I ordered windows from this company, instead of the windows I ordered, others were brought.If it's even the same thing, I would like the tech department to know in advance that KBE is now changing its name to kommerling, the answer was immediately given that not I, not the warranty department, are not specialists and cannot determine that these are the wrong windows, apparently they forgot about the stickers.Further, it is more interesting that the Issa fittings are indicated in the contract, in fact somewhere Issa, somewhere Roto, somewhere it is not clear what.I discussed with the measurer that the window sill would not hang out, but as I understood, there was no feedback from the installers.The windows are placed on a 5cm beam, I think that 10cm is needed under the window, then the window sill will not hang out.With all this, the installers are professionals in their field, they work well, thanks to them these windows were not taken back with all this and thanks to these guys 2 stars.
