Windows are the perfect place to celebrate an anniversary!
Recently, we celebrated an anniversary in the art space "Windows" with a company of 10 people, and it was just an amazing evening!
From the very beginning, Nikolai, the administrator, was very responsive and was always in touch, helping to resolve all issues.
During the holiday itself, the atmosphere was just wonderful - warm, cozy, with pleasant music. Karaoke and a projector created a great mood, and the dishes were clean and in sufficient quantity.
I would like to say a special thank you to Diana, the administrator is a very pleasant and hospitable girl!
The price for such a pleasure was very adequate, so we definitely recommend "Windows" for the holidays!

We held a corporate event at the Windows. The space was very beautifully decorated; it was convenient that the furniture was mobile and was placed according to our needs, and during the event the arrangement was easily adjusted. Nikolay was present at the venue and helped with organizational matters during the event. I have a pleasant impression, thank you so much for a great evening!

We celebrated a chamber wedding for 15 people, including us, in the Window space. It was important for us to find a place in the city that is convenient to get to, which has a beautiful location, you can leave the room and not bury your nose in the factory opposite. We chose from other similar places, but the match happened to this place instantly. Nikolai, the owner of the space, immediately endeared himself, told and showed the place with love, and not with the aim of 'sniffing'. The place was booked for a weekday, Wednesday, but two months before the event. We are glad that our date was free. On the day of the event itself, Nikolai helped us arrange and arrange everything, which was not within the scope of the decorator and catering. Thanks a lot to him for that! The evening turned out to be very cozy and warm. The lights in the hall gave an atmosphere, the opportunity to lower the blinds allowed privacy.

Parking is stupid, it is often blocked, it is better to put it along the street. I was at events, but I didn't rent it myself, since the entrance, lobby and corridor are the BNTU Tractor Building. They don't have it very well.
And inside, everything is great. Cozy, beautiful, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Rest assured, if your reservation is before 18, then you need to make a "Sebastian" in 10 minutes. To have all the poop cleaned up after you, because you don't do that (and neither do I.)

You should contact Nikolai if you want to disrupt your event or hold it in a bad mood. We planned the celebration 3 months before it was held. The choice fell on this space, because I liked the hall itself, with the exception of the not very clean communal toilet and corridors, which have not seen renovation for decades. We signed a contract at the first meeting and made an advance payment. Everything would be fine until we started talking about catering, because there is no own kitchen in this establishment, and Nikolai's only partner was among the suggested options. When I repeatedly asked if there was a possibility to involve an outside organization or choose from yours, Nikolai replied that there was only one option, and they were very decent and delicious. We decided to follow his rules, contacted the catering company, and we were openly bribed for money after agreeing on the menu, signing a contract, and making an advance payment. We were surprised that any item can only be ordered from 6 dishes, of course, we were not notified in advance, and we wasted our time preparing the menu, taking into account the taste preferences of our guests. The cost of the meals increased decently, we found out about it only upon arrival home and after reviewing the file in electronic form, which was sent to us only after the meeting. When I asked why the cost had changed, the answer was extremely simple: everything is getting more expensive, and it's not a fact that the cost won't rise even higher for your event. They accepted it. In general, throughout the entire period of preparation for the holiday, there were a lot of shortcomings on the part of Nikolai and his catering, which are reflected only in the customers' wallets. I was finished off by the latter: 10 days before the event, I had to pay the remaining amount for the banquet, I decided to review the menu again and was shocked, because the number of dishes decreased dramatically (initially everything was correct at the first viewing), for example, salmon steak was 4 instead of 6, beef 3 instead of 6, etc. Starting to make changes, the amount increased decently. I decided to change the catering service, taking into account the circumstances. I contacted Nikolai and tried to resolve the issue, but I was told once again that there were no other options and that all issues needed to be resolved with this partner. Realizing that this organization treats its work unfairly and tries to earn as much as possible by deceiving customers, it was decided to change the place of celebration, because there was no desire to swear with them and then worry if they spat on my plate. After I informed Nikolai of my decision, he naturally refused to return the advance. Of course, there was an attempt on the part of the catering to fix everything, we were offered a discount and referred to the human factor: they forgot, they missed, etc., but, again, there was no desire to worry if they spat on my plate after the conflict. Nikolai was insulting on the phone, talking on the mats. And the highlight on the cake was a few acquaintances who came across Nikolai and were extremely unhappy. He brought one friend to tears on the day of the wedding, in general, the impression of this person was negative, I am very sorry for the time I spent and the fact that I learned about this institution and the person from my friends late. I do not recommend it!

Good location, the organizers create a pleasant atmosphere with decorations for every taste, there is the necessary equipment, for small and medium-sized events top, for large ones I do not know, but I think nothing too. The building has a 4-star bathroom, a kitchenette. The rooms are isolated, so no one will interfere with you (except for the guard who will break in to close the building).

There is a lot of space, there was enough space for 25 people. The minus is the road to the room, everything is very old and apparently there was no repair from the building.
