were tired of this lawlessness and the indifference of the escort.
The drivers probably went to Georgia for the first time. They are afraid to go, everyone cuts us off and climbs ahead. As a result, we stood on the Russian-Georgian border for 21 hours. And the bus that was behind us overtook us and was ahead)))) He did not stand for so many hours, simply because there are normal drivers who know how to negotiate and are not afraid to drive in such conditions.
As a result, the OlAn tour deceives its tourists, throws them to the mercy of a foreign country. Tourists without communication at the border, and the escort has nothing to do with it and does not solve anything)))

My family and I took the Olan-tour bus from Moscow to Mogilev on November 4. I was satisfied with the trip. The bus is clean, the seats are comfortable, the cabin temperature is comfortable, there is a phone charger. Drivers are professionals in their field. We drove carefully.👍
Tour to Georgia 30.07.2024-08/14/2024. The room and breakfast at the hotel did not correspond to the picture (photo, video) and the stories of the OlAn-tour travel agency (contract with them) and the Centerturist intermediary (I booked the tour through them). The shower was broken in the room, the sink was cracked, the bedside table and chest of drawers were dirty, without a door. The shelves in the closet were held on nails. The door of this piece of furniture fell out and almost fell on my daughter. There is a hole in the wall near the air conditioner. The door handle was held by snot. Push open the door and you're in the room. I sent photos and videos to the travel agency - there was no reaction. The ignoring is complete. This was the situation for many of our guests, both in terms of rooms and food. On the way back, we drove four vehicles: a Georgian bus, a bus with Russian plates, a Russian bus and a Belarusian bus (on which we were traveling to Georgia and which broke down on the way behind us). There were no words of apology at all. Only negative memories. I definitely do not recommend it
We travel a lot with different travel agencies, but this is the first time we have encountered such a terrible attitude towards people.
Firstly, we did not go on a checked bus, and on the way it broke down and we waited 4 hours for another bus to come for us.
Secondly, there were basically stops for all paid toilets! Although there were a lot of gas stations along the way
Upon arrival at the hotel house, our rooms were not ready, or rather they were generally occupied and we had to live in another room for a day.

So, I was driving from Moscow to Orsha on Monday evening. At first everything was more or less, we were driving, I fell asleep on the road, I slept very soundly, because I had not slept the night before. Initially, my seat next to mine was empty.
I woke up closer to the border, from the sexual harassment of a neighbor. He sat down somewhere, I can't say for sure. The man is big, most likely not sober. When I woke up and tried to resist, he began to threaten that it would be worse. I still managed to get to the driver and ask for help, to which the driver did not react in any way. Before Orsha, I was sitting in another seat, when the bus stopped, I saw that the man was also getting out. He took his things and was obviously waiting for me. I repeatedly asked the driver to call the police, to which the driver rudely sent me, rolled my suitcase away from the bus and went to the other end of the platform.. Everything ended well for me, only because the taxi driver, who was watching from the side, 'took me on board' and told that guy that he would personally call the police and be a witness. After that, the fellow traveler disappeared.
It is very interesting who should ensure the safety of passengers on the way and what to do in a critical situation if the driver reacts in this way.
We had a rest from this travel agency in 2023, thank you for everything, everything was fast and good! Not a bad bus with an outlet and, professional drivers, accompanying Natalia, I thank her very much for explaining and telling everything, in a word, everything is super and thank you very much!!!!

Route: Bobruisk 10.07.24 departure at 19.00 Moscow 11.07.24 at 07.30 arrival.
The bus was initially put on the line in a faulty condition, the first breakdown was fixed before entering the Russian Federation at 23.23 for 30 minutes, then we drove on, after 500m at 00.05 it finally broke down.
Passengers who were in a hurry to board a plane or with young children, we put them first and 41 people out of 52 were left waiting for a backup bus (as it turned out later that the carrier did not have one) for 2 hours they allegedly searched for a bus. Until we called the police, after the police arrived, we were told that there would be 2 minibuses soon (but they would not be able to pick up all the passengers)and what the rest of us do is unknown, we are waiting for a minibus, the driver approached the passengers and announced that the company would refund the money to everyone.
Half an hour later, he said that there would be a bus at 5:00, the bus arrived at 6:30 in the morning (so that you understand, there was no toilet nearby, there was no place to eat or drink) we left at 6.300 for Moscow and arrived at 13.25!!!😠

