I applied for a service at this studio. It's Tuesday on the calendar. It was said that they would do it by Wednesday at 17.00, at most by Thursday morning (just the thing was needed on Thursday, which I hoped for). They assured me that they would call when it was ready, so as not to drive once again through the whole city. As a result, there was no call on Thursday, they were very badly framed with a deadline. I waited all Friday, on Saturday I decided to call myself, to which the seamstress girl shouted rudely, saying not to bother her with calls, I had to stop by and ask if it was ready or not (so-so occupation to drive from Crystal 15km to find out the result) The attitude towards the client is boorish. Upon receipt, the order was given by the owner of the atelier, who knows how to communicate with customers. I strongly recommend that you teach your employees how to communicate with customers!!!
