A good clinic for dental treatment for children, interested staff and kind doctors who make children feel at ease. We chose this place because neighboring clinics have huge queues, but here they can always see you as soon as possible. We were with a 9 year old child and a 4.5 year old child

Wonderful dentistry! Good atmosphere, the staff is very polite! We did hygiene and sealing for a 6-year-old child! To my surprise, the child lay still, watched the cartoon and did not even twitch! The doctor Alesya Sergeevna communicated with the child throughout the entire reception! In the end, they could not decide on a gift, a lot of cool toys)) on the spot, you can buy oral care products (pastes, brushes, tuss-mus). For the first time 2 years ago, we came here with a child for a consultation with further treatment. The child was 3 years old at that time. My son enjoyed treating his teeth with Dr. Khurshed Davydov so much that he looks forward to going to Oxalia-Med again every time.
The doctor immediately found an approach to the child, told him what tools he uses, what he will do right now and what the child will feel, the child was a participant and he really liked it. He gave answers to all my questions.
Since then, we have been going only here for 2 years now. We go for treatment, hygienic cleaning, and just for an examination. Sometimes we get to see different doctors taking into account a tight appointment, but this does not scare us at all, because all are very cool and competent specialists.

In an hour, a total of one tooth was healed and two children were treated for professional hygiene, the cost is 420 rubles (it was expensive or acceptable for everyone to decide for themselves, it seemed to me a little expensive). The children were comfortable, it didn't hurt, it wasn't scary.
I was confused by the waiting in the corridor of the business center, which was littered with some kind of furniture, and the fact that the office for two doctors and patients, respectively, at the same time, the office did not seem very neat. It is unlikely that we will go there again.

They brought the child to the reception. We had high hopes, judging by the reviews. We were left completely perplexed! The doctor did not even try to establish contact with the child or adjust for treatment (even just to say hello to the child or just to contact him). One cursory glance was enough for her to diagnose pulpitis. The doctor had no desire to look at the pictures at all. She said she needed to put the medicine in her tooth. She worked with the machine almost "blindly" -the child was scared, he began to cover his mouth. As a result, the doctor found a way out - she just put the medicine in. The child complained that it interferes with closing his mouth. They did not correct anything, she replied that she would "get used to it anyway." She said to come in 2 weeks, but after 3 days the medicine fell out, they went to another clinic for treatment, where the doctor was perplexed and asked several times if there was medicine in this tooth - the tooth cavity was not cleaned at all, how could the medicine be laid! No pulpitis was diagnosed by another doctor according to the picture, the tooth was healed in one go, no medicine was laid.
It is not clear what the money was paid for in Oxaliamed! If a doctor can't or doesn't know what to do and how to do it, can't read pictures, then have the conscience to honestly say this, they turn to you for help, believe you, and in the end they just pay money for irresponsible actions!

We went to an appointment. Nothing to do with what they advertise (searching for germs, playing doctor, etc.). The doctor did not even try to set up contact with the child, just sit in the chair and open your mouth (the child is 2 years old!). A quick inspection and goodbye. I definitely do not recommend this approach. And if we had come for other, longer procedures.

We went twice. Impressions are both positive and negative. The positive ones are like good doctors, conditions, TV and gifts for children ....... The negative ones are unpleasantly surprised by the prices. The child was treating a baby tooth, it was already dead, a large filling fell in it (previously it was not treated here). The first visit -the doctor put medicine, a temporary seal, for all this 60 rubles. Well, it's not scary yet. After treatment, they said that the tooth is periodontal and the second time the treatment will cost about 124 rubles. Expensive of course! Well okay... When the second treatment took place, we were charged 191 rubles.... For the fact that the doctor cleaned the tooth with a drill once again and put even a large seal ... The tooth is milk, the child is 6.5 years old. And the price is as explained by the fact that the doctor seemed to be cleaning the channels..... Although they are no longer there, the tooth is dead.... The same thing if I went to a restaurant, smelled the smell of food and paid for it...! Something like that! I concluded that here, first of all, they want to make a profit. I'm not coming here anymore. And I recommend others to look for more honest clinics.

Unfortunately, I don't know the last name. She did not even try to interest, entice the child, win him over. We could get to know each other, show them the tools, tell them what we were going to do. Instead, she turned on the cartoon on the screen, said that for herself. My daughter never opened her mouth and she sent us home. She did not give recommendations on care on her own initiative, only after my questions she told me something dryly and that was it. I do not know how she works, but in communication, especially with the youngest patients, about nothing. Not interested at all!

Today we turned to another dentist and were diagnosed with periodontitis and the tooth was removed!!! The child was left with a psychological trauma for life!!!

We visited this dentistry 3 times, after the first visit there were pleasant memories. I took Yesaulov, and to my worry about dark spots on my teeth, I honestly said that it was not necessary to treat him, it was not caries and in six months I would come for a second examination. I will not write the name, but a week before that we contacted the popular dentistry for children on Kamennaya Gorka and were told to treat 4 teeth under ANESTHESIA in a timely manner.
Inspired by this dentistry, six months later we sign up for an examination by another doctor there (with confidence that all the doctors there are good) and they tell us from the doorstep that caries is being treated, I trusted them, thinking that they are not lying to me for sure. Six months later we come back and there was a quiet horror, we were told that the tooth that was immediately treated for us was very bad, and the nerve would have to be removed (6 years old boy), to my question how it happened, they said it happens, without warning me, they removed a small black dot on the tooth next to it, but took it naturally as for a full-fledged seal, the doctor tried to adhere to the concept of a good and patient attitude towards the child, but she just started drilling, the child was scared, covered his mouth and she turned it off and it lasted for 30 minutes, but there was no result. By the end, she was already talking to the child rudely, but the result was important to me. They laid the medicine and told me to come back in a week. I drove home in tears, blaming myself that the child was being tortured with the same tooth and even money was being ripped off. And I was really stunned in the evening, this temporary seal broke off from the child and all this blue medicine came out accordingly. We applied to a free dentist and everything was done for us there in 10 minutes. The child came out and said that he wanted to come here to treat his teeth, and not where he was given a carrot at the end!
I do not dissuade you from visiting this place with this review, I know that many people there really helped to avoid sedation and found an approach to children, this is the most important thing.
