Disgusting store! A 100% prepayment was requested for the product on the website. The funds were transferred. The next day I was told that the product was out of stock, apply for a refund. As a result, no one returned the funds to me, although I wrote to support several times. Somewhere they stopped answering me at all, somewhere they sent fake receipts that the funds were allegedly transferred

A big request to those who successfully use this online store, how do you contact employees? On January 28, I placed an order, received an electronic response that the order was placed and would be delivered in 0-2 days. Today is February 2, the order has not been delivered, no one from the store has called/written, none of the specified number is responding, the ordered calls are not being called back.