This is not the first time we have flown from Olan-tura. We are always satisfied with the service, this year is no exception. We rested at the Selcukhan 4* hotel. I liked the hotel. Accommodation, cleaning every day, meals, SPA, animation are all decent. Safe in the room, hammam for free, entertainment center is very well located, not under the windows of the hotel, but near the sea across the street from the hotel and there is no loud music under the windows of the room. We went on vacation to Georgia. The bus is not really designed for long journeys:there are no side headrests, the seats, if they move apart, creak, the toilet does not work, the Wi-Fi does not work well. But these are flowers. The Seashell Hotel, where we were settled, is the horror of the modern world. Dirt, mold, narrow rooms with broken furniture and a rusty bathroom.A rusty refrigerator is one per floor.We managed to relocate only half of the rest and then with a scandal, with our own efforts. Olan tour is not responsible for its customers, does not help them, sends them to the reception and that's it. I do not recommend this travel agency
I bought a round-trip ticket only because there is a Wi-Fi stop at the Kazan railway station.

From year to year, buses come into improper condition and they need to be engaged at least occasionally. Then you will be able to compete well with the Visa Tour. We had a vacation with a family of 3 people from 06/26/03/07 in Georgia . They are from Soligorsk. I really enjoyed the rest. We were a little unlucky with the weather. Of the seven days, three days were without rain. But this is the norm for Georgia during this period.The hotel was chosen Old Batumi4* in old Batumi. Room for 3. With breakfast. The breakfasts were very decent. Changing towels and taking out garbage daily. Minus , it was located among the construction sites. But Georgia is not for sitting in a room or lying on the beach. Very interesting excursions to waterfalls, canyons, caves. And just take a walk along the embankment. We got a lot of impressions.

The parents were traveling from Bobruisk to Moscow on 12/30/12, the bus broke down (which is not uncommon anymore), the passengers waited 2 hours in the office, not knowing if they would arrive on time. Someone in Moscow had a transfer, which people did not have time for on New Year's Eve. In the Mogilev area, a mirror broke and the bus stood for 20 minutes while the drivers glued this mirror with tape. People were not released. In Mogilev itself, because of the flight delay, the toilets were closed and no one offered people an alternative option.We didn't know when to meet the parents, because no one announced the sequence of stops either. There is less and less desire to use such services
We were traveling from Bobruisk to Moscow on Saturday. Bus AA 8139-6. -20 on the street, we waited for the bus for 40 minutes, everyone was frozen. After an hour, they couldn't close the trunk, it stank of gasoline inside and the doors were open for an hour, they continued to freeze further. As it turned out, on the way, this bus has a problem with the stove, because it does not heat, my child's feet were icy, even upon arrival in Moscow. Something was picked at one of the stops, I'm not sure what helped, or rather did not help, since the child was freezing. At one of the stops in Moscow, the engine boiled, the drivers valiantly cooled it, waited for another 20 minutes. Finally, upon arrival at the final station, another miracle, the trunk was tightened with a tow rope so that it would not open.

To avoid this, I take the cat out of the carrier and hold it all the way in my arms (of course, all the seats are purchased, I cover them with a diaper so that there is no wool and other harm to the cabin) and calmly eat with the cat. Unlike the same Visit Tour, where after 8-10 hours of carrying the cat just starts crying and howling. But the driver does not even allow the carrier to put the cat on the seat on the film (again, when buying 2! places), and the whole bus has to travel 2-3 hours more under the howl of a cat.
On the downside, sometimes drunk hard workers really go to the bus and this can cause a lot of discomfort. However, in the same Visit of the Tour, it is also very common.

We have been using this carrier for a long time. We drive along the Mogilev - Moscow route and back. I really like that the drivers are polite and come to Moscow earlier. If possible, they give us the places we ask for. It is convenient that there are stops in Moscow.
