I changed the balcony frame in the apartment in this company, I live in Selmash. I am very happy with everything. The windows were ordered on 17.06, installed on 23.07, a month and six months later. When ordering, it was stated that the manufacture and installation would take 2-3 weeks. You have to call yourself at least once a week about the deadlines and no one will tell you the exact time.

I specially prepared garbage bags, found garbage in different parts of the apartment, and left behind terrible dirt.
The mosquito net that "comes as a gift" did not even get up through the window.
As a result, I fell for advertising, I regret that I did not control the work on site and did not ask the "installers" to insert the grid.
It's hard to see in the photo - there's foam on the window that needs to be washed with acetone or gasoline. According to the quality of the frame itself, it will be visible only in winter. I'll attach a photo from the thermal imager.
